现有市场上的女士时装鞋,穿着的舒适度差,笨重,不具备减震的功能的同时,防滑、排汗以及防虫效果差,降低了穿着者的舒适度,且不利于脚部的健康,且鞋底的加工工艺过于复杂,制造成本高,生产效率低下,因此不利于推广。

本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种缓震舒适女士时装鞋及其加工工艺。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种缓震舒适女士时装鞋,包括鞋底以及鞋面,所述鞋面缝合设置在鞋底上端,所述鞋底上表面垫设有减震鞋垫,所述鞋面上开设有多个贯穿鞋面的鞋带孔,且相邻鞋带孔之间的距离相同,所述鞋带孔内穿插设置有鞋带,所述减震鞋垫包括吸汗层、缓冲层以及支撑层,所述支撑层位于鞋底的上表面,且支撑层具体为橡胶层,所述支撑层上表面缝合设置有缓冲层,且缓冲层具体为绒毛层,所述缓冲层上表面缝合设置有吸汗层,且吸汗层具体为竹纤维层,所述吸汗层、缓冲层以及支撑层之间的厚度比例为1:1:2。

S4、待S3完成后,在密炼机中加入2-4份的活性剂,将温度调节至100-120℃,持续时间为2-3min;
S5、待S4完成后在密炼机中加入1-2份的活性剂,将温度调节至130-150℃,持续时间为2-3min;
S6、将在密炼机中完成打料后的原料置于高压注塑机中,加入偶联剂10-15份、填充剂3-7份、活性剂3-6份以及阻燃剂2-3份,将温度调节至155-180℃,保温10-15min;
S7、准备模具,并对模具进行清理以及表面的预热处理,使得模具的温度达到190-200℃,并在磨具中加入促进剂1-2份,将高压注塑机中的原料在压强为0.5-0.7Mpa的条件下注射入磨具内,通过模具挤压成型,有空气冷却保持10-20h;
S8、取出成型的片材后通过传送机传送至橡胶切条机进行切割以及修剪。

S5、待S4完成后在密炼机中加入1份的活性剂,活性剂具体为白炭黑,将温度调节至130℃,持续时间为2min;
S6、将在密炼机中完成打料后的原料置于高压注塑机中,加入偶联剂10份、填充剂3份、活性剂3份以及阻燃剂2份,将温度调节至155℃,保温10min,阻燃剂的材料组成为磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三丙酯、磷酸甲苯-二苯酯以及磷酸芳基酯,且磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三丙酯、磷酸甲苯-二苯酯以及磷酸芳基酯的质量比为2:2:3:4;
S7、准备模具,并对模具进行清理以及表面的预热处理,使得模具的温度达到190℃,并在磨具中加入促进剂1份,将高压注塑机中的原料在压强为0.5Mpa的条件下注射入磨具内,通过模具挤压成型,有空气冷却保持10h;
S8、取出成型的片材后通过传送机传送至橡胶切条机进行切割以及修剪,将制好的鞋底3经由缝纫、胶粘、裁剪的方法与鞋面1结合即可制取该缓震舒适女士时装鞋。
实施例2
本发明还提供了一种缓震舒适女士时装鞋的鞋底3的加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、原料的准备:天然橡胶34份、黏性橡胶22份、硬质橡胶46份、环保橡胶37份、偶联剂13份、填充剂5份、活性剂4份、阻燃剂2.5份、促进剂1.5份;
S2、称取天然橡胶34份、黏性橡胶22份、硬质橡胶46份、环保橡胶37份置于熔炉中进行搅拌加热,将温度提高到60℃,保持7min后,由熔炉中挤出;
S3、将熔炉中挤出的熔融状态下的原料置于密炼机中,将温度调节至85℃,持续时间为2.5min;

S5、待S4完成后在密炼机中加入1.5份的活性剂,活性剂具体为白炭黑,将温度调节至140℃,持续时间为2.5min;

S7、准备模具,并对模具进行清理以及表面的预热处理,使得模具的温度达到195℃,并在磨具中加入促进剂1.5份,将高压注塑机中的原料在压强为0.6Mpa的条件下注射入磨具内,通过模具挤压成型,有空气冷却保持15h;
S8、取出成型的片材后通过传送机传送至橡胶切条机进行切割以及修剪,将制好的鞋底3经由缝纫、胶粘、裁剪的方法与鞋面1结合即可制取该缓震舒适女士时装鞋。
实施例3
本发明还提供了一种缓震舒适女士时装鞋的鞋底3的加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1、原料的准备:天然橡胶36份、黏性橡胶24份、硬质橡胶52份、环保橡胶42份、偶联剂15份、填充剂7份、活性剂6份、阻燃剂3份、促进剂2份;
S2、称取天然橡胶36份、黏性橡胶24份、硬质橡胶52份、环保橡胶42份置于熔炉中进行搅拌加热,将温度提高到70℃,保持10min后,由熔炉中挤出;
S3、将熔炉中挤出的熔融状态下的原料置于密炼机中,将温度调节至90℃,持续时间为3min;
S4、待S3完成后,在密炼机中加入4份的活性剂,将温度调节至120℃,持续时间为3min;
S5、待S4完成后在密炼机中加入2份的活性剂,活性剂具体为白炭黑,将温度调节至150℃,持续时间为3min;
S6、将在密炼机中完成打料后的原料置于高压注塑机中,加入偶联剂15份、填充剂7份、活性剂6份以及阻燃剂3份,将温度调节至180℃,保温15min,阻燃剂的材料组成为磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三丙酯、磷酸甲苯-二苯酯以及磷酸芳基酯,且磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三丙酯、磷酸甲苯-二苯酯以及磷酸芳基酯的质量比为2:2:3:4;
S7、准备模具,并对模具进行清理以及表面的预热处理,使得模具的温度达到200℃,并在磨具中加入促进剂2份,将高压注塑机中的原料在压强为0.7Mpa的条件下注射入磨具内,通过模具挤压成型,有空气冷却保持20h;
S8、取出成型的片材后通过传送机传送至橡胶切条机进行切割以及修剪,将制好的鞋底3经由缝纫、胶粘、裁剪的方法与鞋面1结合即可制取该缓震舒适女士时装鞋。

