The multipurpose fast switching type pneumatic roller seed suction and discharge device is characterized by comprising a transmission shaft, a roller, a sealing disc, an air passage disc, an air distribution disc and at least one switching pin, wherein the transmission shaft sequentially penetrates through the centers of the sealing disc, the roller, the air passage disc, the air passage switching disc and the air distribution disc; the air channel switching plate and the air distribution plate rotate relatively;
the roller is provided with a plurality of axial vent groove groups, each axial vent groove group comprises one or more axial vent grooves, the surface of the roller corresponding to each axial vent groove is provided with a suction and discharge hole, and the suction and discharge holes are communicated with the axial vent grooves;
the vent disc is provided with a plurality of groups of first vent hole groups, each group of first vent hole groups comprises one or more first vent holes, and the first vent holes are communicated with the axial vent grooves in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
the air passage switching disc is provided with a group of second vent hole groups, each second vent hole group comprises one or more second vent holes, and the second vent holes are communicated with the first vent holes of one group of first vent hole groups in the vent disc in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
the switching pin is provided with two switching pins, two pin threaded holes are symmetrically distributed on the ventilation disc along the center, and the switching pin is fixedly arranged in the pin threaded holes; a plurality of groups of switching holes are distributed on the air path switching disk, the number of the groups of the switching holes is the same as that of the axial air duct groups, and when the air path switching disk is fixed with the air path switching disk, a switching pin is embedded and fixed in one group of the switching holes;
the middle part of the gas circuit switching disc is provided with a boss extending outwards, the gas distribution disc is arranged on the periphery of the boss, and the outer side of the gas distribution disc is provided with a groove;
and a first locknut and a second locknut are respectively arranged at two ends of the transmission shaft, the first locknut is tightly pressed on one side of the sealing disc, and the second locknut is sequentially tightly connected with the groove of the gas distribution disc through a plane thrust bearing, a pressing plate and a spring.

The multi-purpose fast switching pneumatic roller suction and seed metering device of claim 1, wherein each set of axial air vent slots on the roller comprises twelve axial air vent slots; on the vent disc, each group of first vent hole groups correspondingly comprises twelve first vent holes; on the air passage switching plate, the second ventilation hole group correspondingly comprises twelve second ventilation holes.

The multi-purpose fast switching pneumatic roller seed suction and discharge device of claim 1, wherein the shape and size of the seed suction and discharge holes on each axial air channel are the same in the same axial air channel group on the roller; the shapes or/and sizes of the suction and discharge holes are different among different sets of axial vent grooves.
4. The multipurpose fast switching pneumatic roller suction and seed metering device of claim 1, wherein the diameter of the axial ventilation groove, the aperture of the first ventilation hole and the aperture of the second ventilation hole are equal.

The multipurpose fast switching pneumatic roller seed suction and discharge device according to claim 1, wherein the air distribution plate is provided with a positive pressure groove and a negative pressure groove on the end surface connected with the air passage switching plate, and is provided with a positive pressure hole and a negative pressure hole on the other end surface, the positive pressure groove is communicated with the positive pressure hole, the negative pressure groove is communicated with the negative pressure hole, the positive pressure hole is externally connected with a positive pressure air source, and the negative pressure hole is externally connected with a negative pressure air source.

The multipurpose fast-switching pneumatic roller seed suction and sowing device according to claim 1, wherein a bearing seat mounted on the frame is arranged at one end of the transmission shaft, the bearing seat and the air distribution disc are oppositely positioned at two ends of the transmission shaft, a connecting plate is arranged at the bottom of the air distribution disc, and the connecting plate is also mounted on the frame.

(2) selecting a corresponding axial vent groove group and a first vent hole group according to the type of seeds or the specification of a seedling raising plug tray;
(3) rotating the roller to drive the ventilation disc and the air channel switching disc to rotate relatively until the selected first ventilation hole group and the second ventilation hole group correspond to each other;
(4) promote the cylinder, make the cylinder drive the dish of ventilating and be close to the motion of gas circuit switching dish, after switching pin embedding gas circuit switching dish, the dish of ventilating is fixed with gas circuit switching dish, and axial air channel, first vent hole group and second vent hole group three communicate.
