The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the invention provides a method for determining blockage of an expansion valve, which can be applied to an air conditioner 8. Preferably, the air conditioner 8 may be a multi-split air conditioner, and it is understood that other types of air conditioners may be adopted. Alternatively, the method for determining the blockage of the expansion valve may include the steps of:
step S101, a liquid pipe temperature, an air pipe temperature, and an ambient temperature of a specified indoor unit in the air conditioner 8 in the cooling operation are acquired.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of temperature sensors are disposed in each indoor unit of the air conditioner 8. Alternatively, the plurality of temperature sensors may include a liquid tube bulb 3 disposed on a liquid tube connecting the expansion valve 2 and the evaporator 4, a gas tube bulb 6 disposed on a gas tube connecting the evaporator 4 and the gas tube joint 7, and an environment bulb 5 disposed outside the evaporator 4. The liquid pipe temperature sensing bulb 3 may be configured to collect a liquid pipe temperature of the corresponding indoor unit, the air pipe temperature sensing bulb 6 may be configured to collect an air pipe temperature of the corresponding indoor unit, and the environment temperature sensing bulb 5 may be configured to collect an environment temperature of the corresponding indoor unit. When the air conditioner 8 is started to normally perform cooling operation, the refrigerant enters each indoor unit from the outdoor unit side, passes through the liquid pipe joint 1, the expansion valve 2, the evaporator 4 and the gas pipe joint 7 of each indoor unit in sequence, and finally returns to the outdoor unit. In the process, the high-pressure medium-temperature refrigerant obtained by condensing the outdoor unit passes through the liquid pipe joint 1, then passes through the expansion valve 2, is changed into a low-temperature low-pressure gas-liquid mixed refrigerant, enters the evaporator 4, is absorbed by heat, and is evaporated into a gaseous refrigerant, and then returns to the outdoor unit through the gas pipe joint 7. The plurality of temperature sensors can respectively acquire the liquid pipe temperature, the air pipe temperature and the environment temperature of the corresponding indoor unit when the air conditioner 8 operates in a refrigerating mode.
Further, in the operation process of the air conditioner 8, when an indoor unit is selected as a designated indoor unit, the liquid pipe temperature, the air pipe temperature and the ambient temperature corresponding to the designated indoor unit are obtained by starting the plurality of temperature sensors installed on the designated indoor unit. As an embodiment, a mode of selecting an indoor unit corresponding to the air conditioner 8 as a specific indoor unit may be: the user can send an expansion valve 2 blockage detection instruction to an indoor unit corresponding to the air conditioner 8, and take the indoor unit receiving the detection instruction as a designated indoor unit. Of course, it can be understood that the designated indoor unit may be selected from the indoor units corresponding to the air conditioner 8 in other manners, which is not limited to this. For example, an indoor unit that is activated in the air conditioner 8 may be used as the designated indoor unit. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, there may be a case where a plurality of specified indoor units are present at the same time, and even if there are a plurality of specified indoor units, the determination principles of whether the expansion valve 2 of each specified indoor unit is blocked and the type of the corresponding blockage are the same.
Furthermore, the opening degree of the expansion valve 2 of the designated indoor unit can be monitored in real time while the liquid pipe temperature, the air pipe temperature and the ambient temperature of the designated indoor unit are obtained. Preferably, the expansion valve 2 is an electronic expansion valve 2, and the opening degree information of the expansion valve 2 can be read in real time, so that the opening degree of the expansion valve 2 of a specific indoor unit can be monitored in real time.
And step S102, judging the blockage type of the expansion valve of the specified indoor unit, wherein the blockage type of the expansion valve of the specified indoor unit belongs to the expansion valve 2, according to the liquid pipe temperature, the air pipe temperature and the environment temperature by combining the opening information of the expansion valve 2 of the specified indoor unit.
It should be noted that, in the related art, when the air conditioner 8 has a poor cooling effect, a user may make a complaint and repair, however, when the repair is made, only the information that the cooling effect is poor may be provided to the maintenance staff, and for the maintenance staff, it is necessary to perform troubleshooting by disassembling the machine to check whether the expansion valve 2 is blocked, but the disassembling the machine is very inconvenient for most of the indoor units installed in the ceiling floor. If all the refrigeration effect differences are disassembled, on one hand, the effect differences caused by blockage are not affected, and manpower and material resources are wasted; on the other hand, the blockage which can be solved by adjusting the operation strategy by the air conditioner 8 without disassembling the machine is also very labor and material waste.
