本发明涉及一种照明灯具,属于照明领域。
背景技术
在全球资源的短缺下,节能的LED(发光二极管)作为日光灯光源的照明装置已得到广泛应用,它对比传统的日光灯,具有发光效率高、低辐射、低耗电、寿命长、灯具小型化等优点,因此,LED日光灯已逐渐取代传统的日光灯。但是,目前大多数LED日光灯存在以下问题:1、底槽的驱动电源放置空间太小,驱动电源容易受挤压而导致驱动电源短路;2、灯头为堵头分体式结构,过高压测试难。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的问题,提供一种底槽所容纳驱动电源的空间比现有技术大,不易挤压驱动电源导致驱动电源短路,铜针注塑在灯头上,形成一体式结构,增加高压隔离位,该隔离位具有增强耐压强、增大爬电距离等优点且结构简单、成本较低、持久耐用的无炫光LED日光灯。
本发明的目的可以通过采取以下技术方案达到:
一种整体式内置电源日光灯,包括底槽、灯罩和光源板,所述底槽和灯罩之间固定连接形成灯体;所述底槽两端连接有灯头,所述底槽内设置有驱动电源,在所述灯头上注塑有铜针。

本发明具有如下突出的有益效果:
1、本发明的铜针注塑在灯头上,形成一体式结构,增加高压隔离位,该隔离位具有增强耐压强、增大爬电距离的优点。
2、本发明的底槽所容纳驱动电源的空间比现有技术宽,不易挤压驱动电源导致驱动电源短路。

参照图1,本实施例包括底槽1、灯罩2和设置在灯罩内的光源板3,所述底槽1和灯罩2之间固定连接形成灯体;所述底槽1两端连接有灯头4,所述底槽1内设置有驱动电源5,在所述光源板3上安装有复数个LED,在所述灯头4上注塑有铜针6。
本实施例中,所述底槽1和灯罩2固定连接所形成的灯体横截面为椭圆状;所述底槽1设有可容纳驱动电源5的空间;所述底槽1由铝材制成;所述灯罩2由乳白色的光扩散塑胶PC材料制成;所述灯头4由塑胶PC材料制成,在灯头4上设有与铜针7相适应的针孔;所述铜针6由黄铜制成。
