As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the air conditioner in a down-blowing machine room according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cabinet 10 and a heat exchanger assembly 20 disposed in the cabinet 10.
The cabinet 10 may include a front door panel 11, a rear door panel 12 disposed opposite the front door panel 11, and a side panel 13 enclosed between the front door panel 11 and the rear door panel 12. The front door plate 11 can be opened and closed, so that the cabinet 10 can be conveniently opened to repair and replace various parts in the cabinet. The front door plate 11 can be integrally connected with the side plate 13 in an openable and closable manner according to the size setting of the cabinet 10; the front door panel 11 may be a plurality of side by side. The heat exchanger assembly 20 comprises a first heat exchanger 21 and a second heat exchanger 22. The top of the first heat exchanger 21 and the second heat exchanger 22 are connected by an included angle, and the size of the included angle can be, but is not limited to, 0-90 degrees. The bottoms of the first heat exchanger 21 and the second heat exchanger 22 are far away, and the bottom of the first heat exchanger 21 is close to the front door panel 11, and the bottom of the second heat exchanger 22 is close to the rear door panel 12. In combination with the arrangement of the air outlet at the bottom of the cabinet 10, the air outlet may be located between the bottoms of the first heat exchanger 21 and the second heat exchanger 22.
In addition, the first heat exchanger 21 has two opposite surfaces, one surface facing the second heat exchanger 22 and one surface facing the front door panel 11; the second heat exchanger 22 has opposite surfaces, one surface facing the first heat exchanger 21 and one surface facing the rear door panel 12. The arrangement of the first heat exchanger 21 and the second heat exchanger 22 enables the pipeline connected with the heat exchangers to be discharged from one side so as to be connected with the outside, so that the unit layout is simple, and the occupied internal maintenance space is small.
In the heat exchanger assembly 20, the opposite surfaces of the first heat exchanger 21 and the second heat exchanger 22 face the front door panel 11 and the rear door panel 12 of the cabinet 10, respectively. The space between the first heat exchanger 21 and the second heat exchanger 22 forms a triangle space and communicates with the air outlet at the bottom of the cabinet 10. The heat exchange tubes in the first heat exchanger 21 and the second heat exchanger 22 are each parallel to the longitudinal direction of the front door panel 11 and the rear door panel 12.
Corresponding to the arrangement of the heat exchanger assembly 20, the first air inlet portion includes a first top air inlet 31 and a second top air inlet 32 that are connected. The first top air inlet 31 is close to the front door panel 11 and correspondingly above the first heat exchanger 21, and is communicated with the air outlet part through the first heat exchanger 21. The second top air inlet 32 is located at one side of the first top air inlet 31 away from the front door panel 11, and correspondingly above the second heat exchanger 22, and is communicated with the air outlet through the second heat exchanger 22.
The second air inlet portion 40 is opposite to the first heat exchanger 21 on the front door panel 11, and is communicated with the air outlet portion through the first heat exchanger 21, so that the first top air inlet 31 and the second air inlet portion 40 are both communicated with the first heat exchanger 21, and air entering from the first top air inlet 31 and the second air inlet portion is subjected to heat exchange through the first heat exchanger 21.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the second air inlet 40 includes at least one air inlet 41 provided on the front door panel 11, and a grille 42 provided in the air inlet 41. The size of the air inlet 41 can be set according to actual requirements. The grid 42 comprises a plurality of parallel bars. In this embodiment, the bars are arranged horizontally and inclined downwardly (the inclination angle may be, but is not limited to, 45 °), and the air entering through the interval between the bars is guided to the first heat exchanger 21 without colliding with the air entering from the first top air intake port 31.
Further, the lower air supply type machine room air conditioner of the present invention further comprises a top filter screen 51 disposed at the second top air inlet 32, and a front filter screen 52 disposed at the side of the first heat exchanger 21 facing the front door panel 11. The top filter 51 filters the air entering from the second top air intake 32, and the filtered air passes through the second heat exchanger 22. The front filter screen 52 is provided on the side of the first heat exchanger 21 to filter the air passing through the first heat exchanger 21, thereby filtering the air passing through the first top air inlet 31 and the second air inlet 40 at the same time while reducing the wind resistance.
The top of the front filter 52 may be connected to the top filter 51 by a connector.
The lower air supply type machine room air conditioner also comprises a supporting frame 50 and a fan 60, wherein the supporting frame 50 and the fan 60 are arranged at the inner bottom of the cabinet 10. The heat exchanger assembly 20 is mounted on a support frame 50. The blower 60 is disposed within the support frame 50 and is located on the gas heat exchange flow path. The air inlet of the fan 60 faces the heat exchanger assembly 20, and the air outlet faces the communication air outlet, thereby providing power for air flow.
When the lower air supply type machine room air conditioner is used, the heat exchanger component 20 is connected with the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe, and water is used as a heat exchange medium in the lower air supply type machine room air conditioner. The blower 60 is started to suck air, so that air is respectively caused to enter the cabinet 10 from the top of the cabinet 10 and the front door panel 11, and is sent out from the air outlet part after heat exchange of the heat exchanger assembly 20, and the machine room is cooled by air supply.

the heat exchanger assembly (20) comprises a first heat exchanger (21) and a second heat exchanger (22) which are connected at the top by an included angle, and the opposite surfaces of the first heat exchanger (21) and the second heat exchanger (22) face to a front door plate (11) and a rear door plate (12) of the cabinet (10) respectively;
the extending directions of the heat exchange pipes in the first heat exchanger (21) and the second heat exchanger (22) are parallel to the length directions of the front door plate (11) and the rear door plate (12);
the first air inlet part comprises a first top air inlet (31) and a second top air inlet (32) which are connected with each other; the first top air inlet (31) is close to the front door plate (11), and is communicated with the air outlet part through the first heat exchanger (21) with the second air inlet part (40);
the second top air inlet (32) is positioned at one side of the first top air inlet (31) away from the front door plate (11), and is communicated with the air outlet part through the second heat exchanger (22);
the area space of the second top air inlet (32) is larger than the area space of the first top air inlet (31);
the top of the first heat exchanger (21) is higher than the top of the second heat exchanger (22), and the bottom of the first heat exchanger (21) is higher than the bottom of the second heat exchanger (22).
2. The down-blowing machine room air conditioner of claim 1, further comprising a top filter screen (51) provided at the second top air intake (32), a front filter screen (52) provided at a side of the first heat exchanger (21) facing the front door panel (11).
