Abstract

一种管理系统、管理网元的方法及装置，管理系统包括网元管理系统、第一网元和第二网元，其中：第一网元，用于在接收到管理配置指令时，发送广播消息，将与第一网元建立第一通信链路的第二网元，作为第一网元所管辖的网元，上报第一网元所管辖的第二网元至网元管理系统，通过第一通信链路将网元管理系统发送的控制指令发送至第二网元；第二网元，用于在接收到广播消息时，建立与第一网元的第一通信链路，以及根据从第一通信链路接收的控制指令，执行对应操作；网元管理系统，用于在确定第二网元被第一网元管辖时，将第二网元的控制指令发送至第一网元；采用本发明实施例的系统、方法及装置，可减小网元管理系统的通信量。
