As shown in fig. 1, preferably, a rolling groove 2 is circumferentially arranged on the upper side of the inner joint pipe 4, wherein the rolling groove 2 is matched with the speed pipe column 1, an upper O-shaped sealing ring 3 is sleeved on the outer wall of the upper side of the inner joint pipe 4, and the upper O-shaped sealing ring 3 is used for sealing the speed pipe column 1 and the inner joint pipe 4.
As shown in fig. 1, preferably, the inner connecting tube 4 is connected with the protective cover 18 through a first screw 5, a sealing gasket 6 is arranged at the joint of the inner connecting tube 4 and the upper sealing sleeve 8, the upper sealing sleeve 8 is connected with the protective cover 18 through an upper fastening screw 7, a lower O-shaped sealing ring 9 is arranged at the joint of the inner side surface of the upper sealing sleeve 8 and the inner side surface of the lower sealing sleeve 13, an upper lip-shaped sealing ring 10 and an upper sealing flat gasket 11 are sequentially arranged at the joint of the upper sealing sleeve 8 and the end surface of the lower sealing sleeve 13, the lower sealing sleeve 13 is connected with the protective cover 18 through a lower fastening screw 12, a lower lip-shaped sealing ring 14 and a lower sealing flat gasket 15 are sequentially arranged at the joint of the lower sealing sleeve 13 and the end surface of the plugging head 16, the plugging head 16 is fixed through a cotter pin 17, and a plugging head falling into a cavity 27 is arranged at the bottom of a cavity of the protective cover 18.
As shown in fig. 1, the cross section of the upper lip type sealing ring 10 and the lower lip type sealing ring 14 along the axial direction is preferably of a "man" type structure, wherein the opening of the "man" type structure faces downwards, and the upper lip type sealing ring 10 and the lower lip type sealing ring 14 are extension arms with two tail parts connected, and the extension arms can be compressed for sealing under pressure.
As shown in fig. 1, preferably, the upper end of the plugging head 16 is sleeved inside the lower sealing sleeve 13, wherein the lower end of the plugging head 16 is provided with a plugging head extending wing, and the size of the plugging head extending wing is larger than that of the hollow hole of the lower sealing sleeve 13.
As shown in fig. 1, the guide head 20 is preferably connected to the protective cover 18 by a second screw 19, wherein the guide head 20 has a bullet-shaped structure.
As shown in fig. 1, the vent holes 26 are preferably elongated holes, wherein the elongated holes are uniformly disposed along the axial direction of the blanking plug.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for using the buffer type speed string plug as described above is preferable, and includes the following steps:
step 1): the method comprises the steps of removing a seat buffer piece of a blanking plug, connecting one side of the blanking plug, which is provided with a rolling groove 2, with the lower end of a speed string 1 through rolling, pulling out a tail pin 17, then lowering the blanking plug into a well shaft along with the speed string 1, and blocking the inside of the speed string 1 by using the blanking plug to prevent gas in the well shaft from being produced along the speed string 1;
step 2): after the sealing and hanging of the speed pipe column 1 at the wellhead is finished, introducing high-pressure gas in a casing of the gas well into the speed pipe column 1, then carrying out annular production by utilizing the speed pipe column 1 and a crude oil pipe, and enabling the upper and lower parts of a plugging head 16 of a plugging device to generate pressure difference, so that a plugging head stretching wing of the plugging head 16 is broken, the plugging head 16 falls into a cavity 27 due to gravity, then draining water and producing gas by adopting the speed pipe column 1, removing accumulated liquid of a shaft, and recovering normal production of the gas well;
step 3): when the gas well enters the later stage and the speed pipe column 1 cannot normally drain, the well head can put in the seat buffer piece towards the inside of the speed pipe column 1, the lower end of the seat buffer piece is sleeved in the inner connecting pipe 4, then the plunger is put in, and the seat buffer piece is provided with the fishing head 21, the buffer spring 23, the seat core rod 24 and the buffer sleeve 25, and the buffer spring 23 is naturally compressed due to the gravity of the plunger, so that the function of buffering the plunger is achieved, the seat core rod 24 is used for bearing the plunger, then the plunger gas lift, drainage and gas production are carried out in the speed pipe column 1, so that the accumulated liquid of the well shaft is removed, and the gas well is restored to normal production again.
