Abstract
本发明提出了仿石材纹理木质地板的制备方法,包括:确定基础地板坯料,对实时地板坯料进行前处理;使用涂布辊轮在所述地板坯料的表面涂装聚氨酯丙烯酸酯UV油漆,形成仿石材凹凸不平的至少一层油漆保护层,获得仿石材纹理木质地板。本发明提出了一种仿石材纹理木质地板,仿石材纹理木质地板表面的涂层表面为仿石材纹理凹凸不平的效果,涂层的防滑性好,耐污染、耐化学性能优异,硬度≥H,表面耐磨磨耗值≤0.08g/100r。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及木质地板及其加工技术,尤其涉及一种仿石材纹理木质地板及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着现代经济的迅速发展,人们对室内家居装饰的美观、实用等综合性能提出了愈来愈高的要求。在室内地面及墙面装饰材料领域,石材地板及木质地板应用极为广泛。石材地板具有极好的耐磨性,粗糙面的石材能表达原始、厚重的艺术效果,然而石材冰冷、坚硬无法给人舒适的脚感,一些石材的多孔性使其抗污性极差,空气湿度大时石材地板还会产生结露。木质地板导热性好,脚感舒适、弹性真实,而且其色彩纹理优雅、质朴自然。传统的室内木质地板都用表面光滑的涂布轮对地板胚的表面涂覆油漆,形成表面光滑的油漆层以保护木质地板,增加木质地板的使用寿命和美感。只是,由于该传统的木地板的油漆表面都比较光滑,当人们在上面行走时,容易滑倒。另外光滑的表面无法形成丰富的光影效果,表面显得呆板。
现有技术存在使用PVC仿石材层代替木质面层,如专利申请号:CN201220083046.0,其具体公开了一种复合地板,所述复合地板包括两个层面,第一层面为PVC仿石材层面,第二层面为胶合板,第一层面与第二层面之间通过胶粘剂相互连接,第二层面的四个边设有凹凸结构。该实用新型的复合地板,面材采用PVC材面层代替木质面层,需要特别制备PVC仿石材层面,生产工艺复杂,且生产中需使用到胶粘剂,不环保。
发明内容
为解决上述问题与针对现行技术的弊端,本发明提供了一种仿石材纹理的木质地板及其制备方法,本发明从仿石材木质地板的材料及制备方法进行突破性的设计。本发明所述的仿石材纹理木质地板所用材料为传统木地板生产所用的UV油漆,工艺简单,生产效率高,可连续生产,且不会对环境造成污染。本发明制备的仿石材纹理的木质地板既保留了天然实木的天然纹理与舒适弹性,又具备石材凹凸不平的粗纹理表面以及石材的耐滑性、耐污性。
本发明提出了一种仿石材纹理木质地板的制备方法,包括:
步骤一:确定基础地板坯料,对实时地板坯料进行前处理;
步骤二:使用涂布辊轮在所述地板坯料的表面涂装聚氨酯丙烯酸酯UV油漆,形成仿石材凹凸不平的至少一层油漆保护层,获得仿石材纹理木质地板。
优选的,所述使用涂布辊轮在所述地板坯料的表面涂装聚氨酯丙烯酸酯UV油漆包括:
步骤a:涂装至少一道底漆;
步骤b:在所述底漆的表面使用聚氨酯丙烯酸酯UV油漆涂装至少一道面漆;
步骤c:每涂布一层面漆使用紫外线进行干燥,干燥后形成所述油漆保护层。
优选的,所述底漆包括附着力底漆、耐磨底漆、加硬底漆和砂光底漆中的一种或多种的任意组合。
优选的,所述紫外线光波长为320-390nm。
优选的,所述每一道面漆的涂布量为10-40g/m2。
优选的,所述涂布辊轮均匀分布细小的孔隙,辊轮硬度为5HS-15HS。
本发明还提出了一种仿石材纹理木质地板,包括一层基础地板坯料,在所述基础地板坯料的表面覆盖有至少一层仿石材凹凸不平的油漆保护层。
优选的,所述油漆保护层包括至少一层底漆和至少一层面漆。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:1、本发明制备的仿石材纹理木质地板,物理化学性能优异,耐污染、耐化学性能优异,硬度≥H,表面耐磨磨耗值≤0.08g/100r。应用前景广阔。2、本发明的制备方法,通过多孔性的涂布辊轮将UV油漆涂布在木质地板表面,使木地板漆膜表面拥有仿石材凹凸不平的粗纹理,该纹理增大了地板表面的摩擦系数,有较好的防滑性能,且光脚行走时,对脚底有按摩作用。3、油漆表面仿石材的凹凸不平纹理,导致油漆层各处的折射率不同,在表面形成丰富的光影效果,获得较好的视觉效果。4、本发明所述的仿石材纹理木质地板生产及使用过程中,不会对环境造成污染。5、本发明的制备方法,过程简单,效率高而效果好,适合推广生产。