Claims (8)

1.一种缓震舒适女士时装鞋,包括鞋底(3)以及鞋面(1),其特征在于,所述鞋面(1)缝合设置在鞋底(3)上端,所述鞋底(3)上表面垫设有减震鞋垫(4),所述鞋面(1)上开设有多个贯穿鞋面(1)的鞋带孔(8),且相邻鞋带孔(8)之间的距离相同,所述鞋带孔(8)内穿插设置有鞋带(2),所述减震鞋垫(4)包括吸汗层(41)、缓冲层(42)以及支撑层(43),所述支撑层(43)位于鞋底(3)的上表面,且支撑层(43)具体为橡胶层,所述支撑层(43)上表面缝合设置有缓冲层(42),且缓冲层(42)具体为绒毛层,所述缓冲层(42)上表面缝合设置有吸汗层(41),且吸汗层(41)具体为竹纤维层,所述吸汗层(41)、缓冲层(42)以及支撑层(43)之间的厚度比例为1:1:2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓震舒适女士时装鞋,其特征在于,所述减震鞋垫(4)的上表面均匀粘接有多个弹性柱(5),且弹性柱(5)呈弧形状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓震舒适女士时装鞋,其特征在于,所述鞋面(1)一侧缝合设置有透明PVC塑料(6),所述透明PVC塑料(6)与鞋面(1)之间放置有越南沙金片(7)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓震舒适女士时装鞋,其特征在于,所述鞋底(3)的底部一端均匀开设有多个横槽(9),所述鞋底(3)的底部一端均匀开设有多个竖槽(10),所述竖槽(10)与横槽(9)相互交叉设置,所述横槽(9)与竖槽(10)的宽度比例为2:1,且竖槽(10)与横槽(9)的深度相同。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓震舒适女士时装鞋,其特征在于,所述鞋底(3)的加工工艺包括如下步骤:
S1、原料的准备:天然橡胶30-36份、黏性橡胶20-24份、硬质橡胶40-52份、环保橡胶33-42份、偶联剂10-15份、填充剂3-7份、活性剂3-6份、阻燃剂2-3份、促进剂1-2份;
S2、称取天然橡胶30-36份、黏性橡胶20-24份、硬质橡胶40-52份、环保橡胶33-42份置于熔炉中进行搅拌加热,将温度提高到50-70℃,保持5-10min后,由熔炉中挤出;
S3、将熔炉中挤出的熔融状态下的原料置于密炼机中,将温度调节至80-90℃,持续时间为2-3min;
S4、待S3完成后,在密炼机中加入2-4份的活性剂,将温度调节至100-120℃,持续时间为2-3min;
S5、待S4完成后在密炼机中加入1-2份的活性剂,将温度调节至130-150℃,持续时间为2-3min;
S6、将在密炼机中完成打料后的原料置于高压注塑机中,加入偶联剂10-15份、填充剂3-7份、活性剂3-6份以及阻燃剂2-3份,将温度调节至155-180℃,保温10-15min;
S7、准备模具,并对模具进行清理以及表面的预热处理,使得模具的温度达到190-200℃,并在磨具中加入促进剂1-2份,将高压注塑机中的原料在压强为0.5-0.7Mpa的条件下注射入磨具内,通过模具挤压成型,有空气冷却保持10-20h;
S8、取出成型的片材后通过传送机传送至橡胶切条机进行切割以及修剪。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种缓震舒适女士时装鞋,其特征在于,所述活性剂具体为白炭黑。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种缓震舒适女士时装鞋,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂的材料组成为磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三丙酯、磷酸甲苯-二苯酯以及磷酸芳基酯,且磷酸三丁酯、磷酸三丙酯、磷酸甲苯-二苯酯以及磷酸芳基酯的质量比为2:2:3:4。
8.一种根据权利要求1-7所述的缓震舒适女士时装鞋加工工艺,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:将制好的鞋底(3)经由缝纫、胶粘、裁剪的方法与鞋面(1)结合即可制取该缓震舒适女士时装鞋。
