Abstract
The invention relates to a generalized foam buffer pad and a processing method thereof, comprising a pad body, wherein the pad body comprises four corner lining monomers which are combined together, a prefabricated breaking groove is arranged between two adjacent corner lining monomers, and each corner lining monomer comprises a bottom buffer pad and a side buffer pad which is arranged on the bottom buffer pad in a surrounding manner. The lining body is made of EPS foam through foaming molding processing by a die, or is made of EPE foam through profiling cutting and combined pasting. The invention has simple structure and compact design, the prepared liner body can be used for packaging products with different sizes or irregular external shapes, the specification types of the liner can be greatly reduced, and the invention is suitable for buffering protection of various and multi-specification packages, thereby reducing the mould manufacturing cost of a buffering liner manufacturer and the buffering liner purchasing cost of a user enterprise.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a generalized foam buffer liner and a processing method thereof, belonging to the technical field of packaging material preparation.
Background
Along with the rapid development of the economy in China, the living standard of people is also rapidly improved. The demand of people on products which are vulnerable to falling such as household appliances is greatly improved. Cushioning pads for reducing impact and vibration damage are an indispensable packaging material during storage and transportation of these products, and various types of foam including EPS and EPE foam are widely used due to their advantages. However, for a long time, when using foam plastic as a bottom cushion pad for product packaging, the foam plastic has complex structure, variable specifications and non-uniform standards, and especially for the cushion pad prepared from EPS material, the complex product appearance causes huge number of processing dies of the cushion pad, and the cost is high; the user unit greatly increases the purchase cost of the foam buffer pad, and simultaneously makes the management of the packaging materials complicated, and the working efficiency and the management precision are greatly affected. Therefore, the universal foam buffer pad is developed, and has obvious effects of reducing cost and improving efficiency for both packaging material production enterprises and packaging user enterprises.

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a generalized foam buffer liner and a processing method.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme: the utility model provides a universalization foam buffer pad, includes the pad body, the pad body includes four angle lining monomers that make up together, be provided with the prefabrication groove of breaking between two adjacent angle lining monomers, angle lining monomer includes bottom blotter and surrounds the side blotter that sets up on the bottom blotter.

The processing method of the generalized foam buffer liner comprises the step of processing and forming the liner body by adopting EPE foam through a copying cutting and combining pasting mode.
The invention has simple structure and compact design, the prepared liner body can be used for packaging products with different sizes or irregular external shapes, the specification types of the liner can be greatly reduced, and the invention is suitable for buffering protection of various and multi-specification packages, thereby reducing the mould manufacturing cost of a buffering liner manufacturer and the buffering liner purchasing cost of a user enterprise.

The bottom cushion pad 3 comprises a cushion flat bottom 3-1 and a plurality of cushion strips 3-2 arranged on the cushion flat bottom 3-1, the middle part of the cushion strips 3-2 is bent, the width of the top of the cushion strips 3-2 is 8mm, the side cushion pad 4 comprises a first side cushion pad 4-1 and a second side cushion pad 4-2 which form right angles, the inner side of the side cushion pad 4 is provided with a circle of protection flange 5, the cushion body is made of EPS foam or EPE foam, the cushion strips 3-2 and the cushion flat bottom 3-1 are integrally formed or adhered and formed, the cushion body is made of EPS foam serving as a raw material through foaming and forming processing of a die, and the cushion body is made of EPE foam through profiling cutting and combining pasting.
In the collapsed state of the bottom cushion as shown in fig. 5, a pressure perpendicular to the bottom cushion 3 is required to be applied to the plane of the cushion strips 3-2 during product packaging, so that the cushion strips 3-2 on the bottom cushion 3 are collapsed.
As shown in fig. 6, the bottom cushion pad 3 and the protective flange 5 of the corner liner monomer 1 bear pressure together, and after the bottom cushion pad 3 is crushed by the packaged material, the buffer strip 3-2 and the protective flange 5 of the corner liner monomer 1 bear an upward supporting force on the packaged material together and form buffer protection.
Claims (7)
1. A generalized foam cushioning pad comprising a pad body characterized by: the lining body comprises four corner lining monomers (1) which are combined together, a prefabricated breaking groove (2) is formed between every two adjacent corner lining monomers (1), and each corner lining monomer (1) comprises a bottom cushion pad (3) and a side cushion pad (4) which is arranged on the bottom cushion pad in a surrounding mode;
The bottom cushion pad (3) comprises a cushion flat bottom (3-1) and a plurality of cushion strips (3-2) arranged on the cushion flat bottom;
the side cushion pad (4) comprises a first side cushion pad (4-1) and a second side cushion pad (4-2) which form a right angle;
a circle of protection flanges (5) are arranged on the inner sides of the side edge cushions (4);
the middle part of the buffer strip is in a bending shape;
When the product is packed, the pressure vertical to the bottom cushion pad (3) is applied on the plane of the cushion strip (3-2), so that the cushion strip (3-2) on the bottom cushion pad (3) is crushed;

5. The universal foam cushioning pad of claim 1 wherein: the thickness of the prefabricated breaking groove (2) is 5-8mm.
6. The method for processing the generalized foam cushioning pad of claim 1, wherein: the lining body is made of EPS foam serving as a raw material through foaming molding processing of a die.
7. The method for processing the generalized foam cushioning pad of claim 1, wherein: the lining body is formed by processing EPE foam in a copying cutting, combining and pasting mode.