下面将结合示意图对本发明提出的仿石材纹理木质地板及其制备方法进行更详细的描述,其中表示了本发明的优选实施例,应该理解本领域技术人员可以修改在此描述的本发明,而仍然实现本发明的有利效果。因此,下列描述应当被理解为对于本领域技术人员的广泛知道,而并不作为对本发明的限制。
本发明仿石材纹理木质地板的制备方法,包括:
步骤一:确定基础地板坯料,对实时地板坯料进行前处理;
步骤二:使用涂布辊轮在所述地板坯料的表面涂装聚氨酯丙烯酸酯UV油漆,形成仿石材凹凸不平的至少一层油漆保护层,获得仿石材纹理木质地板。
优选的,所述使用涂布辊轮在所述地板坯料的表面涂装聚氨酯丙烯酸酯UV油漆包括:
步骤a:涂装至少一道底漆;
步骤b:在所述底漆的表面使用聚氨酯丙烯酸酯UV油漆涂装至少一道面漆;
步骤c:每涂布一层面漆使用紫外线进行干燥,干燥后形成所述油漆保护层。
以下提供一具体实施例对本发明的制备方法做进一步说明:
(1)确定基础地板坯料,对地板坯料进行前处理,所述前处理包括定厚砂光、铣削成型、表面装饰处理;
(2)地板坯料上覆盖油漆保护层,其特征在于:涂布辊轮使用的材料为多孔性材料,在地板坯料表面进行涂装聚氨酯丙烯酸酯UV油漆后,获得仿石材凹凸不平的粗纹理的涂层,同时提高表面的耐磨性、附着力、硬度和耐化学性能,表面涂装工艺包括:涂装3--7道底漆,包含附着力底漆、耐磨底漆、加硬底漆和砂光底漆中的至少一种,再在表面涂装两道面漆,每涂装一道油漆后应紫外光干燥处理后再涂装下一道油漆。
优选的,所述的UV油漆主要成分为聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,每一道的涂布量为10—40g/m2,
优选的,所述的涂布辊轮均匀分布细小的孔隙,辊轮硬度为5HS—15HS;
优选的,所述干燥UV油漆用紫外线光波长为320-390nm;
如图1所示,本发明还提出了一种仿石材纹理木质地板,包括一层基础地板坯料1,在所述基础地板坯料的表面覆盖有至少一层仿石材凹凸不平的油漆保护层。其中,所述油漆保护层包括至少一层底漆1和至少一层面漆2。所述的涂层表面为仿石材纹理凹凸不平的效果,涂层的防滑性好,耐污染、耐化学性能优异,硬度≥H,表面耐磨磨耗值≤0.08g/100r。

1.一种仿石材纹理木质地板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
步骤一:确定基础地板坯料,对实时地板坯料进行前处理;
步骤二:使用涂布辊轮在所述地板坯料的表面涂装聚氨酯丙烯酸酯UV油漆,形成仿石材凹凸不平的至少一层油漆保护层,获得仿石材纹理木质地板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的仿石材纹理木质地板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述使用涂布辊轮在所述地板坯料的表面涂装聚氨酯丙烯酸酯UV油漆包括:
步骤a:涂装至少一道底漆;
步骤b:在所述底漆的表面使用聚氨酯丙烯酸酯UV油漆涂装至少一道面漆;
步骤c:每涂布一层面漆使用紫外线进行干燥,干燥后形成所述油漆保护层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的仿石材纹理木质地板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述底漆包括附着力底漆、耐磨底漆、加硬底漆和砂光底漆中的一种或多种的任意组合。
4.根据权利要求2所述的仿石材纹理木质地板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述紫外线光波长为320-390nm。
5.根据权利要求2所述的仿石材纹理木质地板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述每一道面漆的涂布量为10-40g/m2。
6.根据权利要求1所述的仿石材纹理木质地板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述涂布辊轮均匀分布细小的孔隙,辊轮硬度为5HS-15HS。
7.一种仿石材纹理木质地板,其特征在于,包括一层基础地板坯料,在所述基础地板坯料的表面覆盖有至少一层仿石材凹凸不平的油漆保护层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的仿石材纹理木质地板,其特征在于,所述油漆保护层包括至少一层底漆和至少一层面漆。
