When the verification is started, the terminal calls the verification interface to carry out identity verification on the current user, and when the biological identification verification is successful and the living body verification is successful, the personal information of the user corresponding to the current account information is obtained and displayed on the personal information display interface of the user.
In this embodiment, when the user passes the power consumption, biometric authentication and/or in-vivo authentication needs to be performed on the current user, and when the current user is successfully authenticated, the user personal information corresponding to the current account information is displayed on the user personal information display interface, so that the user passes the power consumption. Therefore, the safety of the users using the electricity is improved, the use experience of the users can be improved, the human resources are saved, and the service handling efficiency of the users using the electricity is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the method for processing the service further includes:
step 302, acquiring a trigger operation for querying the historical electricity consumption information control, and generating a historical query operation instruction containing electricity consumption number information.
When a user triggers the historical electricity utilization information inquiry button, the terminal acquires triggering operation on the historical electricity utilization information inquiry control to generate an inquiry historical operation instruction, and the inquiry historical operation instruction contains electricity utilization number information.
Step 304, the query history operation instruction is transmitted to the second server through the first server.
The terminal uploads the generated inquiry history operation instruction and the user account information to the first server, and the first server receives the transmitted inquiry history operation instruction and transmits the inquiry history operation instruction to the second server.
And step 306, acquiring historical electricity utilization information corresponding to the electricity utilization number information inquired by the second server transmitted by the first server.
The second server receives the historical electricity utilization inquiry operation instruction transmitted by the first server, inquires corresponding historical electricity utilization information according to the electricity utilization number information carried by the historical electricity utilization inquiry operation instruction, and transmits the historical electricity utilization information to the first server, wherein the historical electricity utilization information carries user account information. The first server receives the historical power utilization information sent by the second server, searches the corresponding account according to the user account information carried by the historical power utilization information, and sends the historical power utilization information to the corresponding account. The terminal acquires historical electricity utilization information corresponding to the current account transmitted by the first server and displays the historical electricity utilization information on a historical electricity utilization information query interface.
In this embodiment, a historical electricity consumption information query control is further displayed on the electricity consumption information query interface, after the terminal acquires the first electricity consumption information, the terminal can also query the historical electricity consumption information of the electricity consumption number according to needs, and a user can visually see the historical electricity consumption information corresponding to the electricity consumption number information, so that the historical electricity consumption condition of the electricity consumption number information can be known. Besides, other people can also inquire the historical electricity consumption information of the user by triggering the historical electricity consumption information inquiry control, therefore, the historical electricity consumption information corresponding to the electricity consumption number information which is required to be inquired can be inquired conveniently and quickly, and meanwhile, when the user family wants to know the electricity consumption condition of the user, the historical electricity consumption information corresponding to the electricity consumption number information can be inquired, the historical electricity consumption information of the user is obtained, so that the electricity consumption condition of the user is known, the user experience can be improved, and the system is more humanized.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the method for processing the service further includes:
and 402, acquiring the trigger operation of the alarm control, and generating an alarm operation instruction containing the electricity consumption number information.
And when the user triggers the alarm button, the terminal acquires the triggering operation of the alarm control and generates an alarm operation instruction, wherein the alarm operation instruction contains the electricity utilization number information.
And step 404, transmitting the alarm operation instruction to a second server through the first server.
The terminal uploads the generated alarm operation instruction and the user account information to the first server, and the first server receives the sent alarm operation instruction and transmits the alarm operation instruction to the second server.
And 406, acquiring alarm feedback information which is generated by the second server and corresponds to the electricity consumption number information and sent by the first server.
And the second server receives the alarm operation instruction transmitted by the first server, generates alarm feedback information according to the alarm operation instruction and transmits the alarm feedback information to the first server, wherein the alarm feedback information carries the user account information. And the first server receives the alarm feedback information sent by the second server, finds the corresponding account according to the user account information carried by the alarm feedback information, and sends the alarm feedback information to the corresponding account. The terminal acquires the alarm feedback information corresponding to the current account transmitted by the first server and displays the alarm feedback information to an alarm feedback interface.
In this embodiment, an alarm control is also displayed on the interfaces of power consumption information inquiry, user personal information confirmation and the like. When the user transacts the power utilization business, the alarm control can be triggered to generate an alarm operation instruction. And the terminal transmits the acquired alarm operation instruction to the second server through the first server and receives alarm feedback information of the alarm operation instruction transmitted by the second server through the first server. Therefore, the user can timely alarm the found problems in the process of handling the electricity user service, so as to help solve the problems, reduce the proportion of error information in the user service handling process, enable the operation process to be more humanized and improve the use experience of the user.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 2-4 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-4 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternating with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, there is provided a service processing apparatus 500, including: a request information acquisition module 501, a power consumption number information acquisition module 502, a power consumption information receiving module 503, a determination information acquisition module 504, a user verification module 505, and an information handling module 506, wherein:
a request information obtaining module 501, configured to obtain a user service processing request.
The electricity consumption number information obtaining module 502 is configured to obtain the input electricity consumption number information, and transmit the electricity consumption number information to the first server.
The electricity consumption information receiving module 503 is configured to receive first electricity consumption information corresponding to the electricity consumption number information sent by the first server, and display the first electricity consumption information to the electricity consumption information query interface.
And the determination information acquisition module 504 is configured to acquire a determination operation instruction triggered on the power utilization information query interface.
And the user authentication module 505 is configured to authenticate a user, and when authentication is successful, obtain the personal information of the user transmitted by the first server, and display the personal information of the user to a personal information confirmation interface of the user.
And the information handling module 506 is configured to obtain a submit handling instruction triggered on the user personal information confirmation interface, generate work order information, and send the work order information to the second server through the first server. In one embodiment, the electricity consumption number information obtaining module 502 is further configured to send the electricity consumption number information to the second server through the first server; the power consumption information receiving module 503 is further configured to receive first power consumption information, which is sent by the second server through the first server and is queried according to the power consumption number information.
In one embodiment, the power consumption information receiving module 503 is further configured to receive the first power consumption information corresponding to the power consumption number information, including: receiving power utilization address information corresponding to the power utilization number information; and receiving at least one of meter reading degree information, meter reading date information and money amount information corresponding to the electricity consumption number information.
In one embodiment, the service processing apparatus further includes: and the electronic map display module is used for entering the electronic map and displaying the position corresponding to the power utilization address information on the electronic map when the trigger operation instruction of the power utilization address information is acquired.
In one embodiment, the user identity verification module 505 is configured to perform biometric verification and/or liveness detection on the user; the user authentication module 505 includes: a biological identification verification module and a living body detection module. The biometric authentication module further comprises: the system comprises a facial feature verification module, a fingerprint feature verification module, an iris feature verification module, a retina feature verification module, a voiceprint feature verification module and a vein feature verification module, wherein the facial feature verification module, the fingerprint feature verification module, the iris feature verification module, the retina feature verification module, the voiceprint feature verification module and the vein feature verification module are respectively used for verifying facial features, fingerprint features, iris features, retina features, voiceprint features and vein features. The living body detection module is used for verifying blinking, mouth opening, head shaking and head pointing of a user.
In one embodiment, the service processing apparatus further includes: the historical electricity utilization information query module is used for acquiring trigger operation for querying the historical information control and generating a historical query operation instruction containing electricity utilization number information; and transmitting the historical inquiry operation instruction to a second server through the first server, and acquiring historical electricity utilization information corresponding to the electricity utilization number information inquired by the second server and transmitted by the first server.
In one embodiment, the service processing apparatus further includes: the alarm module is used for acquiring the trigger operation of the alarm control and generating an alarm operation instruction containing the electricity utilization number information; and transmitting the alarm operation instruction to a second server through the first server, and acquiring alarm feedback information generated by the second server and transmitted by the first server.
