步骤二,处理原布:在准备好的胚布上烧毛,使得胚布变得光洁;
步骤三, 退浆:对胚布进行退浆处理;
步骤四,染色:将退浆好的胚布进行染色;
步骤五,印花:将染色后的胚布放入印花机内,直接通过筛网印花版印在织物上;
步骤六,除醛:将染色好的胚布放入除醛池,进行除醛;
步骤七,后处理:将除醛后的布料进行后处理。
作为优选,所述除醛剂含硅藻纯等可吸附甲醛的物质。
