The application scenario of the dietary therapy recipe recommendation method provided by the embodiment of the invention is that after a user inputs basic information of the user based on an external device 14 provided by a computing device 10, the computing device 10 acquires the basic information of the user based on the basic information, and then matches a food sub-library for the user from a health knowledge graph according to a disease name, symptom information and dimensions of the basic information included in the basic information, wherein the food sub-library includes candidate food materials allowed to be eaten by the user, and the health knowledge graph stores corresponding relations between the basic information of the user and the food materials; and finally, recommending a food therapy recipe for the user by using a food therapy recommendation system according to the food sub-library and the basic information of the user. By implementing the above method, the computing device 10 can reasonably recommend a food therapy suitable for the user to the user, so that the user can improve the health condition of the user based on the food therapy recipe recommended by the present invention.
Based on the above application scenario and the schematic structural diagram of the computing device 10 in fig. 1 for implementing the dietary recipe recommendation method provided by the present invention, the following describes a method for evaluating a user action provided by the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, a schematic flow chart of a dietary recipe recommendation method provided by an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s21, obtaining basic information of the user, wherein the basic information comprises the disease name of the user and the symptom information of the user.
In this step, the computing device 10 may further have a display device, and an interface for inputting the basic information of the user is presented to the user through the display device, so that the user inputs the basic information of the user based on the interface.
Since the present invention is used for a dietary recipe recommendation, the present invention requires a user to input the name of a disease the user suffers from and the symptom information the user exhibits, so that the computing device 10 recommends a dietary recipe for the user.
Preferably, the basic information of the user in the present invention may further include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following: gender, height, weight, region information, season information and the like of the user.
It should be noted that the region information in the present invention refers to the location information where the user currently uses the computing device 10 provided by the present invention, and the location information may be province, city, county, town or village level, for example, the region information input by the user is only XX province, or the region information input by the user is XX province, XX city, etc. The season information in the present invention may be a season when the user uses the computing device 10 provided by the present invention, and if the date input by the user is 2018.8.29, the computing device 10 may calculate that the season corresponding to the date input by the computing device is autumn based on the date, or the computing device 10 presents the user with a season option and then the user selects a season as an input, and thus the season information may be acquired.
And S22, matching a food sub-library for the user from the health knowledge map according to the disease name, the symptom information and the dimension of the basic information in the basic information.
The food sub-library comprises candidate food materials which are allowed to be eaten by the user, and the health knowledge graph stores the corresponding relation between the basic information of the user and the food materials.
The knowledge graph breaks the limitation of a relational database and has strong expression capability and knowledge representation capability. In the health field, a reasonable diet therapy recipe can be recommended for a user by constructing a health knowledge map. Based on the description, a health knowledge map is constructed in advance according to some health guidance knowledge bases in the traditional Chinese medicine field such as traditional Chinese medicine physique science, and the health knowledge map stores the corresponding relations among disease names, symptoms and recipes of various diseases. Thus, by performing step S22, a recipe corresponding to the disease name and the symptom information of the user can be matched to the user from the correspondence stored in the health knowledge map according to the disease name and the symptom information of the user.
Preferably, in order to recommend the diet therapy recipes to the users with diseases better and reasonably, the health knowledge map in the invention can establish the relationship between the diseases and symptoms and the food materials and recipes, wherein the relationship is suitable for eating and forbidden to eat with the recommendation degree. Namely: more elements can be configured in the health knowledge graph, because the same disease may show different symptom information due to different sex, region or season information of the patient, the corresponding relation between at least one element and the recipe can be configured in the health knowledge graph, and the element is at least one of the following elements: the information of the disease name, the symptom information, the age, the sex, the height, the weight, the region information and the season information, so that the food sub-library can be matched for the user from the health knowledge platform according to elements contained in the basic information input by the user.
Preferably, step S22 can be executed according to the flow shown in fig. 3, which includes the following steps:
and S31, searching a food library meeting the dimensionality of the basic information from the health knowledge graph.
And S32, matching a food sub-library corresponding to the disease name and the symptom information from the food library.
