Background
At present, most of the common baby carriage frames in the market use a connecting rod structure, and a folding joint is only connected with a front foot pipe and a handle pipe, so that when the baby carriage is folded, the displacement between the connecting rods can form hand shearing or hand clamping injuries. The folding joints of some baby carriages are driven by gears between the upper joint and the lower joint to realize the linkage folding of the baby carriage frame, but the gears are exposed when the folding joints rotate, so that the hand clamping injury is formed between the gears and the joint cover.
Since the occurrence of the accident that the baby finger is pinched during the folding process of the baby carriage in the U.S., the safety of folding joints of the baby carriage is more and more paid attention to by governments and consumers around the world, from the past, only the static hand pinching and shearing of the baby carriage is concerned, and the development of the present invention is to prevent the static hand pinching and shearing and the damage to the baby hand pinching or shearing caused by the folding joints during the dynamic folding process of the baby carriage frame.
In order to solve the problem of the baby carriage causing the injury of folding the clamping hands or shearing the hands, various solutions have been presented at present. The existing solution is mainly a thought of preventing the gaps of the components from being exposed in the folding process, namely, the adjacent pipe fittings connected through the folding joint are not exposed in the folding process through structural design, so that the possibility of damage to fingers of infants caused by the exposed parts in the moving process is reduced. Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further described in detail through the drawings and the embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an embodiment of a stroller according to the present invention. In the present embodiment, the stroller includes a front foot bar 1A, a rear foot bar 2A, and a handle bar 1B, and a stroller folding joint is provided between the front foot bar 1A, the rear foot bar 2A, and the handle bar 1B. The pushchair articulation may take the form of a pushchair comprising a carousel 1 and an articulation housing 2 for connecting the different bars, see in particular figures 2 to 13. Wherein the dial member 1 is at least partially mounted in the receiving cavity of the joint housing 2 and is rotatable with respect to the joint housing 2 to achieve opening or closing between the link member of the dial member 1 and the link member of the joint housing 2. Correspondingly, in fig. 1, the joint housing 2 is connected to a rear foot bar 2A, and the front foot bar 1A and the handle bar 1B are each connected to a different turntable element 1. It should be noted that the folding joint of the stroller in the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned structural form of the stroller, and can be applied to any form of joint position of the stroller where the rod expansion and folding actions are required.
Referring to fig. 2 to 13, the folding joint of the stroller of the present invention includes a dynamic blocking mechanism provided between the joint housing 2 and the turntable member 1, in addition to the turntable member 1 and the joint housing 2. The dynamic plugging mechanism can form a protruding part extending into the hand gap when the joint housing 2 and the rotary disc piece 1 relatively rotate to a preset angle forming the hand gap along the folding direction. When the joint shell and the turntable piece rotate along the folding direction, the dynamic blocking mechanism can form a protruding part which stretches into the clamping gap, the clamping gap is blocked by the protruding part, so that the infant finger cannot be plugged into the clamping gap, and even if the infant finger is positioned in the clamping gap, the protruding part of the dynamic blocking mechanism can push the infant finger out of the clamping gap when the baby carriage is folded, so that the danger of damage of the clamping or the shearing hand is eliminated.
Furthermore, the dynamic blocking mechanism is also capable of retracting the protruding portion from the grip gap upon relative rotation of the joint housing 2 and the dial member 1 in the deployment direction. Therefore, the dynamic plugging mechanism is more attractive in appearance, and the dynamic plugging mechanism can realize the action of protruding towards the gap of the clamping hand every time when being folded.
In the stroller shown in fig. 1, the front foot bar 1A, the rear foot bar 2A and the handle bar 1B are connected to the same stroller folding joint. Correspondingly, the turntable member 1 comprises a first turntable member and a second turntable member, which are respectively mounted at two side positions in the receiving cavity of the joint housing 2. Since the front foot bar 1A, the rear foot bar 2A and the handle bar 1B are to be drawn close to each other when the stroller is folded, the dynamic blocking mechanism is provided between the first rotating disc member and the joint housing 2, and between the second rotating disc member and the joint housing 2, respectively.
