When the processing of the positioning hole is completed, the positioning template is taken down, the pressing sense of the pressure sensor 11 disappears, the pressure value is lower than the set pressure value, and the indicator lamp 12 is turned off. Therefore, in the third step of the using method, the operator holds the tiger mouth 7 in the palm center of one hand, and holds the force application rib 9 with fingers, when the force is applied in the indoor direction horizontally, the positioning template is tightly fixed on the fixed frame, and under the condition that the indicator lamp 12 is kept bright, the other hand uses the drilling tool to drill the lock seat positioning hole through the matching hole, and after the lock seat positioning hole is processed, the lock seat positioning hole is processed by taking down the positioning template, so that the accuracy and stability of the drilling operation can be ensured. It should be noted that, the application method in the embodiment of the present invention may be used to implement all the technical solutions in the embodiments of the foregoing door and window lock point lock seat positioning tool, and the specific implementation process may refer to the relevant description in the foregoing embodiments, which is not repeated herein.
The invention provides a positioning tool for a lock seat of a door and a window lock point and a use method thereof, and the positioning tool can rapidly and accurately perform positioning installation by providing a positioning template matched with the lock seat of the lock point, does not need manual measurement and marking, and reduces errors of calculation and manual measurement. The positioning template is flexible and easy to carry, and positioning operation is simple, so that an operator can easily operate in the positioning and drilling process, working errors are reduced, and workload is greatly reduced; the anti-slip design of the holding part is anti-slip and is convenient for force application.

Claims (10)

1. The positioning tool for the lock seat of the door and window lock point is characterized by comprising a positioning template, wherein the cross section of the positioning template is Z-shaped and comprises a holding part (1), a fixing part (2), a window sash positioning rib (3) and a lock point positioning tongue (4), the fixing part (2) comprises a vertical part and a horizontal part, one end of the horizontal part is vertically connected with one end of the vertical part, the other end of the horizontal part is vertically connected with the window sash positioning rib (3), the window sash positioning rib (3) is parallel to the vertical part, and the bottom surface of the window sash positioning rib is higher than the bottom surface of the horizontal part; the lock point positioning tongue (4) is vertically fixed on one side of the window sash positioning rib (3) opposite to the horizontal part; the holding part (1) is vertically connected with the other end of the vertical part and is parallel to the horizontal part; the horizontal part is provided with a matching hole;
the application method of the door and window lock point lock seat positioning tool comprises the following steps:
step one, rotating a handle to enable a movable fan to be opened and enable the movable fan to be in an unlocking state, then placing a positioning template on a fixed frame and attaching the positioning template to the fixed frame, enabling the holding part (1) to be close to the room, and enabling the positioning template to slide on the fixed frame;
closing the movable fan to enable the movable fan to be in contact with and attached to the window sash positioning ribs (3), and then moving the positioning template up and down to enable the lock point positioning tongue (4) to be in abutting fit with a lock point on the movable fan;
pushing away the movable fan, applying a horizontal force parallel to the holding part (1) to the positioning template, and forcing the positioning template to be fixed in a direction towards the room; and drilling a lock seat positioning hole through the matching hole by using a drilling tool, and after the lock seat positioning hole is machined, taking down the positioning template to finish machining the lock seat positioning hole.
2. The tool for positioning the lock point lock seat of the door and window according to claim 1, wherein the tool for positioning further comprises a drill bushing (5), and the drill bushing (5) is detachably placed in the matching hole.
3. A tool for positioning a locking point lock base of a door or window according to claim 2, further comprising a set screw (6), said set screw (6) being capable of detachably securing said drill bushing (5) in said mating hole.
4. A tool for positioning a locking seat for a door and window according to claim 1, wherein the number of the matching holes is two, and the connecting line of the two matching holes is parallel to the window sash positioning rib (3).

The door and window lock point lock seat positioning tool according to claim 1, wherein the holding portion (1) comprises a tiger mouth (7), an anti-slip portion (8) and a force application rib (9), one end of the anti-slip portion (8) is smoothly connected with the tiger mouth (7), the other end of the anti-slip portion is vertically connected with the other end of the vertical portion, and the force application rib (9) is vertically fixed in the middle of the anti-slip portion (8) and is arranged on the same side of the anti-slip portion (8) with the fixing portion.
6. A tool for positioning a locking seat for a door and window according to claim 5, wherein the surface of the portion of the anti-slip part (8) between the tiger mouth (7) and the force application rib (9) is provided in a corrugated shape.

A tool for positioning a locking point and a locking seat for doors and windows according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a hook (10) inclined upwards towards the direction of the holding part (1) is arranged at the joint of the horizontal part and the vertical part, and the hook (10) and the fixing part (2) are integrally formed.
8. The tool for positioning a lock base of a door and window lock point according to claim 4, wherein the hole spacing of the two mating holes is equal to the hole spacing of the positioning holes of the lock base.

A tool for positioning a lock base of a lock point of a door or window according to claim 3, wherein the lock point positioning tongue (4) is arranged at a horizontal position between two matching holes, the lock point positioning tongue (4) and the two matching holes are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the locking part of the lock base and the positions of the two positioning holes, and the center line of the lock point positioning tongue (4) in the width direction coincides with a horizontal symmetry axis between the two matching holes, and the width of the lock point positioning tongue is determined by the size of the lock point and the stroke of a handle.
10. A method of using a door and window lock point lock base positioning tool as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
step one, rotating a handle to enable a movable fan to be opened and enable the movable fan to be in an unlocking state, then placing a positioning template on a fixed frame and attaching the positioning template to the fixed frame, enabling the holding part (1) to be close to the room, and enabling the positioning template to slide on the fixed frame;
closing the movable fan to enable the movable fan to be in contact with and attached to the window sash positioning ribs (3), and then moving the positioning template up and down to enable the lock point positioning tongue (4) to be in abutting fit with a lock point on the movable fan;
pushing away the movable fan, applying a horizontal force parallel to the holding part (1) to the positioning template, and forcing the positioning template to be fixed in a direction towards the room; and drilling a lock seat positioning hole through the matching hole by using a drilling tool, and after the lock seat positioning hole is machined, taking down the positioning template to finish machining the lock seat positioning hole.
