Detailed Description
The principles of the present invention will be described below with reference to a number of exemplary embodiments shown in the drawings. It should be understood that these examples are described only to enable those skilled in the art to better understand and to implement the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention in any way.
Fig. 1 illustrates a flow chart of a positioning method 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes steps S101 to S103 as follows.
In step S101, basic positioning information of the current position is acquired.
The basic positioning information of the current location includes the longitude and latitude of the current location. There are various ways to obtain the basic positioning information of the current position. For example, basic positioning information of the current position may be acquired based on GPS positioning technology.
In addition, basic positioning information of the current position can be obtained based on Wi-Fi positioning technology, each wireless AP (router) has a globally unique MAC address, and generally the wireless AP does not move within a period of time; the device can scan and collect surrounding AP signals to acquire the MAC address broadcasted by the AP under the condition of starting Wi-Fi; the device sends the data capable of marking the AP to a position server, and the server retrieves the geographic position of each AP and calculates the position of the device by combining the strength of each signal.
In addition, the basic positioning information of the current position can be obtained based on the base station positioning technology, the downlink pilot signals of different base stations are measured, the TOA (Time of Arrival) or TDOA (Time Difference of Arrival) of the downlink pilot of different base stations is obtained, and the current position of the device can be calculated by combining the measurement result with the coordinates of the base stations and generally adopting a trigonometric formula estimation algorithm.

By querying the feature database of the building, the building matching the feature can be found. Since a feature may not be unique, multiple buildings may be found that match the feature, with B1, B2, … Bn (n is greater than or equal to 1) identifying the name of the identified building. Similarly, assuming that a video of the building is acquired, the basic feature of the building is identified through a video identification technology, and a plurality of buildings matching the feature are found, and the names of the identified buildings are also identified by B1, B2 and … Bn (n is greater than or equal to 1).
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the step further comprises obtaining location information of the building based on the identified name of the building. For example, based on the names B1, B2, … Bn (n is 1 or more) of the identified buildings, the address information database is queried, and the location information P1, P2, … Pn (n is 1 or more) of the buildings can be acquired.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the step further includes determining accurate location information of the current location based on the basic location information and the acquired location information of the building. For example, the basic location information of the current location is P0, and the acquired location information of the building is P1, P2, … Pn (n is equal to or greater than 1). And sequentially calculating distances between P0 and P1, P2 and … Pn (n is more than or equal to 1), namely D01, D02 and … D0 n. Sorting the D01, the D02 and the … D0n in the order from small to large, can find the minimum value D0x, and the minimum value D0x corresponds to the positioning information Px of the building closest to the P0. Px will be the precise location information for this current position. Because the building is closer to the current position, and the pictures or videos taken by the building are not limited by indoor, shading, the existence of wireless APs, the density of nearby base stations and other factors which may affect the positioning accuracy of the existing positioning technology, compared with the existing positioning technology, the embodiments of the present invention can eliminate various limitations of the existing positioning technology, significantly improve the positioning accuracy, and thus improve the user experience of LBS application.
Fig. 2 illustrates a block diagram of a positioning apparatus 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the apparatus 200 includes: a first obtaining device 201, configured to obtain basic positioning information of a current position; second acquiring means 202 for acquiring information related to an object, wherein the object is located around the current position; and a positioning device 203 for determining accurate positioning information of the current position based on the basic positioning information and the information related to the target.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein the basic positioning information of the current location comprises longitude and latitude of the current location.
According to an embodiment of the invention, wherein the information related to the object comprises a photograph or a video of a building, a road sign with a specific sign.
According to the embodiment of the present invention, the first obtaining device 201 is configured to obtain basic positioning information of a current position based on a GPS positioning technology; acquiring basic positioning information of the current position based on a Wi-Fi positioning technology; or based on the base station positioning technology, acquiring the basic positioning information of the current position.

According to an embodiment of the invention, the identification unit comprises: the first identification subunit is used for identifying the name of the building with the specific mark by adopting an image identification technology for the photo of the building; or the second identification subunit is used for identifying the name of the building with the specific mark by adopting a video identification technology for the video of the building.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the query unit is configured to query the address information database based on the identified name of the building to obtain the location information of the building.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the analysis unit is configured to compare the identified location information of the building with the basic location information of the current location; and using the positioning information of the building closest to the current position as the accurate positioning information of the current position.
In summary, according to the embodiments of the present invention, a method and an apparatus for accurate positioning are provided. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring basic positioning information of a current position; obtaining information related to an object, wherein the object is located around the current location; and determining accurate positioning information of the current position based on the basic positioning information and the information related to the target. The implementation of the invention obtains the accurate positioning information of the current position, thereby greatly improving the service quality and the user experience of the LBS application.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, or they may be separately fabricated into various integrated circuit modules, or multiple modules or steps thereof may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

1. A method of positioning, comprising:
acquiring basic positioning information of a current position;
obtaining information related to an object, wherein the object is located around the current location;
determining a plurality of positioning information of the target based on the information related to the target;
determining a plurality of distances between a plurality of positioning information of the target and basic positioning information of the current position; and
sorting the plurality of distances to take the positioning information corresponding to the minimum distance as accurate positioning information of the current position;
wherein obtaining the basic positioning information comprises:
measuring a downlink pilot signal of a base station to obtain the arrival time and the arrival time difference of the downlink pilot signal;
determining the basic positioning information based on the arrival time, the arrival time difference and the coordinates of the base station;
wherein determining the plurality of positioning information of the target comprises:
identifying a feature of a building from the information relating to the target;
a building matching the features is determined from a feature database to identify a name of the building.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the basic positioning information of the current location comprises a longitude and a latitude of the current location.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the information related to the target comprises a photograph or video of a building with a particular sign, a landmark.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein determining a plurality of positioning information for the object based on the object-related information further comprises:
and acquiring a plurality of positioning information of the building based on the identified name of the building.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein identifying the feature of the building from the target-related information comprises:
adopting an image recognition technology to the photo of the building to recognize the characteristics of the building with the specific mark; or
And identifying the characteristics of the building with the specific mark by adopting a video identification technology on the video of the building.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein obtaining a plurality of location information for the building based on the name of the building comprises:
