In this embodiment, the second plate 9112 has a plate structure, so that the second mounting hole is formed for mounting, and the fastening member 96 is fastened, and if it has a curved structure, the bolt is unstable. The arc-shaped plate has better tightening effect on the insulating wrist arm inserted in the accommodating space, so that the insulating wrist arm can be more stably fixed in the accommodating space. In this embodiment, the primary function of the first washer 97 is to increase the contact area between the bolt and the surface of the part, prevent the surface of the part from being worn out, and also play a role in preventing loosening; similarly, the main function of the second gasket is to enlarge the contact area between the nut and the surface of the part, prevent the surface of the part from being worn out, and play a role in preventing looseness. Optionally, the number of the first pads 97 and the second pads is not limited to the number in the figure, and the number of the first pads 97 and the second pads may be multiple and may be selected according to actual needs.
In one embodiment of the present application, it is preferable that the coupling lugs 95 are of a flat plate-like structure, and an end surface of the coupling lugs 95 remote from the pipe clamp body 91 is of an arcuate surface structure, as shown in fig. 3.
In this embodiment, the connecting lug 95 has a flat plate-like structure, and is simple in structure, and is convenient for processing and molding, and in addition, an end surface of the connecting lug 95 away from the pipe clamp body 91 has an arc-shaped surface structure, so that scraping with other components and the like are avoided.
In one embodiment of the present application, the pipe clamp body 91, the second pipe clamp clip 911, and the coupling lugs 95 are preferably of unitary construction.
In this embodiment, the pipe clamp body 91, the second pipe clamp 911 and the connecting lug 95 are integrally formed by die forging, so that the overall strength is high, the pipe clamp is not easy to damage, the subsequent processing is not needed, the working hours are saved, the forming method is not limited to this, and the pipe clamp body 91, the second pipe clamp 911 and the connecting lug 95 can be connected by adopting a welding process or the like according to actual needs.
In one embodiment of the present application, preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the flat wrist 1 is provided with a plurality of first umbrella skirts 13 sequentially arranged along the length direction of the flat wrist 1; the oblique arm is provided with a plurality of second umbrella skirts 14 which are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the oblique arm.
In this embodiment, the flat cantilever 1 and the inclined cantilever 2 are provided with a plurality of first sheds 13 arranged in sequence, so as to increase the creepage distance, wherein optionally, the number of the first sheds 13 can be selected according to actual needs; the first umbrella skirt 13 and the second umbrella skirt 14 are made of composite materials; the first shed 13 and the second shed 14 have the same structure.
In one embodiment of the present application, the positioning clasp clamp 10 preferably includes, as shown in fig. 7 and 8: a body 101, a first clip 103, and a connecting hook 105; the pipe clamp body 91 is of a structure with one end open and a hollow interior, the edge of the open end of the pipe clamp body 91 is extended with a second clamping piece 102, and the second clamping piece 102 extends along the length direction of the pipe clamp body 91 and away from the pipe clamp body 91; the second clamping piece 102 is buckled on the first clamping piece 103, a second containing space with an opening end is formed between the second clamping piece 102 and the first clamping piece 103, and the second containing space is communicated with the hollow 92 in the pipe clamp body 91; the end part of the positioning tube 4 is inserted into the second accommodating space and the hollow part; the second clamping piece 102 is detachably connected with the first clamping piece 103 through a fastener 104; the connecting hook 105 is disposed at the end of the pipe clamp body 91 away from the second clamping piece 102, and the connecting hook 105 is hooked on the positioning ring 15 on the oblique wrist arm 2.