The salvaging head 21 and the seat core bar 24 are connected through screw threads on the ground, the upper end of the spring 23 is fixed on the salvaging head 21 through a spring pin 22, the lower end of the spring 23 is not fixed, and the seat core bar 24 and the buffer sleeve 25 are connected in an inserted mode. When the gas well enters the later production period and the speed pipe column can not normally drain and produce gas, the salvaging head 21 is grasped through steel wire operation at the wellhead, the seat buffer piece is put into the speed pipe column, then the plunger is put through wellhead steel wire operation, and the plunger gas lift drainage and gas production is carried out.
The speed string 1, the well shaft, the well casing, the crude oil pipe and the plunger are all common devices for the development of the existing gas well.
The rolling groove 2 is arranged along the circumference of the plug, is arranged in a wave shape in the axial direction of the plug, the end part of the speed pipe column 1 is also provided with a wave groove, and the rolling groove 2 of the inner connecting pipe 4 is matched with the wave groove at the end part of the speed pipe column 1.
The upper O-ring 6 and the lower O-ring 9 are rubber rings with circular cross sections, and are called O-rings because of their O-shape cross sections.
The gasket 6 is a sealing spare part for machines, equipment and pipelines, and is used in places where fluid exists, and materials with sealing functions are used inside and outside.
The cotter 17 is an existing original piece, wherein the cotter 17 crosses the protective cover 18 to fix the plugging head, the cotter 17 is pulled out before the lower speed pipe column 1, at this time, the buffer type plug is slightly operated to prevent the plug head 16 from falling off, after the lower speed pipe column 1, the upward jacking force applied by the plug head 16 is gradually increased due to the jacking force in the shaft, and the plug head 16 is more and more firm.
The guide head 20 has a bullet structure, and has small resistance and high running speed when running into a shaft along with the speed pipe column 1.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
the blanking plug for removing the buffer part of the sitting device is connected to the bottom of the speed pipe column 1 on the ground in a rolling way, and is lowered into a well shaft of a gas well along with the speed pipe column 1, the inside of the speed pipe column 1 is plugged by the blanking plug to prevent gas in the well shaft from being produced along the speed pipe column 1, after the speed pipe column 1 is sealed and suspended at the wellhead, high-pressure gas in a well casing is introduced into the inside of the speed pipe column 1, and then the blanking plug 16 of the blanking plug is enabled to generate pressure difference up and down by using the speed pipe column 1 and crude oil pipe for annular production, so that the extension wings of the blanking plug are knocked out, the blanking plug 16 falls into a cavity 27 due to gravity, then the speed pipe 1 is used for draining and producing gas, the accumulated liquid of the well shaft is removed, and normal production of the gas well is restored. In addition, if the gas well enters the later stage, when the speed pipe column 1 cannot normally drain water and produce gas, a seat buffer piece is put in the speed pipe column 1 at the wellhead and used for receiving the plunger, and then the plunger gas lift is carried out in the speed pipe column 1 to drain water and produce gas, so that accumulated liquid in a shaft is removed, and the natural gas well is restored to normal production again.
The invention can plug the interior of the speed pipe column, prevent gas from being produced in a shaft when the speed pipe column is lowered to the designed depth, and drain and produce gas by adopting the speed pipe column after the speed pipe column is lowered to the designed depth; when the plunger is put in the speed pipe column, the plunger can be supported and buffered, so that plunger gas lift, water drainage and gas production can be carried out in the speed pipe column in the later period, and the three technical problems of in-pipe blocking, plunger supporting and buffering are solved uniformly.