In the invention, food banks with different dimensions can be stored, the food banks corresponding to various diseases and symptom information under the dimensions are stored in the food banks, candidate food materials suitable for the diseases and the symptom information are stored in the food banks, the dimensions in the invention are related to the number of the elements, for example, the elements in the health knowledge graph comprise disease names, symptom information, sexes, heights, weights, region information and season information, namely, 7 elements in total, the dimensions can be 7, and the dimensions are variable, because some diseases are possibly unrelated to the elements. For example, an element with dimension 6 may be: the disease name, symptom information, sex, height, weight and region information can be combined with other 6 elements, which is determined according to the actual situation. The relationship between dimensions, elements and food banks in the present invention can be found in table 1:
TABLE 1
In table 1, the element combination refers to a combination of L elements satisfying the dimension, for example, if the dimension L is 2, there may be more than one element combination satisfying the dimension L is 2, and the elements in the element combination may also be varied, and the specific requirements are determined according to actual situations. For example, element combination a with dimension L ═ 2 can be disease name and symptom information; the element combination B may include a disease name and regional information.
Similarly, the food libraries corresponding to the element combination a are also different, for example, the disease name in the element combination a is diabetes and symptom information thereof, in practical application, there may be more than one candidate food suitable for diabetics, and the element combination a corresponds to a plurality of food sub-libraries. In addition, there are many disease names in the element combination a, for example, if the disease name in the combination a is hypertension and its symptom information 2, the food pool corresponding to hypertension is different from the food pool corresponding to diabetes, and further the corresponding food sub-pools are different. Therefore, the corresponding relation in the table 1 can be further subdivided according to the actual situation, so that the health knowledge graph provided by the invention can be used for accurately matching the candidate food materials for the user.
By setting the health knowledge map, the reasonable diet therapy recipes can be recommended for users in different seasons and different regions on line, and the diet therapy recipes recommended according to the physical conditions of the users enable the users to perform diet therapy health maintenance more scientifically and reasonably and improve the health conditions of the users.
And S23, recommending a food therapy recipe for the user by using a food therapy recommendation system according to the food sub-library and the basic information of the user.
In specific implementation, after a suitable candidate food material is matched for the user according to the basic information and the dimension of the user based on step S23, in order to recommend a reasonable diet recipe to the user, the diet therapy recommendation system of the present invention is also called, and the diet therapy recommendation system can generate a diet recipe for the user according to the candidate food material in the sub-library of food matched for the user.
Specifically, the food therapy recommendation system is used for generating a set of food therapy recipes for the user based on a certain recommendation rule according to the basic information of the user and the candidate food materials matched with the user, and the food therapy recommendation system has a plurality of recommendation rules. For example, the recommendation rules in the dietary therapy recommendation system include rules of food prohibition, food preference, nutrition balance and the like, and these recommendation rules can be used in combination, and can be determined according to actual conditions.
Specifically, when a diet therapy recipe is generated according to candidate food materials in the food sub-library, the diet therapy recommendation system can determine main food and auxiliary food in the candidate food materials according to the basic information of the user, and further can determine the intake amount of each candidate food material in a meal. For example, mr. wang from Qingdao, with type 2 diabetes, the user may input the region information-Qingdao, disease name-type 2 diabetes, etc. into the computing device 10, whereby the computing device 10 matches the food sub-library for mr. wang by implementing the methods of steps S21-S23, e.g., the matched food sub-library is: sea cucumber, hazelnuts, pecans, roughage and sorghum products, and then the computing device 10 can generate a set of dietary therapy recipes for mr. wang according to the above described food seed bank, namely: the sea cucumber, hazelnut and hickory are recommended to be eaten, and the coarse grain is recommended to be used as a staple food and matched with a sorghum product. Furthermore, the intake of sea cucumber, hazelnut, pecan, coarse grain and sorghum products can be respectively determined according to the basic information of the user.
Preferably, in practical application, functions of the food materials may not be unique, and the two food materials have the same efficacy, so that a user can pre-annotate foods which the user dislikes to eat and like in the food therapy recommendation system in the invention, so that the food therapy recommendation system can determine whether the candidate food materials contain the foods which the user dislikes when recommending a food therapy recipe for the user, if so, a substitute food material with the same efficacy as the food material can be searched, and then a set of food therapy recipe is generated for the user based on other candidate food materials and the substitute food material.