In this embodiment, the end of the insulated cantilever end pipe clamp 9 can be inserted into the second accommodating space formed by the first clamping piece 103 and the second clamping piece 102 and the hollow space 92 inside the pipe clamp body 91, finally, the insulated cantilever can be fastened by using the fastening piece 104, and the insulated cantilever can be hooked and clamped on other components or devices by using the connecting hook 105 at the rear end of the pipe clamp body 911, so that the operation is simple and convenient, and the connection of the insulated cantilever and other devices can be easily realized, especially when two insulated cantilever ends pipe clamps 9 are required to be connected together, two insulated cantilever ends pipe clamps 9 can be adopted, wherein the end of one insulated cantilever is installed into one insulated cantilever end pipe clamp 9 by adopting the above-mentioned assembly method, the end of the other insulated cantilever is installed into the other insulated cantilever end pipe clamp 9 by adopting the above-mentioned assembly method, and the connection hook 105 is hooked together, so that the operation is simple and convenient. Wherein, alternatively, the pipe clamp body 91, the second clamping piece 102 and the connecting hook 105 are integrally formed, but not limited thereto.
In one embodiment of the present application, preferably, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the locator rod clamp 11 comprises: a chuck body 111, a clip 112, and a positioning hook 114; the chuck body 111 is provided with a first mounting groove 1111, the first mounting groove 1111 penetrates through one end of the chuck body 111 along the length direction of the chuck body 111, the first mounting groove 1111 penetrates through one side wall adjacent to one end of the chuck body 111 along the width direction of the chuck body 111, and the locator rod 6 is inserted into the first mounting groove 1111; the clamping piece 112 is arranged at the side wall opening of the clamping head body 111, and the clamping piece 112 is used for limiting the locator rod 6; the chuck body 111, the clip 112 and the locator bar 6 are detachably connected by a fastener 113; the positioning hooks 114 are provided on the chuck body 111, and the positioning hooks are hooked on positioning seats on the positioning tube.

In one embodiment of the present application, preferably, as shown in fig. 11 to 13, the insulating wrist arm device further includes a sleeve chuck 12, the sleeve chuck 12 being disposed at an end of the locator rod 6 remote from the locator rod chuck 11; wherein the sleeve chuck 12 comprises: a sleeve body 121, a sleeve clip 122, and a connection post 124; the sleeve body 121 is provided with a second mounting groove 1211, the second mounting groove 1211 penetrates through one end of the sleeve body 121 along the length direction of the sleeve body 121, the second mounting groove 1211 penetrates through one side wall adjacent to one end of the sleeve body 121 along the width direction of the sleeve body 121, and the locator rod 6 is inserted into the second mounting groove 1211; the sleeve clamping piece 122 is arranged at the side wall opening of the sleeve body 121, and the sleeve clamping piece 122 is used for limiting the locator rod 6; the sleeve body 121, the sleeve clamping piece 122 and the locator rod 6 are detachably connected through a fastener 123; one end of the connecting post 124 is connected with the sleeve body 121, and an annular clamping groove 1241 is formed in the outer side wall of the other end of the connecting post 124.
In this embodiment, when the sleeve chuck 12 is used, the end of the locator rod 6 is inserted into the second installation groove 1211 of the sleeve body 121, then the sleeve clamping piece 122 is placed at the side wall opening of the sleeve body 121, namely, at the opening of the second installation groove 1211, and the locator rod 6 can be clamped by the sleeve clamping piece 122 and the inner wall of the second installation groove 1211 of the sleeve body 121, then the three parts are fastened together by the fastener 123, especially, the fastening bolt of the fastener 123 can be penetrated through the three parts along the width direction of the three parts, and then the fastening nut is sleeved on the fastening bolt to fasten the three parts, and then the hollow rod piece is connected to the connecting post 124. It can be seen that the locator rod 6 is inserted into the sleeve body 121, the sleeve clamping piece 122 and the bolt are fixed, the sleeve body 121 and the sleeve clamping piece 122 play a role in protecting the locator rod 6, so that the wall of the locator rod 6 is not easy to crack, the problem that the locator clamp is required to be inserted into the interior of the locator rod 6 in the past, so that the side wall of the locator rod 6 is extremely easy to crack can be avoided, and the locator rod 6 can be inserted into the sleeve body 121 of the sleeve of the insulated cantilever locator rod 6, so that the locator rod 6 can be set to be solid, the locator rod 6 is not easy to crack and damage, in addition, the protrusion on the inner side wall of the end part of the hollow rod can be clamped in the annular clamping groove 1241, so that the hollow rod is connected with the connecting column 124 more stably and is not easy to fall off, and the operation is simple and convenient.
