the reclaimed water is recycled, qualified reclaimed water treated by the domestic sewage in the reclaimed water pressure water tank (5) is supplied to a reclaimed water user in the platform domestic building through a reclaimed water pipeline (106) for the user, and the generated domestic sewage enters the grey water treatment process again to be treated into qualified reclaimed water for recycling;
the reclaimed water is mixed back, after the use amount of the reclaimed water in the platform life building is removed, redundant reclaimed water is mixed back to the domestic sewage treatment device (4) through a reclaimed water mixing back pipeline (205) by a reclaimed water pressure water tank (5);
in order to reduce the difficulty of domestic sewage treatment, the process flow under the water-in-circulation and emergency working conditions needs to regularly replace reclaimed water in the domestic sewage treatment device by replacing the recycled reclaimed water, a reclaimed water back-mixing pipeline (205) is closed during replacement, an oil-removed grey water pipeline (203) between an oil remover (1) and the domestic sewage treatment device (4) is opened, and the recycled reclaimed water is replaced by the treated grey water to be used as black water treatment mixed water;
when the domestic sewage treatment device (4) breaks down and needs to temporarily contain domestic black water, the domestic sewage treatment device receives incoming water from the medium water pressure water tank (5) through the medium water pipeline (207) of the sewage treatment device (4) through the sewage treatment tank and from the domestic sewage treatment device (4) through the sewage treatment tank and the domestic sewage pipeline (208), and chemical agents are input into the domestic sewage treatment tank (6) through the chemical agent pipeline (209) of the sewage treatment tank to treat the domestic sewage in the domestic sewage treatment tank (6); the domestic sewage treated by the chemical agent is pulled back to a land domestic sewage treatment plant for treatment in a mode of an offshore supporting ship.

the term of replacing the reclaimed water in the domestic sewage treatment device by replacing the circulating reclaimed water is inversely proportional to the number of people with domestic sewage, the inverse proportion rule is 120 people's domestic sewage, and the term of replacing the reclaimed water is 7 days;
the fresh water pipeline is a standby pipeline, and when the amount of the fresh water is insufficient, the fresh water provides dilution water for the domestic sewage and enters the domestic sewage treatment device (4) through the fresh water pipeline (201);
a normal close valve is adopted in a reclaimed water pipeline (206) of the discharge system, and a discharge tank in the discharge system is temporarily used as a reclaimed water storage tank in emergency.
