Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a hoisting device provided in an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the lifting apparatus includes a moving cart 10, a lifting mechanism 20, a sliding support 30, and a boom 40.
The mobile cart 10 comprises a chassis 11 and a stationary support 12.
The chassis 11 is provided with a plurality of rollers 111, the fixed bracket 12 is vertically installed on the chassis 11, and the sliding bracket 30 is slidably installed on the fixed bracket 12. The lifting mechanism 20 is provided on the base frame 11, and the lifting mechanism 20 is used for driving the sliding bracket 30 to slide in the vertical direction.

Optionally, at least one of the rollers 111 may be provided with a brake device to facilitate braking of the mobile cart 10.
The fixed bracket 12 may include two parallel spaced vertical guide rails 121, and the sliding bracket 30 is slidably disposed on the two vertical guide rails 121. The bottom ends of the two vertical guide rails 121 may be connected to both ends of the connecting rod 112, respectively, and a reinforcing rod 122 may be connected between the top ends of the two vertical guide rails 121 to improve the structural strength of the fixing bracket 12.
The two vertical guide rails 121, the reinforcing rod 122 and the connecting rod 112 can be welded or bolted.
Optionally, the fixed bracket 12 may further be provided with a handrail 123, and the hoisting device may be conveniently pushed through the handrail 123. There may be two handrails 123, and the two handrails 123 are respectively disposed on the two vertical guide rails 121.
As shown in fig. 1, a weight box 114 may also be provided on the chassis 11. The stability of the hoisting equipment can be improved by placing a heavy object in the weight box 114, and the hoisting equipment is prevented from falling.
The weight box 114 may be fixed to the chassis 11 to avoid the risk of the weight box 114 falling off during use. The weight box 114 may be welded to the chassis 11. Or fixed on the underframe 11 by bolts for convenient disassembly and assembly.
The weight box 114 and the boom 40 may be located on opposite sides of the mounting bracket 12 to further improve the stability of the lifting apparatus during the lifting of components.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the lifting mechanism 20 may include a column 21, a first handle 22, a flexible traction member 23, and a wheel 24. The upright post 21 is vertically arranged on the base frame 11, the rotating wheel 24 is arranged at one end of the upright post 21, and the first hand crank 22 is rotatably arranged in the middle of the upright post 21. The flexible traction piece 23 is in a strip shape, one end of the flexible traction piece 23 is connected with the sliding support 30, the flexible traction piece 23 bypasses the rotating wheel 24, and the other end of the flexible traction piece 23 is connected to the first rocking handle 22. By rotating the first handle 22, the flexible pulling member 23 is pulled, and the sliding bracket 30 is pulled by the flexible pulling member 23, so that the height position of the sliding bracket 30 is changed. The two vertical guide rails 121 may be arranged symmetrically about the upright 21.
Alternatively, the flexible traction element 23 may be a chain and the wheel 24 a sprocket. In addition, the flexible traction element 23 may be a wire rope, cable, etc., and the wheel 24 may be a pulley.
The length of the flexible traction element 23 can be set as required, when the flexible traction element 23 is not wound on the first hand crank 22, the sliding support 30 is at the lowest position, the component can be connected to the lifting appliance 50 at this time, and after the first hand crank 22 is rotated, the flexible traction element 23 is wound on the first hand crank 22, so that the lifting appliance 50 is pulled to rise.
As shown in fig. 1, the sliding bracket 30 may have a horizontal rail 31, a sliding block 32 is slidably disposed on the horizontal rail 31, and a suspension arm 40 is connected to the sliding block 32. Therefore, the sliding block 32 can slide along the horizontal guide rail 31, and the horizontal position of the sliding block 32 is changed, so that components are moved in the horizontal direction, and the components are further conveniently installed in the electrical cabinet.
The fixing bracket 12 may be rectangular, and the horizontal guide rail 31 is connected between a set of opposite sides of the rectangle, so that the fixing bracket 12 not only has a simple structure, but also the horizontal guide rail 31 can play a role in improving the structural strength of the fixing bracket 12.
Further, a slide block driving mechanism may be provided on the fixed bracket 12 for driving the slide block 32 to slide along the horizontal guide rail 31. The components can be further conveniently moved in the horizontal direction by arranging the slide block driving mechanism.
Fig. 4 is a schematic partial structure diagram of a hoisting device provided in an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the slider driving mechanism may include a second handle 61, a driving chain 62, a first sprocket 63, and a second sprocket 64. The first chain wheel 63 and the second chain wheel 64 are respectively arranged at two ends of the horizontal guide rail 31, and the second handle 61 is coaxially connected with the first chain wheel 63. The driving chain 62 passes around the first chain wheel 63 and the second chain wheel 64, the sliding block 32 is positioned between the first chain wheel 63 and the second chain wheel 64, and both ends of the driving chain 62 are fixedly connected to the sliding block 32. When the second handle 61 is rotated, the second handle 61 drives the first chain wheel 63 to rotate, the first chain wheel 63 drives the driving chain 62 to rotate, and the driving chain 62 drives the sliding block 32 fixedly connected with the driving chain 62, so that the suspension arm 40 can be adjusted in the horizontal direction, and the position of the component can be moved.
Alternatively, boom 40 may be a length adjustable rod. The length of the suspension arm 40 extending into the electrical cabinet can be conveniently adjusted, and further the installation of components is convenient.
As shown in fig. 1, boom 40 may include a front arm 41 and a rear arm 42. One end of the rear arm 42 is connected to the slide bracket 30, the other end of the rear arm 42 is connected to one end of the front arm 41, and the hanger 50 is provided at the other end of the front arm 41. The rear arm 42 is a tubular structure, and the front arm 41 is movably inserted in the rear arm 42. So that the overall length of the boom arm 40 can be varied by adjusting the length of the front arm 41 extending beyond the rear arm 42.
In other embodiments, the front arm 41 may be provided as a tubular structure, and the rear arm 42 may be movably inserted into the front arm 41.
Furthermore, the rear arm 42 may be inserted with a positioning pin 43, the front arm 41 may be provided with a plurality of pin holes 41a at intervals along the length direction of the front arm 41, and after the front arm 41 is adjusted to extend out of the rear arm 42, the positioning pin 43 may be inserted into the pin hole 41a, thereby preventing the front arm 41 from loosening.
In other embodiments of the present invention, boom 40 may also include a telescopic cylinder. The body of the telescopic cylinder may be fixed to the sliding bracket 30, and the hanger 50 may be fixed to the piston rod of the telescopic cylinder. The telescopic oil cylinder is adopted to facilitate the installation of components, and the suspension arm 40 can be telescopic in the process of hoisting the components.
As shown in fig. 1, the spreader 50 may include a boom 51, the boom 51 is connected to the boom 40 at a middle portion thereof, and the boom 51 is provided with rings 52 at both ends thereof.
The hanger rod 51 can be rotatably connected with the hanger arm 40, so that the hanger rod 51 can be conveniently rotated in the installation process to adjust the posture of the component, and further the installation of the component is convenient.
