Abstract
The invention discloses a method for changing the surface glossiness of a film. In the operation steps of casting film forming, a silica gel compression roller is added in front of an active casting roller, and the pressure of mutual joint of the silica gel compression roller and the active casting roller is changed by adjusting air pressure, so that the surface glossiness of the film is changed, and the larger the pressure is, the smaller the glossiness is; the distance between the silica gel compression roller and the active casting roller is changed, and the larger the distance is, the larger the surface glossiness of the film is. The method for changing the glossiness of the surface of the film adjusts the glossiness of the casting film, the pressure of the mutual joint of the silica gel compression roller and the active casting roller and the distance between the silica gel compression roller and the active casting roller by a physical adjusting method, so that the glossiness requirement of a customer is met under the condition of unchanged formula.

Background
The cast film is a non-stretched and non-oriented flat extruded film produced by melt casting and quenching, has two modes of single-layer casting and multi-layer coextrusion casting, and has the characteristics of high production speed, high yield, excellent transparency, thickness uniformity and the like compared with blown films.
The cast film has excellent heat sealing performance and excellent transparency, is one of main composite packing base materials, is used for producing high-temperature boiling films, vacuum aluminum-plated films and the like, and has good market prospect. The gloss of cast films often needs to be adjusted to suit different needs, depending on the needs.
The glossiness adjustment of the casting film is generally realized by adopting a formula adjustment mode, products with different glossiness are realized by adjusting the formula of the casting solution, however, the formula adjustment mode is troublesome, the requirements on the glossiness are usually met after the adjustment, and other properties of the film are changed, so that the performance of the film is reduced. The extrusion casting film-making process comprises the following steps: feeding, screw extruding, die head casting, active casting roller, transition roller, stretching and cooling, checking and rolling; if a material method can be found in the preparation process to change the glossiness of the casting film, the production efficiency can be greatly improved, and different requirements of customers on the glossiness can be met.

The distance between the silica gel compression roller and the active casting roller is 2mm, and when the pressure of air pressure is 0.1-0.4MPa, the glossiness of the film can be controlled within the range of 10-20.
The pressure of air pressure is 0.2MPa, and when the distance between the silica gel compression roller and the active casting roller is 3-4mm, the glossiness of the film can be controlled within the range of 20-30.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the method for changing the glossiness of the surface of the film adjusts the glossiness of the casting film, the pressure of the mutual joint of the silica gel compression roller and the active casting roller and the distance between the silica gel compression roller and the active casting roller by a physical adjusting method, so that the glossiness requirement of a customer is met under the condition of unchanged formula.

The formulation of the cast film used in the following examples consisted of the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of ethylene-propylene-butadiene copolymer, 30 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and 30 parts of polypropylene oxide.
Example 1

Example 2
A method for changing the surface glossiness of a film, the film is prepared by adopting a casting process, in the operation step of casting film, a silica gel compression roller is added in front of an active casting roller, the distance between the silica gel compression roller and the active casting roller is 2mm, and when the pressure of air pressure is 0.1MPa, the glossiness of the film is 10; the pressure of the air pressure is 0.2MPa, and when the distance between the silica gel compression roller and the active casting roller is 3mm, the glossiness of the film is 20.
Example 3
A method for changing the surface glossiness of a film, the film is prepared by adopting a casting process, in the operation step of casting film forming, a silica gel compression roller is added in front of an active casting roller, the distance between the silica gel compression roller and the active casting roller is 2mm, the pressure of air pressure is 0.4MPa, and the glossiness of the film is 18; the pressure of the air pressure is 0.3MPa, and when the distance between the silica gel compression roller and the active casting roller is 4mm, the glossiness of the film is 28.
The formulation of the cast film used in the following examples consisted of the following components in parts by weight: 35 parts of poly (terephthalic acid) -adipic acid-butanediol ester, 8 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene and 1 part of montmorillonite.
Example 4

Example 5
A method for changing the surface glossiness of a film, the film is prepared by adopting a casting process, in the operation step of casting film, a silica gel compression roller is added in front of an active casting roller, the distance between the silica gel compression roller and the active casting roller is 2mm, and when the pressure of air pressure is 0.1MPa, the glossiness of the film is 11; the pressure of the air pressure is 0.2MPa, and when the distance between the silica gel compression roller and the active casting roller is 3mm, the glossiness of the film is 19.
From the above experiments, it can be seen that the cast films of different formulations all have significant gloss variation in the face of changes in the physical parameters of the cast films, and the variation values are within the experimental range of the present invention.