In order to enable the dynamic occlusion mechanism to perform an outwardly protruding action upon collapsing, it is preferred that the dynamic occlusion mechanism comprises: a closure and a guide structure. The plugging piece is arranged in the accommodating cavity of the joint shell 2, the guiding structure is connected with the plugging piece, and the plugging piece can be guided to wholly or partially form a protruding part extending into the gap of the clamping hand along a preset track along with the relative rotation of the joint shell 2 and the rotary table piece 1 along the folding direction.
Fig. 2-7 show an embodiment in which the closure member is a flexible closure member 3, which flexible closure member 3 is capable of being partly formed by means of extrusion deformation into a protruding portion 36 of the pinch gap. Specifically, a mounting structure may be provided within the joint housing 2, and a portion of the flexible blocking member 3 is relatively fixed within the joint housing 2 by the mounting structure. The other part of the flexible blocking member 3 can receive the pressing force of the turntable member 1 when the joint housing 2 and the turntable member 1 are relatively rotated in the folding direction.
In fig. 2-4, one implementation of a mounting structure is shown, i.e. a mounting structure comprising a projection 21 and a stop 23, the flexible closure 3 being fitted with the projection 21 by means of an internal hollow 34 and a relative fixed relationship between a part of the flexible closure 3 and the joint housing 2 by means of an external contour fitted with the stop 23. In other embodiments, the flexible blocking element 3 can also be mounted in engagement with the projection 21 only by means of the hollow interior 34 or in engagement with the stop 23 only by means of the external contour, so that a relatively fixed relationship between the part of the flexible blocking element 3 and the joint housing 2 is achieved. In addition to such a mounting structure, it is also possible in another embodiment to provide the flexible blocking member 3 with a protruding structure which cooperates with a recess provided in the joint housing 2 or the like.
The guide structure may include a locating pin 32 and a locating slot 22. The positioning long grooves 22 are arranged at two sides of the inside of the accommodating cavity of the joint housing 2, the positioning pins 32 penetrate through the flexible plugging piece 3, and two ends of the positioning long grooves 22 are embedded into the positioning long grooves. Referring to fig. 4 to 7, when the joint housing 2 and the turntable member 1 rotate relatively in the folding direction, the other part of the flexible blocking member 3 moves along the predetermined track defined by the positioning slot 22 under the pressing force of the turntable member 1, and deforms toward the direction of the grip gap. The trajectory defined by the positioning slot 22 may be designed according to a number of factors, such as the folding angle, the internal space of the joint housing 2, and the degree of deformability of the flexible blocking member 3.
Fig. 4-7 show a gradual deformation process of the flexible closure 3. In fig. 4 the flexible closure 3 has not been pressed and is thus in a non-deformed state, whereas when the pushchair folding joint is folded into the angular position shown in fig. 5, it can be seen that the portion of the flexible closure 3 adjacent to the two side bars is deformed outwards by the pressing force and the protruding portion 36 is in fact in close contact with the side walls of the two side bars, so that the pushchair folding joint is in a root position that does not leave any space for the fingers of the infant to enter. When the stroller folding joint is folded to the final position (i.e., the angular position shown in fig. 6 and 7), it can be seen that the projection 36 is clear and it also projects outwardly against the two side bars.
Referring to fig. 3, the outer contour of the other part of the flexible blocking member 3 is preferably a circular arc contour 31 matching the outer contour of the joint housing 2 in a normal state, and the flexible blocking member 3 is capable of retracting the protruding portion 36 from the grip gap and restoring to a normal state when the joint housing 2 and the dial member 1 are relatively rotated in the deployment direction. This is more aesthetically pleasing and also less prone to being scraped off from the outside. In addition, in order to facilitate the deformation of the flexible blocking member 3, a hollow structure 35 for assisting the deformation may be provided inside the other portion of the flexible blocking member 3.
The flexible blocking member 3 may be made of a conventional flexible material such as plastic, rubber, etc. Because the flexible plugging member 3 is softer than other parts in the folding joint of the baby carriage, the flexible plugging member is relatively easy to damage, and when the flexible plugging member 3 is damaged after being used for a period of time or can not continuously realize the plugging function due to denaturation, the flexible plugging member can be replaced according to the needs, and the replacement and installation of the parts are very convenient for users. In addition, the protruding part formed in the folding process of the flexible plugging piece 3 can push the fingers of the infant out of the hand clamping gap, and the protruding part made of flexible materials is relatively friendly to the fingers of the infant, so that secondary injury can not be caused.