Therefore, in order to provide more reliable maintenance guide information for maintenance personnel, the waste of manpower and material resources is also avoided. In the embodiment of the invention, whether blockage occurs is determined according to the liquid pipe temperature, the air pipe temperature and the environment temperature, and the blockage type of the expansion valve is further judged according to the opening information of the expansion valve 2 of the specified indoor unit, so that effective maintenance guide information is provided for maintenance personnel, the maintenance efficiency is improved, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 3, the step of determining the blockage type of the expansion valve 2 of the designated indoor unit according to the liquid pipe temperature, the air pipe temperature and the ambient temperature by combining the opening degree information of the expansion valve 2 of the designated indoor unit may include:
and a substep S1021, judging whether the blockage type of the expansion valve 2 of the designated indoor unit is full blockage or not according to the liquid pipe temperature, the air pipe temperature and the environment temperature.
In the embodiment of the present invention, whether the expansion valve 2 is fully blocked may be determined by determining whether the liquid tube temperature, the gas tube temperature, and the ambient temperature are close to each other. Namely, when the expansion valve 2 is fully blocked, no refrigerant can pass through the air pipe, the liquid pipe and the evaporator 4 of the indoor unit, and the corresponding indoor unit does not have any refrigeration effect. As an embodiment, if preset proximity conditions are satisfied among the obtained liquid tube temperature, gas tube temperature, and ambient temperature, it may be considered that the liquid tube temperature, gas tube temperature, and ambient temperature are close to each other. Therefore, if the obtained liquid pipe temperature, the obtained air pipe temperature and the obtained environment temperature satisfy the preset approaching conditions, the type of the blockage of the expansion valve to which the expansion valve 2 of the specified indoor unit belongs is judged to be full blockage.
Further, the manner of determining that the liquid tube temperature, the gas tube temperature and the ambient temperature satisfy the proximity condition may be:
when the temperature of the liquid pipe and the temperature of the air pipe satisfy the temperature of Te1-Te2A is less than or equal to a, and the temperature of the liquid pipe, the temperature of the air pipe and the ambient temperature meet (Te)1+Te2) And when the/2-Tao | < a, determining that the liquid pipe temperature, the air pipe temperature and the environment temperature meet the approaching conditions. Note that Te is as described above1Represents the temperature of the liquid pipe, Te2Represents the gas pipe temperature, Tao represents the ambient temperature, and a represents a predetermined first threshold. Optionally, the first threshold is between 0 and 4, for example, the first threshold may be selected to be 2.
It will be appreciated, of course, that in other embodiments, the proximity between the fluid tube temperature, the air tube temperature, and the ambient temperature may be determined in other ways.
After determining that the full occlusion is present, the flow proceeds directly to step S103. As an embodiment, when it is determined through the sub-step S1021 that the full congestion is not included, the flow proceeds to the sub-step S1022.
In the substep S1022, when the opening degree information of the expansion valve 2 of the designated indoor unit is not less than the first preset opening degree threshold value, it is determined whether the type of blockage of the expansion valve to which the expansion valve 2 of the designated indoor unit belongs is half-blocked or not, using the degree of superheat obtained based on the liquid pipe temperature and the air pipe temperature.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the first preset opening degree threshold value may be set to any opening degree value exceeding the range of the normal opening degree of the expansion valve 2. It should be noted that, when the expansion valve 2 is stably in the normal opening range, the indoor unit can provide a cooling effect satisfactory to the user. Preferably, it may be set to the maximum opening degree of the expansion valve 2, for example, the normal opening degree of the expansion valve 2 ranges from 100 to 300Pls, and the first preset opening degree threshold may be set to 480 Pls.
Further, since the expansion valve 2 in the half-block state is smaller in flow rate and larger in superheat degree at the same opening degree as compared with the non-block state of the expansion valve 2 during the operation of the air conditioner 8, the air conditioner 8 adjusts the opening degree of the expansion valve 2 based on the superheat degree. Therefore, in order to satisfy the cooling requirement, the opening degree of the expansion valve 2, which is half-blocked, is continuously increased to reduce the degree of superheat by passing more refrigerant, and this phenomenon may be expressed in that the degree of superheat is still high even when the electronic expansion valve 2 is opened to the maximum.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, if it is monitored that the expansion valve 2 reaches the first preset opening threshold, the corresponding superheat degree is calculated based on the liquid pipe temperature and the air pipe temperature, so as to determine whether the valve is in the half blockage state according to the superheat degree. Specifically, the manner of calculating the degree of superheat may be such that the difference between the air pipe temperature and the liquid pipe temperature of the specified indoor unit is taken as the corresponding degree of superheat.
