Description

Financial anti-counterfeiting bill
Technical Field
The invention relates to a financial security document with an optically variable security element and with an optically variable security element.
Background
While the high and new technology promotes social progress and promotes rapid economic development, cases of fraud by using high-tech counterfeiting of various certificates, credit cards, large-amount bills and the like are increased day by day, so that great economic losses are caused to countries and individuals, and serious social influences are brought. In order to reduce financial risks, the anti-counterfeiting requirements on high-security products such as bank notes, credit cards, securities and the like are higher and higher, and the investment of anti-counterfeiting technologies and equipment development in various countries is increased.
Optical anti-counterfeiting refers to various anti-counterfeiting technologies developed by using the fundamental principles of light waves, such as reflection, transmission, refraction, interference, diffraction, polarization and birefringence of light, and modern optics, such as holography, information processing, moire technology, speckle, optically variable images, subwavelength, nanotechnology and the like. The optical anti-counterfeiting can be applied to the aspects of transmission and reflection optical variable images, various practical holograms, the mould pressing copy of holograms, diffraction optical variable images, multi-beam interference optical variable images, zero-order diffraction optical variable images and the like, and has extremely important function in the field of modern anti-counterfeiting.
In order to prevent counterfeiting by means of scanning, copying and the like, optical anti-counterfeiting technology is widely adopted in various high-security or high-value-added printed matters such as bank notes, credit cards, passports, securities, product packages and the like, and a very good effect is achieved. In the prior art, color conversion and see-through effects are usually achieved by providing an optically variable security element on the printed matter, in which the optically variable security element comprises a thin-layer element consisting of a reflector layer, a dielectric layer and an absorber layer. If the security element is viewed from the absorbent side, the viewer perceives a particular color that varies with the viewing angle.
In the prior art, the invention patent of 201310416454.2 discloses a structure of an optically variable security element for financial instruments, which makes the pattern of the optically variable security element have different patterns under the front view in different directions and have different patterns from the front view when in perspective, thereby realizing the security effect. However, in the technical scheme, the transmission is different from the pattern in the front view, and the pattern is the same for the front view and the reverse view in the perspective.
As an improvement, in order to better provide the anti-counterfeiting performance, the prior application proposes a financial document with an optically variable anti-counterfeiting element, which is provided with a first grating element, a second grating element and a scattering element, so that the optically variable anti-counterfeiting element has different patterns not only in the front view in different directions, but also in the perspective view in different directions. However, in order to avoid the influence of the first grid element on the second grid element in the lower front view, it is necessary to arrange the horizontal projection of the first grid element within the second grid element in order to present the pattern of the second grid element in the lower front view. In this way, the pattern of the first grid element is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention, as a further improvement of the earlier application, proposes a financial instrument with an optically variable security element which does not require restriction on the pattern of the first grid element, but which can also present the pattern of the second grid element when viewed from below, while having different patterns when viewed in perspective in different directions.
As one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a financial forgery-preventive bill including: an optically variable security element comprising a carrier foil, a first grating element, a second grating element, a thin layer element and a light scattering element; the first grating element and the second grating element are respectively arranged at two sides of the light scattering element; the first grating element and the second grating element have different optical properties such that only the pattern of the second grating element is observed when viewed from the carrier foil side in front.

Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an optically variable security element of a financial document according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solutions of the present invention, the present invention will be briefly described below by using embodiments, and it is obvious that the following description is only one embodiment of the present invention, and for those skilled in the art, other technical solutions can be obtained according to the embodiments without inventive labor, and also fall within the disclosure of the present invention.
The financial bill comprises the optical variable anti-counterfeiting element, wherein the optical variable anti-counterfeiting element can be arranged in a gap or a window of the financial bill or on a transparent substrate of the financial bill, and the anti-counterfeiting performance of the financial bill is improved by the fact that the optical variable anti-counterfeiting element has different transmission effects in different directions.
An optically variable security element 100 according to a first embodiment of the invention, see fig. 1, comprises a carrier foil 10, a first grating element 20, a light-scattering element 30, a second grating element 40 and a lamellar element 50. The carrier foil 10, which is a transparent foil, which may be a resin foil such as a PET-foil, is disposed at the lowermost portion of the optically variable security element 100.
The thin-layer element 50 is disposed on top of the optically variable security element 100, and has a multilayer structure capable of interference, and may be constructed by using a thin-layer element as in 201310416454.2 in the prior art, and has a three-layer structure of aluminum, silicon dioxide and aluminum layers, which has a gold color in front view and a blue color in perspective view.
The first grating element 20, the light scattering element 30 and the second grating element 40 are arranged in this order from top to bottom. The second grating element 40 is an aluminium-coloured grating, which is provided on the carrier foil 10 by vapour deposition and is then partially demetallised by a rinsing method, thereby forming the second grating element 40. The second grid element 40 has a first pattern form which may be a number, a character or a graphic.
The light scattering element 30 comprises a light scattering layer filled with light scattering particles for scattering the transmitted light. Preferably, for example, TiO can be used2The particles act as light scattering particles. The light scattering layer is a light scattering film prepared in advance, and the light scattering film is bonded to the second grid member 40 by an adhesive. The adhesive is a transparent pressure sensitive adhesive and may be a rubber-based adhesive, an acrylic-based adhesive, a vinyl ester-based adhesive, a silicon-based adhesive, a urea-based adhesive, or the like.
Preferably, the light scattering element 30 is formed by screen printing light scattering particles on the second grid element 40, and the lower surface of the light scattering layer 30 is not a plane and is provided in a shape corresponding to the voids of the second grid element 40, thereby filling the voids of the second grid element 40. By such an arrangement, the process can be reduced, and the technical effect that the optically variable security element 100 has different patterns when viewed in different directions can also be achieved.
The first grid element 20 is a grid with a black color, which may be formed by screen printing through black ink to form the first grid element 20. The first grid element 20 has a second pattern form that is different from the first pattern of the second grid element 40. Wherein the first grille member 20 may be shaped such that the horizontal projection of the second grille member 40 and the first grille member 10 partially coincide.
The optically variable security element 100, viewed from above, exhibits a uniform gold color of the thin layer element 50 in front view, and from below, exhibits a first pattern of aluminum color of the second grid element 40 in a gold background; in perspective, the second pattern of black first grid elements 20 in a blue background appears illuminated from below and viewed from above, and the second pattern of dark first grid elements 40 in a blue background appears from above and viewed from below.
By means of the arrangement of the above-described embodiment of the present invention, the optically variable security element 100 does not need to limit the pattern of the first grating element, and can also present the pattern of the second grating element in a front view and have different patterns in different perspective views.
