Background
The production of large castings generally adopts wood moulds which are not easy to damage and can be reused for many times, and the cost is lower than that of metal moulds and the like, so that the large castings are widely used. The positioning tube 400 is a hollow square steel tube, which facilitates installation of the thimble 500.
In one embodiment, the thimble 500 is connected to the positioning tube 400 by a fastening bolt 700, so that the thimble 500 can be adjusted and moved conveniently.
Specifically, a bolt hole is formed in a side wall of one end of the positioning tube 400, and is used for installing the fastening bolt 700, and the accurate position of the thimble 500 is fixed by adjusting the fastening bolt 700.
In one embodiment, please refer to fig. 6 and 7, the thimble 500 includes a rod 501 and a plug 502, a tip of one end of the plug 502 is configured as a pointed structure, and an end of the plug 502 away from the pointed structure is fixedly connected to the rod 501; the vertex of the pointed structure is used as a reference for scribing measurement, so that the measurement accuracy is ensured.
