The device is characterized by further comprising a guide rod 30, a guide sleeve 31, a second connecting rod 32 and a third connecting rod 33, wherein the guide rod 30 is arranged on the upper portion of the front side face of the support frame 16, the guide sleeve 31 is arranged on the guide rod 30, the second connecting rod 32 and the third connecting rod 33 are rotatably arranged on the guide sleeve 31, the tail end of the second connecting rod 32 is rotatably connected with the eccentric position of the front side face of the disc 22, and the tail end of the third connecting rod 33 is rotatably connected with the bottom of the baffle 29.

Still including shell fragment 49 and kelly 50, it has second recess 48 to open in the bottom plate 1 right-hand member, is equipped with shell fragment 49 in the second recess 48, and shell fragment 49 trailing end connection has kelly 50, and two are placed board 18 bottoms and all are opened with kelly 50 top matched with fixed slot 51.
When a worker needs to screen rapeseeds, firstly, the rapeseeds to be screened are poured into the second frame body 24, the motor 20 is started, the motor 20 rotates clockwise, the clockwise rotation of the motor 20 drives the first rotating shaft 21 to rotate clockwise, the rotation of the first rotating shaft 21 drives the disc 22 to rotate clockwise, the left cam 23 and the right cam 23 of the disc 22 are also driven to rotate clockwise, the baffle plate 29 is manually pushed, and the rapeseeds enter the first frame body 11 through the blanking hole 25, because the top plate 12 is connected with the screen plate 10, when the cam 23 touches the top plate 12, the screen plate 10 is driven to move upwards, thereby driving the whole first frame body 11 to move upwards, when the cam 23 is not contacted with the top plate 12, the whole first frame body 11 will move downwards, therefore, the effect that the first frame body 11 shakes up and down is achieved, the first frame body 11 shakes up and down, and the screening efficiency of the rapeseeds can be improved. Because the screen plate 10 is arranged at the bottom of the first frame body 11, rapeseeds can be filtered, rape grains can fall onto the sliding plate 13 through the screen plate 10 and slide into the first collection frame 19 along the sliding plate 13, because the sliding plate 13 is provided with the supporting rod 14, the supporting rod 14 is provided with the plastic ball 15, and the plastic ball 15 is contacted with the bottom of the screen plate 10, the occurrence that the screen plate 10 is blocked by impurities can be reduced, the screen plate 10 can be vibrated, and the rapeseeds which are not screened out can be screened out through the screen plate 10. Because the first frame body 11 is connected with the first connecting rod 9, the first connecting rod 9 is connected with the two inserting rods 5, the inserting rods 5 penetrate through the first through holes 4 on the connecting plate 3, the two inserting rods 5 are connected through the inserting bolts 8, when excessive impurities are accumulated on the screen plate 10, a worker can pull the inserting bolts 8 by hand to enable the inserting bolts 8 to leave the second through holes 7, and because the connecting plate 3 is rotatably connected with the support 2, the first frame body 11 can be manually rotated to clean garbage on the screen plate 10, the inserting bolts 8 can be replaced into the second through holes 7 to fix the inserting rods 5 after cleaning, and then rapeseeds are screened. When the first collecting frame 19 on the left side is fully collected by the rapeseeds, the worker can rotate the first collecting frame 19 on the right side to the left side by hands, then process the rapeseeds filled in the first collecting frame 19 by hands, place the first collecting frame 19 on the placing plate 18 after the processing, and repeatedly, the worker can store the pure rapeseeds quickly and conveniently.
When the motor 20 rotates clockwise, the first rotating shaft 21 is driven to rotate clockwise, the first rotating shaft 21 rotates clockwise to finally drive the disc 22 to rotate clockwise, when the second connecting rod 32 is pushed downwards, the sliding block 28 moves downwards, the sliding block drives the third connecting rod 33 to move downwards, the baffle 29 is pulled to move rightwards, the blanking hole 25 is opened, when the second connecting rod 32 is pushed upwards, the sliding block 28 also moves upwards on the sliding rail 27, the sliding block drives the third connecting rod 33 to move upwards, because one end of the third connecting rod 33 is rotatably connected with the bottom of the baffle 29, the baffle 29 is further pushed to move leftwards to block the blanking hole 25, and the blanking period can be indirectly controlled through the motor 20.
When the motor 20 rotates clockwise, the small belt pulley 34 is driven to rotate, the small belt pulley 34 rotates to drive the large belt pulley 37 to rotate through the flat belt 39, the large belt pulley 37 rotates to drive the rotating rod 36 to rotate, and the rotating rod 36 rotates to drive the thin plate 38 to rotate clockwise, so that when screened rapeseeds slide down from the sliding plate 13, the impurities still doped in the rapeseeds can be blown away by wind generated by rotation of the thin plate 38, and the effect of secondary screening is achieved.
When the thin plate 38 rotates to blow away impurities, the blown impurities float to the left and finally fall into the inclined plate 41, the impurities slide downwards to the third through hole 42 due to the gravity, the impurities fall to the second collecting frame 40 through the third through hole 42, and finally, a worker can lift the second collecting frame 40 to process the impurities in the second collecting frame 40 and then place the impurities below the third through hole 42 to continuously collect the impurities, so that the impurities can be conveniently processed in the screening process.
The staff can control the speed of unloading through promoting anti-skidding bolt 47, when will reducing unloading speed, just twist anti-skidding bolt 47 with the hand and move left, the length that can reduce as required speed carries out the pulling, because anti-skidding bolt 47 moves left, because spring 44 has the elasticity of recovering original length, consequently spring 44 elasticity left will promote down flitch 45 and block partial unloading hole 25 left, reach the speed that slows down the unloading, the same reason can, when the speed that needs accelerate the unloading, twist anti-skidding bolt 47 with the hand and move right, spring 44 is compressed, unloading board 45 is also promoted to move right, make the area increase of unloading hole 25, and then increase unloading speed.
When the worker rotates the first collecting frame 19 on the right side to the left side by hand, and when the first collecting frame 19 on the left side rotates to the right side, in order to prevent the first collecting frame 19 from vibrating to spill rapeseeds when rotating, waste of rapeseeds is caused, therefore, the fixing groove 51 is arranged at the bottom of the placing plate 18, and when rotating, the fixing groove 51 is matched with the clamping rod 50 to achieve the effect of fixedly placing the plate 18, so that the vibration amplitude during rotation is reduced, and further the cost is reduced.