Wherein, optionally, the fastening member 123 is a combination of a fastening bolt and a fastening nut, specifically, when in use, the screw rod of the fastening bolt can sequentially pass through the sleeve body 121, the locator rod 6 and the sleeve clamping piece 122, and the end part of the screw rod of the fastening bolt is exposed out of the sleeve clamping piece 122, and is screwed and sleeved on the fastening bolt by adopting the fastening nut, and compresses the three parts. Wherein optionally the axis of the connecting post 124 forms an angle with the extension direction of the sleeve body 121.

the positioning pipe support is arranged between the inclined wrist arm and the positioning pipe, the end pipe clamps are respectively arranged at the two ends of the positioning pipe support, one end of the positioning pipe support is connected with the positioning ring on the inclined wrist arm through the end pipe clamps, and the other end of the positioning pipe support is connected with the positioning ring on the positioning pipe through the end pipe clamps; one end of the locator rod is connected with a locating ring on the locating pipe through a locator rod chuck;
the end pipe clamp includes: the pipe clamp comprises a pipe clamp body, a first pipe clamp clamping piece and a connecting lug;
the pipe clamp comprises a pipe clamp body, a first pipe clamp clamping piece and a second pipe clamp clamping piece, wherein the pipe clamp body is of a structure with one end open and the inside hollow, the edge of the open end of the pipe clamp body is extended with the second pipe clamp clamping piece, and the second pipe clamp clamping piece extends along the length direction of the pipe clamp body and is far away from the pipe clamp body; the second pipe clamp clamping piece is buckled on the first pipe clamp clamping piece, a first containing space with an opening at the end part is formed between the second pipe clamp clamping piece and the first pipe clamp clamping piece, and the first containing space is communicated with the hollow part inside the pipe clamp body; the second pipe clamp clamping piece is detachably connected with the first pipe clamp clamping piece through a fastener;
the connecting lug is arranged at the end part of the pipe clamp body, which is far away from the second pipe clamp clamping piece, and is provided with a connecting through hole;
the connecting lugs are of a flat plate structure, and one end face, far away from the pipe clamp body, of each connecting lug is of an arc-shaped surface structure;
the flat wrist arm is provided with a plurality of first umbrella skirts which are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the flat wrist arm; the inclined wrist arm is provided with a plurality of second umbrella skirts which are sequentially arranged along the length direction of the inclined wrist arm.
2. The insulated wrist-arm apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the pipe clamp body has a cylindrical structure with one end open and a hollow inside;
the first pipe clamp clamping piece comprises a first arc-shaped plate and two first flat plates; the two first flat plates are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the first arc-shaped plate, and the two first flat plates are connected with the first arc-shaped plate; the first flat plate is provided with first mounting through holes along two ends of the extending direction of the first pipe clamp clamping piece respectively, and the first mounting through holes are used for penetrating bolts of the fasteners.

The insulated cantilever device of claim 2, wherein the second pipe clamp clip comprises a second arcuate plate and two second flat plates; the two second plates are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the second arc-shaped plate, and the two second plates are connected with the second arc-shaped plate; and second mounting through holes are respectively formed in the two ends of the second plate along the extending direction of the second pipe clamp clamping piece, and the second mounting through holes are used for penetrating bolts of the fasteners.

The insulated wrist-arm apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a first spacer and a second spacer; wherein the first shim is disposed between the bolt head of the fastener and the first pipe clamp clip; the second gasket is disposed between the nut of the fastener and the second pipe clamp clip.
5. The insulated cantilever device according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the locating clasp clamp comprises: the device comprises a body, a first clamping piece and a connecting hook;
