The first seal ring 202 and the second seal ring 203 can ensure that the second upper cavity 121 and the first upper cavity 111 are in a vacuum state, and the third seal ring 511 can effectively prevent external gas from entering the first upper cavity 111.
When the piston 200 drives the valve needle 201 to move upwards, the valve needle 201 is adhered with the colloid at this time, so that the colloid and the gas can be effectively prevented from entering the lower cavity 102 through the effect of the fifth sealing ring 231.
The conventional colloid is UV glue, TUYYF glue, GREASE OIL glue, lubricating liquid, etc.
