In order to improve the accuracy of the plugging, since the first connector 1 is easily inserted reversely when connected to the second connector 2, in the present embodiment, a guiding piece 221 is protruded from an outer surface of one of the first housing 12 and the second housing 22, and a notch 121 opened toward the guiding piece 221 is opened on a corresponding side wall of the other, and the notch 121 is used for accommodating the guiding piece 221. Further, by providing the guide piece 221, the first connector 1 can be inserted in the correct direction, and the oblique insertion can be avoided.
In addition, the guiding piece 221 may also be disposed on the inner surface of the first housing 12, and at this time, the notch 121 is correspondingly disposed on the second housing 22 (not shown in the figure), when the first connector 1 is inserted into the second connector 2 in the opposite direction, the guiding piece 221 will block the second housing 22, so that the insertion is not possible. In this embodiment, the first connector 1 further includes an insulator 13, the insulator 13 is disposed in the first housing 12 and is injection molded at the connecting end 112 of the circuit board 11, so that the insulator 13 can be easily processed and stably connected to the circuit board 11 by injection molding. By providing the insulator 13, the mating end 111 of the circuit board 11 can be suspended within the first housing 12.
Because the first housing 12 and the second housing 21 are connected in a sleeved manner, the first connector 1 and the second connector 2 are often easily loosened or even separated due to external force collision, which causes interruption of electrical connection, affects use, or even affects electrical safety.
In order to solve the above problem, in this embodiment, the first connector 1 further includes a locking plate 14, one end of the locking plate 14 is connected to the insulator 13, the other end of the locking plate 14 is suspended in the inserting hole 10 and is provided with a hook 143, the hook 143 can move up and down relative to the fixed end, and the second housing 21 is provided with a locking hole 223 engaged with the hook 143.
