The invention provides a detection device for preventing a tower crane steel rope from being broken due to partial wire breakage, wherein the detection device is provided with a detection hole through which the steel rope can pass; the inner wall of the detection hole is closely adjacent to the outer surface of the steel rope; an inflatable structure is arranged at the outer wall of the detection hole; the inflatable structure comprises a deformation sensing device; the deformation sensing device is connected with the alarm; when the tower crane works, a lifting path of the steel rope of the tower crane passes through the detection hole, and if a broken steel wire exposed on the surface of the steel rope pierces the inflatable structure, the inflatable structure leaks air to deform; the deformation sensing device is triggered to alarm the alarm; the invention can sensitively and timely find the broken wire of the tower crane steel rope in the tower crane operation.

The inflatable structure is a pneumatic tire; forming a detection hole in the inner ring of the pneumatic tire; the inner ring wall of the pneumatic tire is formed by thick wear-resistant materials, and the tire wall outside the inner ring wall is of a thin-wall structure which is easy to puncture.
The deformation sensing device comprises a deformation sensing piece connected with the outer ring of the tire.

The pneumatic tire is arranged beside the fixed pulley of the tower crane; the camera is arranged at the bracket of the fixed pulley of the tower crane.
The invention has simple structure and low implementation cost, can timely find the broken wire part of the steel rope, and takes the broken wire of the steel rope as the broken wire precursor to give out an alarm, thereby timely processing by staff and effectively reducing the probability of broken wire of the steel rope.
The invention does not change the tower crane mechanism, so that the normal operation of the tower crane is not interfered.

As shown in fig. 1, a detection device for preventing a tower crane steel rope from being broken due to partial wire breakage is provided with a detection hole 1 through which a steel rope 4 can pass; the inner wall of the detection hole is closely adjacent to the outer surface of the steel rope; an inflatable structure 2 is arranged at the outer wall of the detection hole; the inflatable structure 2 comprises a deformation sensing device 7; the deformation sensing device is connected with the alarm; when the tower crane works, a lifting path of a steel rope of the tower crane passes through the detection hole, if a broken steel wire 3 exposed on the surface of the steel rope pierces the inflatable structure 2, the inflatable structure leaks air to deform; the deformation sensing device is triggered to alarm the alarm.
The inflatable structure 2 is a pneumatic tire; forming a detection hole in the inner ring of the pneumatic tire; the inner ring wall of the pneumatic tire is formed by thick wear-resistant materials, and the tire wall outside the inner ring wall is of a thin-wall structure which is easy to puncture.
The deformation sensing device comprises a deformation sensing piece connected with the outer ring of the tire.

Examples:
in the process of hoisting cargoes by a steel rope by the tower crane, the lifting path of the steel rope passes through the detection hole; if the broken wire part of the steel rope pierces the pneumatic tire when passing through the detection hole, the volume of the tire is quickly reduced due to air leakage, the elastic deformation sensing piece originally pressed at the outer ring of the tire moves, the deformation sensing device is triggered, the alarm gives an alarm, the tower crane stops working, and the field safety personnel observe the steel rope at the tire through the camera to accurately confirm the broken wire part of the steel rope for subsequent treatment.
When the tire is punctured, the pre-filled powder in the tire escapes along with the airflow, so that the site safety personnel can more directly observe the punctured part of the tire, and the broken wire part of the steel rope can be found more quickly.
Because the broken wire of the steel rope can be upwards or downwards, and the steel rope can be lifted up and down when the goods are hoisted, the product can detect the broken wire part of the steel rope no matter in the hoisting process or in the process of putting down the hoisted goods.
