Referring to fig. 4, one end of the pressing plate 3 is wedge-shaped to form a first clamping portion 31, one end of the tool holder 2 is wedge-shaped to form a second clamping portion 22, and a blade is placed between the first clamping portion 31 and the second clamping portion 22; the pressing plate 3 is rotatable relative to the holder 2, and when the pressing plate 3 is rotated relative to the holder 2, the first clamping portion 31 is moved toward the second clamping portion 22, thereby clamping the inserted insert. The blade is clamped by the first clamping part 31 of the pressing plate 3 and the second clamping part 22 of the cutter holder 2, the first clamping part 31 and the second clamping part 22 are both wedge-shaped, the blade can be clamped well, and the clamping stability in the cutting process is guaranteed.
In some preferred embodiments, the insert pad 4 is disposed on the tool holder 2 near the second clamping portion 22, so as to further improve the clamping stability and realize compatibility of one tool holder with multiple inserts. Preferably, a pad placing groove 201 for placing the blade pad 4 is formed on the tool holder 2 near the second clamping portion 22. The blade cushion block 4 can be embedded in the device and can not be loosened during the operation of the device. Preferably, the pressing plate 3 is provided with an auxiliary placing groove 301 close to the first clamping portion 31, that is, the pressing plate is embedded in the cushion placing groove 201 and the auxiliary placing groove 301, so that the stability is better. It can be understood that, when only the cushion placing groove 201 is provided, the size of the blade cushion 4 matches with the cushion placing groove 201; when the cushion placing groove 201 and the auxiliary placing groove 301 are formed, the size of the blade cushion 4 is matched with the placing space formed by the cushion placing groove 201 and the auxiliary placing groove 301 together.
Preferably, the tool holder 2 and the press plate 3 are connected by a rotating shaft 5. A mounting hole 211 is formed in the tool mounting surface 21 of the tool apron 2, and referring to fig. 5, a mounting post 32 matched with the mounting hole 211 is arranged on the pressing plate 3; it will be appreciated that, generally, the number of the mounting holes 211 and the mounting posts 32 is the same, and that, as shown in the figure, three mounting holes 211 are provided, and correspondingly, three mounting posts 32 are provided. The mounting post 32 is provided with a horizontal through hole 321, the tool holder 2 is provided with a positioning hole 212 penetrating through the mounting hole 211, and the rotating shaft 5 penetrates through the positioning hole 212 and the horizontal through hole 321. Therefore, the pressing plate 3 can rotate relative to the tool apron 2, and flexibility and stability are achieved.
Referring to fig. 6, further, a top block 7 and a control assembly 6 are disposed between the tool holder 2 and the press plate 3; the tool mounting surface 21 of the tool holder 2 is provided with a top block mounting groove 213, one end of the top block 7 abuts against the pressing plate 3, the other end of the top block is arranged in the top block mounting groove 213, and the control component 6 is used for controlling the top block 7 to move in the top block mounting groove 213 along the depth direction of the top block mounting groove 213. When the top block 7 moves, the pressing plate 3 can be driven to rotate. Preferably, the control assembly 6 includes a first eccentric rod 61 located in the top block installation groove 213 and abutting against the top block 7, and specifically, the first eccentric rod 61 is located below the top block 7, and when the first eccentric rod 61 rotates, the top block 7 can be driven to move. For ease of operation, the control assembly 6 further comprises a first control handle 62 connected to the first eccentric rod 61. Referring to fig. 7, the knife guard assembly 8 further includes a knife guard 81, the knife guard 81 includes a connecting section 811 and a knife guard section 812, the connecting section 811 is rotatably connected to the pressing plate 3, and when the connecting section 811 rotates relative to the pressing plate 3, the knife guard section 812 can move toward the first clamping portion 31 and cover the placed blade. It will be appreciated that the resilient return mechanism 83 also includes a protective housing for housing and protecting the resilient member.
In some preferred embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, a T-shaped locking block 13 is disposed on the holder 1, a T-shaped groove 28 is disposed on the holder 2, the T-shaped locking block 13 is clamped in the T-shaped groove 28, and locking between the holder 1 and the holder 2 is achieved by the T-shaped locking block 13 and the T-shaped groove 28. Preferably, the bracket 1 is provided with a second eccentric rod 14, and the second eccentric rod 14 drives the T-shaped locking block 13 to move up and down when rotating eccentrically, so that the tool apron 2 can be loosened and locked.
