Background

In the field of building materials, many ground materials require low mixing amount of grinding aids, and the dispersion uniformity of the grinding aids can be guaranteed only by a spraying mode, but the spraying and adding mode of the grinding aids can cause the problem of sticking and grinding due to the introduction of water into a grinding machine, the grinding efficiency can be reduced under the condition of slight sticking and grinding, and the grinding machine has to be stopped for cleaning seriously, so that the time and labor are wasted, and the production is influenced.
According to theoretical analysis, the problem of sticking and grinding caused by adding less than 1% of water into most powder building materials can not be caused, because the temperature in a large-scale grinding machine is higher, most of the introduced water can be evaporated, and finally, the storage and transportation links such as the fluidity and the pneumatic conveying of the powder can not be influenced. However, if the introduced extremely small amount of grinding aid liquid is unevenly dispersed in the mill, even in stages, the grinding aid liquid still can cause sticking accidents, or the local grinding aid dosage in the grinding fine material is excessive, so that the grinding aid dosage in the grinding fine material can exceed the standard and cannot be used. Therefore, how to ensure the dispersion uniformity of the grinding aid in the mill has been a technical problem which troubles the related production. Although the grinding aid mixing amount can be automatically controlled by additionally arranging a metering device in a mill feeding system and interlocking with a grinding aid conveying device, the prior art method is complex, the related equipment cost, particularly the modification cost on the existing equipment is high, and the method is difficult to realize for most powder processing enterprises.