The invention can furthest mine the gas well, greatly increases the production efficiency of the gas well, increases the gas flow rate in the shaft, thereby improving the liquid carrying capacity of the gas well and ensuring the stable production of the gas well; the blanking plug has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, low cost, reduced consumption of manpower and material resources, easy operation and simple process.

A buffer type speed pipe column blanking plug, which is characterized in that: the sealing device comprises a seat buffer piece, an inner connecting pipe (4), an upper sealing sleeve (8), a lower sealing sleeve (13), a blocking head (16), a protective cover (18), a guide head (20) and a vent hole (26), wherein the lower end of the seat buffer piece is connected with the inner connecting pipe (4), the lower end of the inner connecting pipe (4) is connected with the upper sealing sleeve (8), the lower end of the upper sealing sleeve (8) is connected with the lower sealing sleeve (13), the blocking head (16) is fixed at the lower end of the lower sealing sleeve (13), the lower side of the inner connecting pipe (4), the upper sealing sleeve (8), the lower sealing sleeve (13) and the blocking head (16) are sequentially arranged inside the protective cover (18) from top to bottom, the guide head (20) is arranged at the lower end of the protective cover (18), a cavity is formed between the blocking head (16) and the guide head (20), the vent hole (26) is formed in the peripheral wall of the cavity of the protective cover (18), and the seat buffer piece, the inner connecting pipe (4), the upper sealing sleeve (8), the lower sealing sleeve (13) and the protective cover (18) are of hollow annular structures; the inner connecting pipe (4) is connected with the protective cover (18) through a first screw (5), a sealing gasket (6) is arranged at the joint of the inner connecting pipe (4) and the upper sealing sleeve (8), the upper sealing sleeve (8) is connected with the protective cover (18) through an upper fastening screw (7), a lower O-shaped sealing ring (9) is arranged at the joint of the inner side surface of the upper sealing sleeve (8) and the inner side surface of the lower sealing sleeve (13), an upper lip-shaped sealing ring (10) and an upper sealing flat gasket (11) are sequentially arranged at the joint of the upper sealing sleeve (8) and the end surface of the lower sealing sleeve (13), the lower sealing sleeve (13) is connected with the protective cover (18) through a lower fastening screw (12), a lower lip-shaped sealing ring (14) and a lower sealing flat gasket (15) are sequentially arranged at the joint of the end surface of the lower sealing sleeve (13) and the blocking head (16), the blocking head (16) is fixed through a cotter pin (17), and a blocking head falling cavity (27) is arranged at the bottom of a cavity of the protective cover (18). The guide head (20) is connected with the protective cover (18) through a second screw (19), wherein the guide head (20) has a bullet structure in appearance; the vent holes (26) are strip holes, wherein the strip holes are uniformly arranged along the axial direction of the blanking plug.

step 2): after the speed pipe column (1) is sealed and suspended at the wellhead, introducing high-pressure gas in a gas well casing into the speed pipe column (1), then carrying out annular production with a crude oil pipe by using the speed pipe column (1), so that pressure difference is generated between the upper part and the lower part of a plugging head (16) of the plugging device, and further, a plugging head stretching wing of the plugging head (16) is knocked out, the plugging head (16) falls into a plugging head falling cavity (27) due to gravity, then, draining and producing gas by adopting the speed pipe column (1), removing accumulated liquid of a shaft, and recovering normal production of the gas well;
step 3): when the gas well enters the later stage and the speed pipe column (1) cannot normally drain and produce gas, a seat buffer piece can be put into the speed pipe column (1) from a wellhead, the lower end of the seat buffer piece is sleeved in the inner connecting pipe (4), then a plunger is put into the inner connecting pipe, and the seat buffer piece is provided with a salvaging head (21), a buffer spring (23), a seat core rod (24) and a buffer sleeve (25), so that the buffer spring (23) is naturally compressed due to the gravity of the plunger, the function of buffering the plunger is achieved, the seat core rod (24) is used for bearing the plunger, and then the plunger gas lift, the drainage and the gas production are carried out in the speed pipe column (1), so that accumulated liquid in a shaft is removed, and the gas well is restored to normal production again.
