本发明涉及一种茶叶理条整形机中的送料机构。
背景技术:
碧螺春在搓揉时,需要将碧螺春茶叶按照一定方向的放置在搓揉板上,现有茶叶放置普遍是通过人工理顺放置,效率及其低下。因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种茶叶理条整形机中的送料机构。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种茶叶理条整形机中的送料机构,包括料斗、理条槽和接料板,所述理条槽倾斜放置,且理条槽的上端口与料斗的出料口相连通,理条槽的下端口置于接料板的上方;
所述料斗的内腔中设有导料板,在料斗的出料口处插接有出料调节板;所述理条槽上设有若干相互平行设置的条形槽。
进一步地,所述料斗的外壁上设有振动电机。
进一步地,所述接料板为矩形状,在接料板中与料斗出料口相平行的一侧边的侧壁上设有挡板。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2,本发明一种茶叶理条整形机中的送料机构,包括料斗1、理条槽2和接料板3,理条槽2倾斜放置,且理条槽2的上端口与料斗1的出料口相连通,理条槽2的下端口置于接料板3的上方。
在理条槽2上设有若干相互平行设置的条形槽21,条形槽21使得茶叶按照固定方向依次进入接料板3上,便于后期茶叶的揉捻整形。
为便于料斗1内的茶叶更好地滑向理条槽2,在料斗1的内腔中设有导料板11,导料板11倾斜设置。为便于调节料斗1的出料量大小,在料斗1的出料口处插接有出料调节板12。
为便于更好地出料,在料斗1的外壁上设有振动电机。
本发明中的接料板3为矩形状,茶叶从理条槽2上滑落至接料板3上时,为防止茶叶从接料板3的边缘脱落,在接料板3中与料斗1出料口相平行的一侧边的侧壁上设有挡板31,该挡板31能够有效地避免茶叶的脱落。

所述料斗(1)的内腔中设有导料板(11),在料斗(1)的出料口处插接有出料调节板(12);
所述理条槽(2)上设有若干相互平行设置的条形槽(21)。
