According to the pulling-straightening coiling tension obtaining method and device and the tension control system, the coiling tension is determined according to the initial tension, the total length of the steel strip and the coiling length, the obtained coiling tension is related to the coiling length, the coiling efficiency can be guaranteed, and the probability of the coil collapse phenomenon in the coiling operation can be reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of steel strip coiling, in particular to a tension-straightening coiling tension obtaining method and device and a tension control system.
Background
In a strip steel production line, if the tangential stress of a steel coil exceeds the bending allowable stress, the shape of the steel coil is obviously out of round, which is called as a steel strip collapse phenomenon. When the coiling length is greater than the preset length, the bending allowable stress of the steel coil is reduced along with the increase of the coiling length, and the coiling tension is reduced along with the increase of the coiling length, so that the coiling efficiency can be ensured, and the probability of the coil collapse phenomenon in the coiling operation can be reduced.
When the coiling length is greater than the preset length and the coiling tension is reduced along with the increase of the coiling length, the coiling length and the coiling tension can be in a circumferential curve function relationship, a quadratic curve function, a linear relationship or the like. In the embodiment of the present invention, it is preferable that the winding tension has a linear relationship with the winding length.
Alternatively, the operator may determine the preset length by the coiling length at the beginning of the coil collapse phenomenon in the coiling operation, and the preset length is less than or equal to the coiling length at the beginning of the coil collapse phenomenon. That is, before the collapse phenomenon starts, the winding tension starts to be gradually reduced, so that the probability of the collapse phenomenon is low. As an example, the predetermined length may be 100-300 m, for example, 100m, 200m, 300 m.
In the embodiment of the invention, the ratio of the preset tension to the initial tension can be 0.5-0.8, for example, 0.5, 0.6 and 0.8, so that the coiling efficiency is high, and the probability of coil collapse is reduced. When the winding length is less than or equal to 200, the winding tension is kept unchanged at the initial tension B during the winding operation. When the winding length is more than 200, the winding tension keeps a linear relation with the winding length. When the coiling length reaches the total length of the steel strip (i.e. coiling operation is finished), the coiling tension is equal to 0.715B. This method can be applied to the calculation of the winding tension in the winding operation of an extremely thin steel strip having a thickness of 0.012mm or less.

When the coiling length is greater than the preset length, the bending allowable stress of the steel coil is reduced along with the increase of the coiling length, and the coiling tension is reduced along with the increase of the coiling length, so that the coiling efficiency can be ensured, and the probability of the coil collapse phenomenon in the coiling operation can be reduced.
The acquisition unit can acquire the initial tension and the total length of the steel strip through detection, and can also manually input through a worker. The acquisition unit may acquire the coiling length by monitoring the steel strip in real time during the coiling operation.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a tension-straightening coiling tension control system, which comprises: the device comprises an execution module and a pulling-straightening coiling tension obtaining device;
the execution module is connected with the pulling-straightening coiling tension acquisition device and is used for outputting output tension equivalent to the coiling tension after the pulling-straightening coiling tension acquisition device determines the coiling tension.
By the system, the output tension in the coiling operation can be always the coiling tension determined by the method and the device, and the coiling efficiency can be ensured, the probability of coil collapse in the coiling operation can be reduced, and the coiling operation can be stably carried out by controlling the output tension in the coiling operation process.
The execution module can comprise a central control machine and a motor, wherein the central control machine is respectively connected with the pulling-straightening coiling tension acquisition device and the motor, receives the coiling tension determined by the pulling-straightening coiling tension acquisition device, and sends an instruction to control the motor to operate according to the coiling tension so that the motor outputs an output tension equivalent to the coiling tension.
