In addition, the "sending information to B" described in the embodiment of the present invention may be a process in which information is directly sent to B by a, or information is sent to C first by a, and information is forwarded to B by C; similarly, the "a receives the information sent by B" may be the information sent by a directly receiving B, or the information sent by B forwarded by C is received by a from C, where the apparatus C as the forwarding information may be one device or a plurality of devices.
Meanwhile, the stamp device provided by the embodiment of the invention can be integrated with terminal equipment (such as a computer) or can exist independently, so that the stamp device is convenient for a user to carry. For convenience of description, the following embodiments of the present invention are all described by taking a stamp device as an independent device as an example, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
Example one
The embodiment of the invention provides a stamping method of a stamping device, which is used for stamping a paper file, wherein the paper file suitable for the stamping device comprises an index pattern, and information associated with the index pattern comprises a scene of stamping authorization information, wherein the information associated with the index pattern is stored in a local or remote database of the stamping device.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a stamping method of a stamp device according to an embodiment of the present invention, including the following steps:
s101, the stamp device obtains an index pattern of a paper file.
Wherein the index pattern is associated with the stamping authorization information.
In particular, existing paper documents are often stored in electronic systems in the form of electronic documents. In order to ensure the security of stamping, the paper document can be stamped after being authorized and confirmed by corresponding personnel, the stamping authorization information refers to information that the content of the paper document is authorized by corresponding personnel, for example, a certain document needs A, B, C three-person authorization, the authorization information can be A authorization, B authorization and C authorization, and the paper document can obtain the stamping authorization only if the three authorization requirements of A, B and C are met.
Preferably, the authorization process may be implemented by an electronic system, which may send an electronic document of a paper file to a corresponding person, which may be one or more persons. An example of this authorization flow is: the electronic system allocates an index pattern for the electronic document of the paper file, wherein the index pattern can be a two-dimensional code, a one-dimensional code, a code and other patterns, the electronic system sends the electronic document to corresponding personnel for confirmation and authorization according to the type of the electronic document, the corresponding personnel perform authorization after confirming that the content is correct, for example, authorization is performed through an electronic signature, and the electronic system associates the information of the electronic authorization to the index pattern.
Of course, the present invention is not limited to the electronic system, and the index pattern associated with the stamping authorization information may be implemented by other methods, and is also within the scope of the present invention.
In addition, the stamp device can acquire the index pattern through a built-in image acquisition instrument, and can also acquire the index pattern through an external image acquisition instrument and then send the index pattern to the stamp device.
S102, the seal device confirms whether the paper document has the seal authorization.
The paper file can obtain the stamping authorization only when the stamping authorization information associated with the index pattern meets the stamping condition, for example, relevant personnel must authorize.
The step of the seal device for confirming whether the paper document has the stamping authorization can be implemented by the seal device, and can also be implemented by other devices such as other terminal equipment. Specifically, the step of the seal device determining whether the paper document has the authorization to seal may include any one of the following two scenarios:
and in the first scene, the stamping device acquires stamping authorization information according to the index pattern and verifies whether the content of the paper file is authorized correspondingly.
The scenario is a scheme suitable for the seal device to confirm the seal authorization information.
And in a second scenario, the stamp device sends the index pattern to the terminal equipment, so that the terminal equipment obtains stamp authorization information according to the index pattern, and verifies whether the content of the paper file is authorized correspondingly at the terminal equipment.
The second scenario is suitable for the scheme of implementing the confirmation of the stamping authorization information by the terminal device. And after the terminal equipment is verified, the terminal equipment sends an authorization confirmation result to the seal device.
S103, when the stamping condition is met, the stamping device is switched to a state to be stamped, wherein the stamping condition at least comprises that the paper file has stamping authorization.
It should be noted that the to-be-stamped state of the stamping device means that the stamping function of the stamping device is unlocked or the stamping device displays information to remind a stamping person that the file can be stamped.
In addition, if the seal device is set to be in an automatic stamping mode, the seal device can automatically stamp the paper document after the seal device is switched to be in a state to be stamped.
