A photochromic lens is a lens that turns dark when exposed to light of a particular wavelength (typically ultraviolet light), but returns to its original light transmittance and becomes clear when no longer illuminated by the light source. The blue toner 8410, the green toner 8409 and the red toner 8405 are products of Kun shan division of Taiwan Chongyu science and technology Co., Ltd, and the 1358 curing agent and the 306 leveling agent are products of German Bike chemical company which is an agency of Guangzhou Baohua trade Co., Ltd, are all existing raw materials and can be purchased from manufacturers.
The color-changing film is also provided with a protective film, the protective film is formed by spin coating protective liquid on the color-changing film and then curing the protective film by ultraviolet rays, the thickness of the protective film is 3 mu m, and the protective liquid is urethane acrylate oligomer.
The protective film is also provided with a strengthening layer, the hardness of the strengthening layer is 4H, and the thickness of the strengthening layer is 3 μm.
After the scheme is adopted, the photochromic lens is formed by solidifying the special photochromic liquid, the refractive index is controlled to be 1.58, the photochromic speed of the lens is high, and the experimental test result is as follows: the light transmittance of the color-changing lens for the wavelength of 420-790 nm is 15.63-80.79%, the time required for changing from light color to dark color is 3-4 seconds, the time required for changing from dark color to light color is 5-6 seconds, and the use effect is obviously improved.