Preferably, the dietary therapy recipe recommendation method provided by the invention further comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: determining whether the user is satisfied with the recommended dietary therapy recipe;
step two: and when the user is determined to be dissatisfied, recalling the food therapy recommendation system to recommend a food therapy recipe for the user again.
Specifically, after recommending a food therapy recipe to the user, the computing device 10 may present a questionnaire survey interface to the user through a display device configured on the computing device, where the questionnaire survey interface is used to inquire whether the user is satisfied with the recommended food therapy recipe, for example, two options of satisfaction and dissatisfaction occur, and the user may select one option according to actual conditions and then click a determination button in the interface, so that the computing device 10 may determine whether the user is satisfied with the recommended food therapy recipe, and if so, the flow ends; if the user is not satisfied, a set of diet therapy recipes can be re-generated for the user according to the recommendation rules configured in the diet therapy recommendation system, for example, the diet therapy recommendation system recommends the diet therapy recipes for the user according to the edible rules before, and when the user is not satisfied, a set of diet therapy recipes can be re-recommended for the user according to the nutrition balance rules.
By determining the satisfaction condition of the user for the recommended food therapy recipe, the selection preference of the user can be recorded, so that the food therapy recipe more suitable for the user can be recommended to the user better.
Preferably, step one and step two can be implemented according to the flow shown in fig. 4, including the following steps:
and S41, determining the satisfaction degree of the user for the recommended food therapy recipe.
S42, determining whether the satisfaction is larger than a preset satisfaction threshold, and if not, executing a step S43; if yes, the process is ended.
And S43, recalling the food therapy recommendation system to recommend a food therapy recipe for the user.
Specifically, in steps S41 to S43, the computing device 10 may further display an interface with an input box to the user, and the interface indicates that "please the user input a value of 0 to 100", and the larger the value is, the higher the satisfaction degree is, so that the user may score the food therapy recipe recommended by the user based on the food therapy recipe recommended by the computing device 10, that is, input a score in the input box, where the score is the satisfaction degree of the user with respect to the recommended food therapy recipe, and thus the computing device page may obtain the satisfaction degree of the user with respect to the food therapy recipe recommended by the user. When the computing device 10 determines that the satisfaction degree input by the user is less than the preset satisfaction degree threshold value, a set of food therapy recipes is recommended for the user again according to other recommendation rules.
By adopting the dietary therapy recipe recommendation method provided by the invention, the basic information of a user is obtained, and a food sub-library is matched for the user from a healthy knowledge graph according to the disease name, the symptom information and the dimension of the basic information in the basic information, wherein the food sub-library contains candidate food materials allowed to be eaten by the user, and the healthy knowledge graph stores the corresponding relation between the basic information of the user and the food materials; and recommending a food therapy recipe for the user by using a food therapy recommendation system according to the food sub-library and the basic information of the user. By adopting the method, a set of dietary therapy recipes can be reasonably recommended to the user, so that the health condition of the user is improved based on the recommended dietary therapy recipes, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Based on the same conception, the embodiment of the invention also provides a food therapy recipe recommendation device, and as the principle of solving the problems of the device is similar to the food therapy recipe recommendation method, the implementation of the device can refer to the implementation of the method, and repeated parts are not described again.
As shown in fig. 5, a schematic structural diagram of a dietary recipe recommendation device provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes:
an acquisition unit 51 for acquiring basic information of a user, the basic information including a disease name of the user and symptom information of the user;
a matching unit 52, configured to match a sub-food library for the user from a health knowledge graph according to the disease name, the symptom information, and the dimension of the basic information, where the sub-food library includes candidate food materials allowed for the user to eat, and the health knowledge graph stores a corresponding relationship between the basic information of the user and the food materials;
and the recommending unit 53 is configured to recommend a dietary recipe for the user by using a dietary recommendation system according to the food sub-library and the basic information of the user.
