Description

Cleaning tool
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cleaning tool using an adhesive tape roller, and more particularly, to a holder for an adhesive tape roller and a storage case for storing the adhesive tape roller when not in use.
Background
The adhesive tape roller is used as an adhesive cleaning roller in which a tape base material having an adhesive layer on one surface thereof is wound around the adhesive layer for a predetermined number of turns so that the adhesive layer is on the outer side, and the adhesive cleaning roller rolls on a surface to be cleaned such as a floor surface to collect waste by the adhesive layer. A seam is provided at every approximately 1 cycle length, and the outermost adhesive tape, which has a decreased adhesive force due to the collected waste, is peeled off to newly expose the unused adhesive tape on the lower layer.
In this cleaning tool, since the adhesive member layer is always exposed to the surface, a dedicated support member (operation tool) for rolling the adhesive tape roller and a housing case for storing the adhesive tape roller when not in use are required.
There are various types of bearings, and in the invention described in patent document 1, the following bearings are used, the bearings including: a cylindrical support roller inserted through the winding core to which the tape roller is adhered; and a support shaft having a spindle portion at one end thereof for pivotally supporting the support roller to be rotatable, and a grip portion (operation lever) at the other end thereof.
Further, as the housing case for storing the adhesive tape roller, a housing case is used which includes a pair of case members having a half-divided shape, bottom portions of which are coupled to each other so as to be openable and closable by a hinge portion, and the entire housing case is formed by injection molding of a synthetic resin.
In the above-described support, a metal shaft bent in a cantilever hanger (hanger) shape is used as the support shaft, but the metal shaft is expensive as compared with a resin product.
Further, since the inner diameter of the winding core of the adhesive tape roller is larger than the spindle portion of the support shaft, a support roller having an outer diameter substantially equal to the inner diameter of the winding core is attached to the spindle portion, and the adhesive tape roller is rotatably supported via the support roller.
In addition, although the adhesive tape roller is stored in the housing case in a state of being attached to the support, the adhesive tape roller needs to be held in a suspended state in the housing case so that the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape does not adhere to the inner surface of the housing case.
As a result of careful study, in the invention described in patent document 1, in the mating surfaces of the pair of half-divided shell members, the engaging portion that holds a part of the support shaft when the shell is closed is provided at a position close to the center of gravity of the grip.
As another method for preventing the adhesive tape roller from adhering to the inner surface of the housing, as described in patent document 2, a plurality of ribs may be formed on the inner surface of the housing along the axial direction of the adhesive tape roller, the ribs extending along the circumferential direction of the adhesive tape roller, but there are the following problems: if the ribs are erected over a large area along the circumferential direction of the adhesive tape roller on the inner surface of the housing case, shrinkage is likely to occur at the time of injection molding.

Detailed Description
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 1 to 7, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
First, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the cleaning tool 1 according to the present embodiment includes: a support member 10 for rotatably supporting the adhesive tape roller 2; and a storage case 20 for storing the adhesive tape roller 2 in a state of being supported by the support 10 when not in use.
Although not shown in detail, the adhesive tape roll 2 is formed by winding a tape base material having an adhesive layer on one surface thereof around a winding core 2a (see fig. 5) a predetermined number of times so that the adhesive layer is positioned outside, and is provided with a cut line at a length of about 1 cycle.
Referring also to fig. 3, the support 10 includes a gate frame 13, and the gate frame 13 includes a pair of left and right leg plates 11, 11 and a support base plate 12 bridged between upper ends of the leg plates 11, 11. The right leg plate 11 and the left leg plate 11 are disposed so as to face each other with a substantially equal distance therebetween in the axial length of the adhesive tape roller 2.
The gate frame 13 has substantially the same width as the right leg plate 11, the support base plate 12, and the left leg plate 11, and in the present embodiment, a grip portion (operation lever) 14 is provided at a substantially central portion of the support base plate 12. The gate frame 13 includes a grip portion 14 therein and is integrally formed of a synthetic resin material. Further, the grip portion 14 may be led out from the shoulder portion of the foot plate 11 on one side toward the lateral direction.
In order to rotatably support the adhesive tape roller 2 on the support 10, according to the present embodiment, bearing caps 30, 30 are attached as bearing members to both ends of the adhesive tape roller 2. The bearing caps 30, 30 are of the same construction and are preferably both constructed of a synthetic resin material.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the bearing cap 30 includes a cap 31 and a skirt portion 32. The cap 31 has a larger inner diameter than the winding core 2a, and a rotation support shaft 310 is provided at the center of the cap 31. The skirt portion 32 is cylindrical, and is coaxially and integrally provided on the back surface side of the cap 31 so as to enter the core 2 a.
Preferably, a plurality of ribs 321 are formed on the outer peripheral side of the skirt portion 32, and the ribs 321 are fitted to the inner surface of the winding core 2a with an appropriate frictional force. The cap 31 is formed with finger-hooking holes 311, and the finger-hooking holes 311 are used for easy pinching with fingers when attaching to the adhesive tape roller 2 and detaching from the adhesive tape roller 2.
The leg plates 11 and 11 are provided with bearing holes 110 to be fitted to the rotation support shafts 310 of the bearing caps 30, respectively. Although fig. 4 shows a state in which the bearing caps 30 are attached to the respective leg plates 11, the bearing holes 110, 110 of the leg plates 11, 11 are fitted to the rotation support shafts 310, 310 of the bearing caps 30, 30 after the bearing caps 30, 30 are actually attached to both ends of the adhesive tape roll 2.
