本发明涉及塑料回收再利用领域,特别是涉及一种废塑料脱漆清洗剂。
背景技术
随着我国经济的快速发展,国民生活水平不断提高,瓶装饮用水、果汁饮料、乳酸饮料等的消费量急剧增加,随之产生大量废弃塑料,而这些塑料降解困难,因此严重造成环境污染。近年来,人们开始着力于对回收塑料进行再生,以用于加工成多种产品,在降低这些产品加工成本的同时减轻废弃塑料对环境的污染。回收的废弃塑料由于粘附有污渍、标签、黏胶等,需要经过冲洗才能再生使用。目前,普遍采用的清洗方法是利用水冲洗,具有水消耗量大且清洗不干净的缺点,而市售清洗液也多是针对厨房油污,对于黏胶等污渍清洁效果差。

一种废塑料脱漆清洗剂,其特征在于:由下列重量份数的原料制成:乙二醇单硬脂酸酯20-25份、甲酸乙酯5-10份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5-20份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5-20份、螯合剂15-20份、微晶纤维素5-8份、表面活性剂10-18份。
本发明提供了一种废塑料脱漆清洗剂,具备以下有益效果:不含有毒有害的有机溶剂,绿色环保,气味刺激小,使用安全性高,清洗效率高,清洗过程中不损伤塑料基材,不影响塑料再生后塑料颗粒的应用,具有良好的应用前景。