On the basis of the embodiment of the invention, the stamping condition of the stamping device not only obtains the stamping authorization of the paper document, but also successfully verifies the anti-counterfeiting information to be verified. Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a stamping method of another stamping device according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, in addition to steps S101 to S103 in the above embodiment, before step S103 is executed, the method further includes:
s104, the seal device obtains and verifies the anti-counterfeiting information to be verified of the paper file, wherein the seal condition further comprises the successful verification of the anti-counterfeiting information to be verified.
The index pattern is also associated with registered anti-counterfeiting information. The registered anti-counterfeiting information is acquired after the electronic document is printed into a paper file. Preferably, the registered anti-counterfeiting information is anti-counterfeiting information acquired immediately after the electronic document is printed into a paper file, and the "immediately" means that no other operation is performed between the printing of the paper file and the acquisition of the anti-counterfeiting information to prevent the paper file from being tampered and replaced.
Before stamping, the stamping device collects the anti-counterfeiting information to be verified of the paper document, wherein the anti-counterfeiting information to be verified is the information collected before stamping of the paper document. Similarly, an anti-counterfeiting information collector can be arranged in the stamp device to collect anti-counterfeiting information before stamping, or an additional anti-counterfeiting information collector is additionally arranged to collect anti-counterfeiting information before stamping.
It should be noted that the anti-counterfeiting information provided by the embodiment of the present invention is anti-counterfeiting information randomly formed on a paper document, such as ink pattern information or paper pattern information of the paper document, the distribution of ink dots in the printing process has randomness to form random ink pattern information, and the paper texture (such as natural fiber texture distribution information inside the paper) also has randomness, and meanwhile, has high stability. Meanwhile, due to the uncontrollable and random properties of the growth of the plants and the papermaking process, two pieces of paper with the same paper texture cannot be manufactured, so that the paper texture information has irreproducibility. The paper pattern information includes any one or a combination of a plurality of items of glossiness of the paper, a pattern of the paper pattern, a depth of the paper pattern, a width of the paper pattern, and a direction of the paper pattern.
Preferably, the image collector of the stamp device simultaneously acquires the anti-counterfeiting information to be verified and the index pattern of the paper-line file, and because the anti-counterfeiting information such as the paper-line information and the ink-line information is small in size and the index pattern is large in size, the image collector can preferably automatically adjust the visual field, acquire the anti-counterfeiting information to be verified in a small visual field state and acquire the index pattern in a large visual field state.
Specifically, the step of verifying the to-be-verified anti-counterfeiting information of the paper document by the stamp device may be implemented by the stamp device, or may be implemented by other devices, such as other terminal devices. Specifically, the step of verifying the to-be-verified anti-counterfeiting information of the paper document by the stamp device may include any one of the following two scenarios:
and thirdly, the stamp device acquires the registered anti-counterfeiting information according to the index pattern and compares the registered anti-counterfeiting information with the anti-counterfeiting information to be verified.
The third scenario is suitable for the scheme of verifying the anti-counterfeiting information to be verified by the seal device. The comparison process can be automatic comparison of the seal device or manual comparison.
And fourthly, the stamp device sends the index pattern and the anti-counterfeiting information to be verified to the terminal equipment, so that the terminal equipment obtains the registered anti-counterfeiting information according to the index pattern, and compares the registered anti-counterfeiting information with the anti-counterfeiting information to be verified at the terminal equipment.
The scene four is suitable for the scheme of verifying the anti-counterfeiting information to be verified by the terminal equipment. The comparison process can be automatic comparison of the terminal equipment or manual comparison at the terminal equipment, and the seal device receives the verification result sent by the terminal.
It should be added that, there is no precedence relationship between the steps S102 and S104, and the stamp device may execute the step S102 first and then execute the step S104; step S104 may be executed first, and then step S102 may be executed, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a stamping method of a stamping device, which is used for stamping paper documents and comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps that a stamp device obtains an index pattern of a paper file; the seal device confirms whether the paper document has the seal authorization; and when the stamping condition is met, the stamping device is switched to a state to be stamped, wherein the stamping condition at least comprises that the paper file has stamping authorization. The method can judge whether the content of the paper document is correspondingly authorized and whether the registration anti-counterfeiting information of the paper document is consistent with the anti-counterfeiting information to be verified or not according to the index pattern by acquiring the index pattern of the paper document, namely the seal device can judge whether the paper document meets the seal condition or not, so that the paper document is prevented from being unauthorized and/or tampered, and the use safety of the seal is improved.