The modules in the service processing device can be wholly or partially implemented by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 11. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a business process method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 11 is a block diagram of only a portion of the architecture associated with the subject application, and is not intended to limit the computing device to which the subject application may be applied, and that a computing device may in particular include more or less components than those shown, or combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps in the methods of the embodiments described above.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A service processing method is applied to an application program running on a terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a user-passing service processing request, wherein the user-passing service processing request carries user account information; the user account information is information for logging in the application program;
acquiring input power consumption number information according to the user passing service processing request, and uploading the power consumption number information and user account information to a first server;
receiving first power utilization information corresponding to the power utilization number information sent by the first server, and displaying the first power utilization information to a power utilization information query interface;
acquiring a determined operation instruction triggered on the power utilization information inquiry interface, entering a verification interface, and performing user identity verification on the verification interface;
when the verification is successful, acquiring the user personal information which is sent by the first server and obtained according to the user account information, and displaying the user personal information to a user personal information confirmation interface;
acquiring a submitting and handling instruction triggered on the user personal information confirmation interface, generating work order information, and sending the work order information to a second server through the first server, so that the second server processes the power consumption user service according to the work order information;
acquiring a trigger operation of an alarm control on the electricity consumption information inquiry interface, and generating an alarm operation instruction containing the electricity consumption number information;
transmitting the alarm operation instruction to a second server through the first server;
and acquiring the alarm feedback information which is sent by the first server and generated by the second server and corresponds to the electricity consumption number information, and displaying the alarm feedback information on an alarm feedback interface.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of receiving the first power utilization information corresponding to the power utilization number information sent by the first server is preceded by:
transmitting the electricity consumption number information to a second server through the first server;
and receiving the first electricity utilization information inquired by the second server according to the electricity utilization number information through the first server.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the receiving the first power utilization information corresponding to the power utilization number information sent by the first server comprises:
receiving power utilization address information corresponding to the power utilization number information;
and receiving at least one of meter reading degree information, meter reading date information and money amount information corresponding to the electricity consumption number information.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein after the step of receiving the electricity address information corresponding to the electricity number information, the method comprises:
and acquiring a trigger operation instruction of the power utilization address information, entering an electronic map, and displaying a position corresponding to the power utilization address information on the electronic map.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the performing user authentication at the authentication interface comprises:
performing biometric verification and/or liveness detection;
the biometric verification comprises at least one verification of facial features, fingerprint features, iris features, retina features, voiceprint features and vein features;
the liveness detection includes at least one verification of a user blinking, opening a mouth, shaking a head, and nodding a head.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring trigger operation of a historical electricity consumption information inquiry control, and generating an inquiry historical operation instruction containing the electricity consumption number information;
transmitting the query history operation instruction to a second server through the first server;
and acquiring historical electricity utilization information corresponding to the electricity utilization number information inquired by a second server transmitted by the first server.
7. An apparatus for processing service, the apparatus being applied to an application program running on a terminal, the apparatus comprising:
the request information acquisition module is used for acquiring a user service processing request; the user passing service processing request carries user account information; the user account information is information for logging in the application program;
the power consumption serial number information acquisition module is used for acquiring input power consumption serial number information and transmitting the power consumption serial number information to the first server;
the power consumption information receiving module is used for receiving first power consumption information corresponding to the power consumption serial number information sent by the first server and displaying the first power consumption information to a power consumption information query interface;
the determining information acquisition module is used for acquiring a determining operation instruction triggered on the power utilization information inquiry interface;
the user authentication module is used for authenticating a user, acquiring the personal information of the user transmitted by the first server when authentication is successful, and displaying the personal information of the user to a personal information confirmation interface of the user;
the information processing module is used for acquiring a submitting processing instruction triggered on a personal information confirmation interface of a user, generating work order information and sending the work order information to a second server through the first server so that the second server processes the power consumption business of the user according to the work order information;
the alarm module is used for acquiring the triggering operation of an alarm control on the electricity consumption information inquiry interface and generating an alarm operation instruction containing the electricity consumption number information; transmitting the alarm operation instruction to a second server through the first server; and acquiring the alarm feedback information which is sent by the first server and generated by the second server and corresponds to the electricity consumption number information, and displaying the alarm feedback information on an alarm feedback interface.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the electricity usage number information obtaining module is further configured to send the electricity usage number information to a second server through the first server; the electricity utilization information receiving module is further used for receiving the first electricity utilization information inquired by the second server according to the electricity utilization number information through the first server.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program operable on the processor, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, performs the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