In addition to the flexible material, hard materials may be used to make the closure. In fig. 8-13 an embodiment is shown in which the closure is a hard closure 4. The hard closure element 4 can form, in whole or in part, a projection 43 which protrudes into the pinch gap in a relatively movable manner. The hard seal 4 of the present embodiment forms the protruding portion mainly by integrally moving, unlike the flexible seal 3 which forms the protruding portion by deforming.
Specifically, the guiding structure may include a positioning shaft 41 (refer to fig. 9) and a guiding long groove 24 (refer to fig. 10), the guiding long groove 24 is disposed at two sides of the inside of the accommodating cavity of the joint housing 2, and the positioning shaft 41 is disposed at two sides of the hard plugging member 4 and is respectively embedded into the guiding long groove 24 at two sides of the inside of the accommodating cavity of the joint housing 2. The hard seal 4 is movable along the guide slot 24 relative to the joint housing 2 by the engagement of the positioning shaft 41 with the guide slot 24. When the joint housing 2 and the rotary table 1 rotate relatively in the folding direction, the hard sealing member 4 extends out of the rotary table 1 along a preset track defined by the guide long groove 24 under the guide action of the guide long groove 24 and moves towards the hand clamping gap relative to the joint housing 2.
For the positioning shaft 41 having a rounded outer contour, the movement of the hard closure member 4 includes, in addition to the movement along the guide slot 24, a movement of a projection which swings to an appropriate angle to form a projection which protrudes into the gap of the hand grip. Thus, a part of the hard closure element 4 can be inserted into the rotor element 1, and the rotor element 1 is used to assist the guiding slot 24 in guiding the movement of the hard closure element 4. Referring to fig. 9, a spacing insertion structure 42 may be disposed on a portion of the hard plug 4, and may be in insertion fit with the spacing insertion cavity 12 on the turntable member 1, when the stroller is folded, the hard plug 4 may be rotated under the cooperation of the spacing insertion structure 42 and the spacing insertion cavity 12, and after the rotation to a specific angle, the hard plug 4 protrudes toward the grip gap under the guiding action of the guiding slot 24 to form a protruding portion 43, so that the spacing insertion structure 42 and the spacing insertion cavity 12 cooperate with the guiding action of the guiding slot 24 on the hard plug 4.
Fig. 11-13 show the movement of the hard closure 4 during the folding process. In fig. 11, the hard seal member 4 is housed entirely inside the space insertion cavity 12 of the turntable member 1, and is beautiful in appearance and unlikely to be touched. When the folding joint of the baby carriage starts to fold, the rotating disc member 1 rotates inwards relative to the joint shell 2, the hard sealing member 4 is separated from the interval inserting cavity 12 of the rotating disc member 1 under the action of the guiding long groove 24, and as can be seen from fig. 12, the positioning shaft 41 leaves the through groove 11 on the side wall of the interval inserting cavity 12 for the positioning shaft 41 to move, and meanwhile, the angle of the hard sealing member 4 is changed along with the rotation of the rotating disc member 1. When the stroller folding joint is folded to the final position, i.e., the preset angle shown in fig. 13, the rigid blocking member 4 has been rotated to an angle substantially parallel to the two side bars and is extended outwardly with the positioning shaft 41 engaged with the guide slot 24, forming a protruding portion 43 blocking the gap between the clamping hands.
The hard plugging piece 4 can be made of hard materials such as hard plastic, metal, ceramic and the like, compared with the flexible plugging piece 3, the hard plugging piece 4 is more durable and not easy to damage, the service life of the folding joint of the baby carriage is prolonged, and the replacement is very convenient. In addition, the hard sealing member 4 can be provided with a specific shape and a specific size according to the requirement, so that the sealing of the hand clamping gaps in different states can be satisfied.
Finally, it should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only for illustrating the technical scheme of the present invention and are not limiting; while the invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, those skilled in the art will appreciate that: modifications may be made to the specific embodiments of the present invention or equivalents may be substituted for part of the technical features thereof; without departing from the spirit of the invention, it is intended to cover the scope of the invention as claimed.
