Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the anti-misoperation and anti-loosening automobile connector of the present invention comprises: male housing 1, female housing 5 and fastener 6. An elastic release pulling piece 2 is arranged on one side of the male plug shell 1, a hanging portion 3 is arranged in the approximate middle of the elastic release pulling piece 2, and a through hole 4 is formed corresponding to the upper end of the hanging portion 3. The female plug housing 5 is in plug-in fit with the male plug housing 1, and a fixed hook 17 which is connected with the connecting part 3 on the elastic release pull-out piece 2 in a hanging manner is arranged on the inner wall of the female plug housing. The clamping piece 6 is inserted into the inner side of the male plug shell 1 corresponding to the elastic release pulling piece 2, the elastic release pulling piece 2 is limited by the limiting part 7 at the upper end, the side wall of the clamping piece 6 is provided with an elastic clamping foot 8, and the elastic clamping foot 8 is in clamping fit with the hanging part 3 on the elastic release pulling piece 2. The male plug housing 1, the female plug housing 5 and the clamping piece 6 are all plastic pieces and are respectively formed by integral injection molding. After assembly, the male plug shell 1 and the female plug shell 5 are internally connected with a wiring terminal and a wiring harness, and after plugging, the wires can be mutually connected.
Before the female plug housing 5 is plugged into the male plug housing 1, the elastic clamping pin 8 of the clamping piece 6 is clamped on the hanging part 3 of the elastic release pulling piece 2 when the clamping piece 6 is inserted into the male plug housing 1, and the clamping piece cannot be continuously inserted at the moment. After the female plug housing 5 is plugged with the male plug housing 1, the fixing hook 17 is hung on the hanging portion 3 of the elastic release pulling piece 2, and meanwhile, the elastic clamping leg 8 is pushed inwards to be separated from the hanging portion 3, so that the clamping piece can be continuously inserted.
Furthermore, the two sides of the clamping piece 6 are provided with elastic hooks 9, and the bottoms of the elastic hooks 9 are connected through spring edges 12 with a bending part 11, so that the lower end of the clamping piece 6 has certain elasticity, and meanwhile, the firmness of the clamping piece is ensured. The two sides of the male housing 1 are provided with first grooves 10 matched with the elastic hooks 9. During assembly, the lower end of the clamping piece 6 is contracted and arranged in the first groove 10 in a forced extrusion mode, and can move up and down in the first groove 10. Meanwhile, a limiting edge is arranged at the top of the first groove 10, so that the clamping piece can be prevented from falling off.
Further, the elastic clamping leg 8 is clamped with the hanging part 3 of the elastic release pulling piece 2 through a clamping table 18 at the bottom.
Further, positioning protruding points 13 are arranged on two sides of the upper end of the clamping piece 6, and the positioning protruding points 13 are matched with second grooves 14 on two sides of the male housing 1 in a positioning mode. When the clamping piece is inserted into place, the positioning protruding points 13 are positioned in the second grooves 14, so that the clamping piece can be prevented from loosening.
Furthermore, a limiting stop bar 15 is arranged on the outer side of the male plug housing 1 corresponding to the elastic release pull-out piece 2. Can prevent the elastic release pulling piece from being broken when being broken outwards.
Furthermore, the elastic release pulling piece 2 is also provided with a through hole 4 corresponding to the lower end of the hooking portion 3, and the lower end of the hooking portion 3 is provided with an inclined surface 16. the clamping piece (6) is inserted into the inner side of the male plug shell (1) corresponding to the elastic release pulling piece (2) and used for limiting the elastic release pulling piece (2) through a limiting part (7) at the upper end, an elastic clamping foot (8) is arranged on the side wall of the clamping piece, and the elastic clamping foot (8) is in clamping fit with the hanging part (3) on the elastic release pulling piece (2);
