Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the integrated household appliance system control method according to the embodiment of the present invention is applied to the integrated household appliance system 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the integrated household appliance system 100 includes a water purifying electrical appliance 101 and a washing electrical appliance 102, the water purifying electrical appliance 101 is connected to the washing electrical appliance 102 through a pipeline 1012, the water purifying electrical appliance 101 includes a filter element 1011, and the water purifying electrical appliance 101 is configured to provide purified water filtered by the filter element 1011 for the washing electrical appliance 102.
The control method of the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
s01: acquiring water inlet time T when the water purifying electric appliance 101 supplies purified water to the washing electric appliance 102 each time;
s02: comparing each water inlet time T with a preset time threshold Ts, and recording the accumulated number N of the water inlet times T which are greater than the preset time threshold Ts;
s03: determining whether the accumulated number N is greater than a preset number M;
s04: and when the accumulated number N is larger than the preset value M, sending out prompt information for replacing the filter element 1011.
Referring to fig. 3, the integrated household appliance system 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a water purifying electrical appliance 101, a washing electrical appliance 102, a control device 103 and a prompting device 108, wherein the water purifying electrical appliance 101 is connected to the washing electrical appliance 102 through a pipeline, the water purifying electrical appliance 101 includes a filter element 1011, the water purifying electrical appliance 101 is used for providing purified water filtered by the filter element 1011 for the washing electrical appliance 102, and the control device 103 is connected to the prompting device 108.
The above steps S01, S02, S03 and S04 may be implemented by the control device 103. That is, the control device 103 is configured to obtain the water inlet time T each time the water purifying electric appliance 101 provides purified water to the washing electric appliance 102, compare each water inlet time T with the preset time threshold Ts, record the accumulated number N of water inlet times T greater than the preset time threshold Ts, determine whether the accumulated number N is greater than the preset value M, and control the prompting device 108 to send out the prompting message for replacing the filter element 1011 when the accumulated number N is greater than the preset value M.
The control method and the integrated household electrical system 100 of the above embodiment can acquire the time for supplying water to the washing appliance 102 by the water purifying appliance 101 each time, and record the accumulated amount of the water supply time T greater than the predetermined time threshold in an accumulated manner, and prompt the user to replace the filter element 1011 when the accumulated amount is greater than the preset value M. Like this, the user can discover in time that filter core 1011 blocks up and in time change filter core 1011, has improved the accuracy and the promptness that filter core 1011 changed to user experience has been improved.
It is to be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the accumulated number N and the preset number are both natural numbers.
In the present embodiment, the water demand for the washing electric appliance 102 is constant for each time, and therefore the amount of purified water to be supplied to the washing electric appliance 102 by the water purifying electric appliance 101 is also constant for each time. Therefore, it is possible to determine whether or not the intake water is abnormal by the intake time T.
The preset time threshold Ts is set after the filter element 1011 is tested. For example, the preset time threshold Ts may be the time it takes for the filter element 1011 to provide its water demand to the washing appliance 102 when the filtering action is substantially lost. Thus, if the water demand of the washing appliance 102 is consistent, if the water inlet time T is greater than the time threshold value every time, it indicates that the water inlet is abnormal, which may indicate that the filter element 1011 is blocked and loses the filtering function, and the filter element 1011 needs to be replaced.
In addition, in the present embodiment, in order to ensure the detection accuracy, only when the accumulated number N of abnormalities occurring in the water inlet time T is greater than the preset value M, the user is prompted to replace the filter element 1011. If the detection accuracy is ensured, the water inlet time T is prevented from being abnormal due to other reasons, for example, the amount of tap water in the water inlet purifier 101 is too small.
The preset value M is generally set when the integrated home appliance system is shipped from a factory. Or, the user sets by himself, the size of the preset value M is generally 3, so that the filter element 1011 is not determined to be replaced due to one or two abnormal conditions, so as to avoid errors, and the situation that the state reaction of the filter element 1011 is not timely enough due to the overlarge preset value M can be avoided.
In the present embodiment, the control device 103 acquires the primary water inlet time T each time the water purifying electric appliance 101 supplies water to the washing electric appliance 102. The water inflow time T may be calculated by the flow rate detection means 107. That is, the integrated electric home appliance system 100 further includes a flow rate detecting device 107, wherein the flow rate detecting device 107 is configured to monitor the amount of water flowing into the washing appliance 102, calculate the time to reach the amount of water required by the washing appliance 102, and transmit the calculated water inlet time T to the control device 103. The flow rate detecting device 107 may be a liquid flow rate detecting device 107 such as a pulse type flow meter, a differential pressure type flow meter, and the like, and is not particularly limited. It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the flow detection device 107 may be disposed in the washing appliance 102, may be disposed in the water purifying appliance 101, or may be disposed on a pipeline connecting the water purifying appliance 101 and the washing appliance 102, which is not limited in particular. In general, the flow rate detector 107 is generally installed in the washing appliance 102 to detect the inflow of water and calculate the inflow time T.
In one example, the washing appliance 102 is a dishwasher. It is understood that, in other examples, the washing appliance 102 may also be other water-using appliances such as a washing machine, a fruit and vegetable washing machine, and the like, and is not limited in particular.
In the present embodiment, the presentation device 108 may be provided with a display device, such as a liquid crystal display panel or an LED display panel, on the water purifying electric appliance 101, the washing electric appliance 102 or other location of the integrated electric appliance system, and display information of the replaceable filter element 1011 on the display device when a user is presented to replace the filter element 1011. Of course, the prompting device 108 may also emit a sound and/or light prompting message, for example, a buzzer and/or a blinking LED lamp, etc., without limitation.