When the adhesive tape roller 2 is detached, the ends 11a, 11a of the leg plates 11, 11 are hooked with fingers to widen the interval between the leg plates 11, 11 so that the bearing holes 110, 110 are disengaged from the rotation support shafts 310, but in order to facilitate the hooking, the portion of each leg plate 11 from the bearing hole 110 to the end 11a is formed as a hooking portion 111 inclined in a direction gradually away from the bearing cap 30.
In order to reduce the contact area with the leg plate 11 in the vicinity of the rotation support shaft 310 and to make the rotation of the adhesive tape roller 2 smoother, the cap 31 of the bearing cap 30 is preferably formed in a mountain shape having a peripheral edge portion as a skirt portion and a central portion where the rotation support shaft 310 is provided as a top portion, as shown in fig. 3 (a). The mountain shape may include a conical surface such as a triangular pyramid or a rectangular pyramid in addition to the convex spherical surface (bowl shape).
Referring to fig. 2 and 6 together, the storage case 20 includes a pair of left and right case members 21a and 21b, the pair of left and right case members 21a and 21b are in a half-divided shape in which a cylindrical body having both end walls is divided into two parts along an axis thereof, bottom parts thereof are openably and closably connected by a hinge part 203, and the entire storage case 20 is made of synthetic resin. In the present embodiment, the hinge portion 203 is a thin hinge, but may have a hinge structure.
As shown in fig. 1, leg portions 202a and 202b are formed as stabilizing legs 202 at the bottom portions of the case members 21a and 21b, respectively, and the stabilizing legs 202 are used to make the housing case 20 stand by itself in a closed state. In addition, in the case where it is not necessary to distinguish the case members 21a, 21b, they are collectively referred to as a case member 21.
An opening 201 is formed between the mating surfaces 210a and 210b from the both side surfaces to the upper surfaces of the case members 21a and 21b, and the opening 201 is substantially equal to the width of the door frame 13 in a state where the housing case 20 is closed.
Accordingly, when the adhesive tape roller 2 is stored in the storage case 20 in a state of being supported by the support 10, as shown in fig. 1, a part of the outer shape of the storage case 20 is completed by the gate frame 13.
Locking claws 211 (211 a, 211 b) are respectively erected from upper end edges of substantially central portions of the upper surface sides of the case members 21a, 21 b. The locking claw 211 functions as a finger hooking portion when the storage case 20 is opened.
Further, the locking pieces 220a and 220b are formed so as to face each other in the opening 201 at substantially central portions on the upper surface sides of the case members 21a and 21 b. When the locking pieces 220a and 220b are not to be distinguished from each other, they are collectively referred to as a locking piece 220.
Referring to fig. 7 (a) and 7 (b) together, the support legs 222, 222 are integrally formed in a pair on the left and right sides of the locking piece 220, and the locking piece 220 is supported by the support legs 222, 222 so that a predetermined gap G is formed between the rear end of the locking piece and the inner wall of the housing member 21, that is, so as to be raised from the inner wall of the housing member 21.
The locking piece 220 is injection-molded together with the housing member 21 in a mold, not shown, including the portion supporting the support column 222, but since the locking piece 220 is raised from the inner wall of the housing member 21, shrinkage at the time of molding can be reduced as much as possible.
Referring again to fig. 4 (a) and 4 (b), the support 10 has a locking groove 121 formed on the front surface side of the support substrate 12 for receiving one locking piece 220a, and a locking groove 122 formed on the back surface side of the support substrate 12 for receiving the other locking piece 220 b.
As shown in fig. 7, a hook 221 is formed at the tip of the locking piece 220. Correspondingly, engaging holes 123, 124 are bored in the inner portions of the engaging grooves 121, 122, and the engaging holes 123, 124 are preferably configured to allow the hook portion 221 to engage with the engaging holes 123, 124 while generating a click sound.
The adhesive tape roller 2 is used for cleaning a floor surface or the like in a state rotatably supported by the support 10, and after cleaning, it is placed in the opened housing case 20 shown in fig. 6 while being supported by the support 10, and the case members 21a and 21b are closed to be stored in the housing case 20.
When the case members 21a and 21b are closed, the locking pieces 220a and 220b enter the locking grooves 121 and 122 of the support base 12, and the hook portions 221 are engaged with the engaging holes 123 and 124, so that the gate frame 13 of the support 12 apparently becomes a part of the storage case 20, and the storage case 20 is closed.
According to the cleaning tool 1, in order to rotatably support the adhesive tape roller 2 on the support 10, the synthetic resin bearing caps 30 may be attached only to both ends of the adhesive tape roller 2 as bearing members, and a support roller inserted into the core of the adhesive tape roller 2 is not required, which can reduce the cost accordingly.
Further, the support 10 is formed as a gate frame 13 made of synthetic resin, and the gate frame 13 includes: a pair of left and right leg plates 11 having bearing holes 110 fitted to the rotation support shafts 310 of the bearing caps 30; and a support substrate 12 that is disposed between the upper ends of the leg plates 11, wherein the leg plates 11 and the support substrate 12 have substantially the same width, and the cost can be reduced by eliminating the metal shaft.
Further, an opening 201 having a width substantially equal to that of the gate frame 13 of the holder 10 in a state where the holder 20 is closed is formed between the surfaces of the mating surfaces 210a and 210b from both side surfaces to the upper surface of the case member 21 constituting the holder 20, and a part of the outer shape of the holder 20 is complemented by the gate frame 13, whereby a cleaning tool having a design (design) in which the holder 10 and the holder 20 are compatible can be obtained.
