本发明公开了一种无泡清洗剂,包括以下质量百分比的原料:1~10%主表面活性剂、1~5%助表面活性剂、0.2~2%缓蚀剂、0.5~3%杀菌剂、5~40%溶剂和水。所述主表面活性剂为丙烯酸、甲酯、双六甲基三胺/2‑乙基己胺和氢氧化钠反应的产物。所述助表面活性剂为丁基封端脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚及其衍生物、脂肪醇嵌段共聚物中的一种或多种。本发明采用新型的表面活性剂作为主原料,高效去污又无泡、易漂洗。本发明所用的表面活性剂可生物降解,无毒无公害,有利于环境保护;本发明适用范围广,除适用常规的清洗设备外,也适用于减压沸腾清洗机。

Description

一种无泡清洗剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无泡清洗剂,属于医疗试剂技术领域。
背景技术
手术器械在使用后,其表面常残留血渍、油脂、组织液等有机污染物,这 些残留的污染物容易腐蚀器械,因此必须及时有效的对这些污物进行去除。目 前消毒供应中心多使用全自动喷淋清洗消毒机对器械进行清洗,由于喷淋压力 大,一般的清洗剂极易在仓体内积累泡沫。当泡沫达到一定程度时,一方面会 使设备报警并停止工作,一方面器械进入后道漂洗时容易漂洗不净,这时就需 要一款无泡清洗剂了。尤其随着医疗行业的发展,近期出现了减压沸腾清洗机, 由于减压沸腾、空气导入等过程会使清洗液剧烈沸腾,如果清洗剂有一定的泡 沫,机器将不能正常运转,目前市面上99%的清洗剂都不能满足低泡或无泡这 一要求,为了满足市场的需求,现急需一款无泡的清洗剂。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,为了解决现有技术中存在的不足,本发明 提供一种去污高效、易漂洗、环保的无泡清洗剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种无泡清洗剂,包括以下质量百分比的原料:1~10%主表面活性剂、1~ 5%助表面活性剂、0.2~2%缓蚀剂、0.5~3%杀菌剂、5~40%溶剂和水。
所述主表面活性剂为丙烯酸、甲酯、双六甲基三胺/2‐乙基己胺和氢氧化 钠反应的产物。
所述产物包括
中的一种或多种。
所述助表面活性剂为丁基封端脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚及其 衍生物、脂肪醇嵌段共聚物中的一种或多种。
所述缓蚀剂的结构式为:其中n=6或 者12。
所述溶剂为丙二醇、甲氧基乙基丁二醇、丙酮缩丁醛中的一种或多种。
所述杀菌剂为卡松、双胍、苯氧乙醇中的一种或两种。
除本发明所述的上述原料,根据实际需求,还可以添加少量香精、色素、 酶等物质以增加感官或功能特性。
本发明优点是:
(1)、本发明采用新型的表面活性剂作为主原料,高效去污又无泡、易漂 洗。
(2)、本发明所用的表面活性剂可生物降解,无毒无公害,有利于环境保 护;
(3)、本发明适用范围广,除适用常规的清洗设备外,也适用于减压沸腾 清洗机。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作更进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种无泡清洗剂,包括以下重量百分比的原料:丙烯酸、甲酯和双六甲 基三胺、氢氧化钠反应的产物丁基封端脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(丁基封端C12-C14+10EO)2%,丙酮缩丁醛3%, 丙二醇25%,卡松1.5%,蛋白酶5%,脂肪酶3%, 绿色色素0.05%及余量水。
实施例2
一种无泡清洗剂,包括以下重量百分比的原料:丙烯酸、甲酯和2-乙基 己胺、氢氧化钠反应的产物8%, 异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯4%,甲氧基乙基丁二醇10%,丙二醇15%, 1%,PHMB0.5%,蛋白酶2%,脂肪酶3%,纤维 素酶1%,淀粉酶0.5%,香精0.1%,蓝色色素0.05%及余量水。
实施例3
一种无泡清洗剂,包括以下重量百分比的原料:丙烯酸、甲酯和2-乙基 己胺、氢氧化钠反应的产物Pluronic PE6400 2%,丙二醇10%、甲氧基乙基丁二醇5%、丙酮缩丁醛10%, 苯氧乙醇2%,卡松0.2%,蛋白酶5%,脂肪酶 1%,纤维素酶3%,淀粉酶0.2%,香精0.1%,绿色色素0.05%及余量水。
实施例4
一种无泡清洗剂,包括以下重量百分比的原料:丙烯酸、甲酯和2-乙基 己胺、氢氧化钠反应的产物 Pluronic PE64001%,丙酮缩丁醛5%,双胍0.5%, 蛋白酶5%,脂肪酶1%,纤维素酶3%,淀粉酶0.2%,香精0.1%,绿色色素 0.05%及余量水。
实施例5
一种无泡清洗剂,包括以下重量百分比的原料:丙烯酸、甲酯和2-乙基 己胺、氢氧化钠反应的产物10%,丁基封端脂肪 醇聚氧乙烯醚5%,2%,卡松1%,双胍2%,丙 二醇10%,甲氧基乙基丁二醇10%,丙酮缩丁醛20%,蛋白酶2%,脂肪酶3%,纤维素酶1%,淀粉酶0.5%,香精0.1%,蓝色色素0.05%及余量水。
上述实施例清洗剂1:500的即时泡沫<5mL,且对不锈钢、碳钢、铝片 连续浸泡72h,均未见腐蚀现象。采用上述实施例清洗剂1:500的稀释液浸 泡Allcleantest(模拟污物测试卡)5min,污物去除率>90%。
将上述实施例清洗剂用于三浦RQ-5OKS减压沸腾式清洗机中,运行“管 状器械清洗程序”后,取出管腔器械并用肉眼、放大镜观察:器械表面光亮, 无可见污物残留;用ATP采样棒取样检测,ATP数值均<40RLU,符合清洗 质量要求。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普 通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润 饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种无泡清洗剂,其特征在于:包括以下质量百分比的原料:1~10%主表面活性剂、1~5%助表面活性剂、0.2~2%缓蚀剂、0.5~3%杀菌剂、5~40%溶剂和水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无泡清洗剂,其特征在于:所述主表面活性剂为丙烯酸、甲酯、双六甲基三胺/2‐乙基己胺和氢氧化钠反应的产物。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无泡清洗剂,其特征在于:所述助表面活性剂为丁基封端脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚及其衍生物、脂肪醇嵌段共聚物中的一种或多种。