In some embodiments, the control method comprises the steps of:
and when the accumulated quantity is less than or equal to the preset value M, acquiring the water inlet time T when the next water purifying electric appliance 101 supplies purified water to the washing electric appliance 102.
In some embodiments, the above steps may be implemented by the control device 103. That is, the control device 103 is used for acquiring the water inlet time T when the water purifying electric appliance 101 supplies purified water to the washing electric appliance 102 next time when the accumulated amount is less than or equal to the preset value M.
Specifically, when the number of accumulated abnormal water intake times T does not exceed the preset value M, the control device 103 continues to acquire the next water intake time T, compares the next water intake time T with the preset time threshold Ts, accumulates the accumulated number N when the water intake time T is greater than the preset time threshold Ts, and prompts the user to replace the filter element 1011 when the accumulated number N reaches the preset value M.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments, the integrated appliance system 100 includes a water inlet valve 104, the water inlet valve 104 is disposed on a pipeline 1012, and the water inlet valve 104 is used for opening and closing the pipeline 1012 between the water purifying appliance 101 and the washing appliance 102;
referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the control method includes the steps of:
s05: before the water purifying electric appliance 101 supplies purified water to the washing electric appliance 102, determining whether the accumulated number N is greater than a preset number M;
s06: if not, the water inlet valve 104 is controlled to conduct the pipeline 1012.
With continued reference to FIG. 3, in some embodiments, the control device 103 is electrically connected to the water inlet valve 104, and the steps S05 and S06 can also be performed by the control device 103. That is, the control device 103 can determine whether the cumulative number N is greater than the preset value M before the water purifying appliance 101 supplies purified water to the washing appliance 102 and control the water inlet valve 104 to open the pipeline 1012 between the water purifying appliance 101 and the washing appliance 102 when the cumulative number N is determined to be less than or equal to the preset value M.
It is understood that the steps S05 and S06 are performed before the water purifying appliance 101 is turned on to supply purified water to the washing appliance 102 each time, i.e., the steps S05 and S06 are performed before the step S01. That is, only when the cumulative quantity N of the abnormal water inlet time T is less than or equal to the preset value M, the control device 103 controls the water inlet valve 104 to conduct the pipeline 1012 between the water purifying electric appliance 101 and the washing electric appliance 102 to provide purified water to the washing electric appliance 102. When the cumulative number N is greater than the preset value M, the user is prompted to replace the filter element 1011.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the integrated household appliance system 100 includes a tap water pipe 105, the tap water pipe 105 is connected to the washing appliance 102, and the tap water pipe 105 is used for supplying tap water to the washing appliance 102;
the control method comprises the following steps:
s07: when the cumulative number N is greater than the preset value M, the integrated household electrical appliance control system 100 uses the tap water pipe 105 to supply tap water to the washing appliance 102.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, step S07 can be implemented by the control device 103. That is, the control device 103 is used for controlling the integrated household electrical appliance system 100 to provide the washing appliance 102 with the tap water by using the tap water line 105 when the accumulated quantity N is greater than the preset value M.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, a tap water switch 106 is provided in the tap water pipe 105, and the tap water switch 106 can turn on and off the tap water pipe 105. The tap water switch 106 is electrically connected to the control device 103. When the cumulative number N is greater than the preset value M, it indicates that the filter element 1011 needs to be replaced. At this time, in order to ensure the water inlet efficiency, the control device 103 may control the tap water switch 106 to connect the tap water pipe 105, and supply water to the washing appliance 102 through the tap water pipe 105, instead of supplying clean water to the washing appliance 102 by using the water purifying appliance 101, so as to meet the water inlet requirement of the washing appliance 102.
It is understood that, in the present embodiment, a user can select whether to supply clean water to the washing appliance 102 by using the water purifying appliance 101 or directly supply water to the washing appliance 102 by using the tap water pipe 105. The control method of the embodiment of the present invention is operated only when the water purifying appliance 101 is used to supply the washing appliance 102 with the inlet water.
Further, it is also understood that, in the present embodiment, step S07 is performed after step S04. That is, after the prompt message for replacing the filter element 1011 is issued, if the washing appliance 102 continues to require water for washing, the water is directly supplied to the washing appliance 102 through the tap water line 105.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the control method includes the steps of:
step S08: determining if the filter cartridge has been replaced 1011;
step S09: when it is determined that the filter element 1011 has been replaced, the cumulative number N is cleared.
Referring again to fig. 3, in some embodiments, steps S08 and S09 may be implemented by the control device 103, that is, the control device 103 is configured to determine whether the filter element 1011 has been replaced and clear the cumulative number N when the filter element 1011 has been replaced.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, step S08 and step S09 are performed before step S01. That is, before the water purifying electric appliance 101 is used to supply purified water to the washing electric appliance 102, it is detected whether the filter element 1011 has been replaced, and when the filter element 1011 is determined to have been replaced, the cumulative number N is cleared, and the accumulation is restarted.
In the above-described embodiment of the present invention, the filter element 1011 may be a disposable filter element 1011 or a reusable filter element 1011. If the filter core 1011 is a disposable filter core 1011, a new filter core 1011 needs to be used for replacement when replacing the filter core 1011, and if the filter core 1011 is a reusable filter core 1011, only the filter core 1011 needs to be cleaned, and then reinstalled for reuse when replacing the filter core 1011.
It should be noted that some or all of the functions of the control device 103 of the above embodiments may be implemented by a controller or a control device, or a control board, or a computer board or a main control board of the water purifying appliance 101 or the washing appliance 102, or the control device 103 may be made into a separate control box or a control terminal including the controller, the control device, the control board, or the computer board or the main control board, and installed at other positions of the washing appliance 102 or the water purifying appliance 101 or the integrated household appliance system 100, or may be installed at other positions outside the integrated household appliance system 100.