Further, in order to eliminate the influence of the half blockage determination accuracy due to lack of refrigerant in the air conditioner 8, in the embodiment of the present invention, the specific manner of determining whether the half blockage is present based on the obtained corresponding superheat degree may include:
the current opening information of the expansion valve 2 of each indoor unit is obtained, and an average opening value is calculated according to the obtained current opening information of the expansion valve 2 of each indoor unit. And when the average opening degree value is not higher than a second preset opening degree threshold value and the superheat degree is not lower than a preset second threshold value, judging that the blockage type of the expansion valve to which the expansion valve 2 of the specified indoor unit belongs is half blockage. It should be noted that the second preset opening degree threshold ranges from 250Pls to 400Pls, for example, the second preset opening degree threshold may be set to 300Pls, and the second threshold ranges from 4 ℃ to 10 ℃, for example, the second threshold may be set to 7 ℃. When it is determined that the partial obstruction is present, the flow proceeds to step S103. As an embodiment, after determining that the semi-blocking is not included, the flow may proceed to step S1023.
It should be noted that, when it is determined that the congestion is half-congestion and the degree of superheat is exactly equal to the second threshold, the process may further enter the sub-step S1023 to exclude the possibility of slight congestion, and if it is determined that the congestion is not slight by the sub-step S1023, it is determined that the corresponding congestion type is half-congestion.
And a substep S1023 of judging whether the designated indoor unit is slightly blocked or not according to the temperatures of the air pipes corresponding to the air conditioner 8, the average opening value, the superheat degree of the designated indoor unit and the opening information of the designated indoor unit.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the opening degree information of the expansion valve 2 of a specific indoor unit is not less than the first preset opening degree threshold, the average air pipe temperature is calculated according to the obtained air pipe temperature of each indoor unit. When the average opening degree value is not higher than a second preset opening degree threshold value, the superheat degree meets the condition that D is more than 2 and less than or equal to c, and the air pipe temperature of the specified indoor unit and the calculated average air pipe temperature meetAnd judging that the blockage type of the expansion valve 2 of the specified indoor unit is slightly blocked. Otherwise, it is not considered to be a slight occlusion.
It is to be noted thatD represents the degree of superheat, c represents the second threshold value, and Te2Representing the air pipe temperature of the given indoor unit, represents the average trachea temperature calculated above, and d represents a preset third threshold. Optionally, the value range of the third threshold may be between 2 ℃ and 6 ℃, for example, the third threshold may be set to 4 ℃.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, there may not be a certain order between the sub-steps S1021, S1022, and S1023. After it is determined by the sub-step S1023 that it is a slight jam, the flow proceeds to a step S103.
Further, when the type of blockage corresponding to the specified indoor unit is judged to be slight blockage, the method for judging blockage of the expansion valve may further include: the air conditioner 8 is controlled to stop running, and then the specified indoor unit is controlled to be forcibly switched to the heating mode, so that the refrigerant in the air conditioner 8 reversely flows through the corresponding expansion valve 2, namely, the mode that the refrigerant enters the expansion valve 2 from the outdoor unit side is changed into the mode that the refrigerant enters the expansion valve 2 from the evaporator 4 side. The clogging foreign matter is washed by the reverse flow of the refrigerant.
And step S103, displaying the blockage type of the expansion valve so as to be convenient for maintenance.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after it is determined that the expansion valve 2 of the designated indoor unit is clogged and the clogging type is determined, the air conditioner 8 may transmit the determined clogging type to the display terminal designated by the user for display. The display terminal may be a display screen provided on a designated indoor unit, or may be a mobile terminal bound to the air conditioner 8 in advance. This can be automatically performed without disassembling the apparatus when the specified indoor unit expansion valve 2 is clogged or the type of clogging to which the indoor unit expansion valve belongs. Maintenance guide information can be intelligently provided for maintenance personnel, unnecessary maintenance operation is avoided being executed, efficient maintenance service is convenient to provide, and user experience is enhanced.
