本发明公开了一种空气净化器,主要包括净化器机体、加湿器机体和底座,所述的净化器机体下方设有一个进气口,机体内部设有初级滤网、静电驻极滤网、活性炭滤网,顶端分别设有出风口和控制面板一;所述的加湿器机体底部设有可抽式蓄水箱,通过导管连接着超声波加湿块,所述的加湿器机体上端设有湿空气出口和控制面板二;所述的底座分别连接着净化器机体和加湿器机体,底座上还设有一个电源接口;该发明结构简单,易操作,功能还多样化,安全环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化装置技术领域,具体为一种空气净化器。
背景技术
高效微粒空气过滤器(HEPA)是空气净化中使用的最热门的技术之一。标准的HEPA过滤器能够吸纳99.7%大小为0.3微米的悬浮微粒(0.3微米是最难过滤的大小),虽然HEPA滤网的优点是有效安全,是去除空气中颗粒污染物的最主要技术,但缺点是只能滤除悬浮微粒、无法滤除有害气体,并且它的风阻也相对比较大,使得过滤的效果大打折扣;同时在使用HEPA的空气清净机要有良好的气密设计,否则空气会绕过滤网而失去过滤效果。
目前市面上的空气净化器普遍只是对空气进行净化,例如冬天室内干燥,空气湿度达不到标准湿度(40%RH-60%RH),干燥的环境会导致水分流失,加速生命的衰老,如果净化器中再添有加湿功能,不紧能够过滤空气中的杂质,还能够增加空气中的湿度,就能够更好的提高人们的生活质量和健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种空气净化器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种空气净化器,主要包括净化器机体、加湿器机体和底座,所述的净化器机体下方设有一个进气口,机体内部设有初级滤网、静电驻极滤网、活性炭滤网,顶端分别设有出风口和控制面板一;所述的加湿器机体底部设有可抽式蓄水箱,通过导管连接着超声波加湿块,所述的加湿器机体上端设有湿空气出口和控制面板二;所述的底座分别连接着净化器机体和加湿器机体,底座上还设有一个电源接口。
优选的,净化器机体内部,主要包括初级滤网、静电驻极滤网和活性炭滤网,滤网的两边都设有减震胶垫,所述的静电驻极滤网采用的是加载静电驻极的无纺布,所述的活性炭滤网活性炭成密集的蜂窝状分布在整张活性炭滤网上。
优选的,超声波加湿块,主要包括超声波振荡器、水槽、水汽汽化腔,所述的超声波振荡器通过导线连接着固态继电器,所述的水槽通过导线与电加热器、调功器和控制面板二相连接;所述的可抽式蓄水箱上设有一个把手。
优选的,净化器机体的出风口和加湿器机体的湿空气出口,连接有一块吸音板,上面布有密集的网孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该发明结构简单,易操作,功能还多样化,采用静电驻极滤网能够有效阻隔空气中大于0.1微米的颗粒污染物,且低风阻,高效率,高容尘量,最主要的是安全;采用的活性炭滤网有着强大的吸附力场会立即将有毒气体分子吸入孔内,起到深层次的过滤作用,且使用成本低,环保安全; 所有滤网的周围安装有减震胶垫,能够有效的降低环境噪音污染;采用的超声波加湿块,加湿强度大,加湿均匀,加湿效率高,且制做成本低,效率高;可抽式蓄水箱上设置的把手,方便日常抽取加水;设置的吸音板能够二次过滤噪音污染,安全环保。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种空气净化器技术方案:主要包括净化器机体7、加湿器机体13和底座15,净化器机体7下方设有一个进气口1,机体内部设有初级滤网2、静电驻极滤网3、活性炭滤网4,顶端分别设有出风口5和控制面板一6;加湿器机体13底部设有可抽式蓄水箱7,通过导管9连接着超声波加湿块10,加湿器机体13上端设有湿空气出口11和控制面板二12;底座15分别连接着净化器机体7和加湿器机体13,底座15上还设有一个电源接口16。
本实施例中,净化器机体7内部,主要包括初级滤网2、静电驻极滤网3和活性炭滤网4,滤网的两边都设有减震胶垫17,减震消音,降低了噪音污染;静电驻极滤网3采用的是加载静电驻极的无纺布,活性炭滤网4上活性炭成密集的蜂窝状分布在整张活性炭滤网4上,起到更深层次的过滤作用,且使用成本低,环保安全。
本实施例中,超声波加湿块10,主要包括超声波振荡器17、水槽18、水汽汽化腔19,超声波振荡器17通过导线连接着固态继电器20,水槽18通过导线与电加热器21、调功器22和控制面板二12相连接,本发明采用超声波高频震荡1.7MHZ频率,将水雾化为1-5微米的超微粒子,加湿强度大,加湿均匀,加湿效率高,能够清新空气,增进健康,营造舒适的环境;可抽式蓄水箱7上设有一个把手8,方便日常抽取加水。
本实施例中,净化器机体7的出风口5和加湿器机体13的湿空气出口11,连接有一块吸音板14,上面布有密集的网孔,能够二次过滤噪音污染,安全环保。
工作原理:通过控制面板一调节开关档位,浑浊的空气通过进气口进入,初级滤网能够吸附掉毛发、粉尘、大颗粒的污染物;静电驻极滤网会对空气进行第二次过滤,能够有效阻隔空气中大于0.1微米的颗粒污染物;活性炭滤网再对空气中的有害气体进行吸附,最后将过滤后的清新空气从出风口中吹出;在可抽式蓄水箱中注水,再通过控制面板二调节开关档位,蓄水箱中的水会通过导管流入超声波加湿块,通过超声波高频震荡1.7MHZ频率,将水雾化为1-5微米的超微粒子,从湿空气出口中排出。

1.本发明公开了一种空气净化器,主要包括净化器机体(17)、加湿器机体(13)和底座(15),其特征在于:所述的净化器机体(17)下方设有一个进气口(1),机体内部设有初级滤网(2)、静电驻极滤网(3)、活性炭滤网(4),顶端分别设有出风口(5)和控制面板一(6);所述的加湿器机体(13)底部设有可抽式蓄水箱(7),通过导管(9)连接着超声波加湿块(10),所述的加湿器机体(13)上端设有湿空气出口(11)和控制面板二(12);所述的底座(15)分别连接着净化器机体(17)和加湿器机体(13),底座(15)上还设有一个电源接口(16)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于:所述的净化器机体(17)内部,主要包括初级滤网(2)、静电驻极滤网(3)和活性炭滤网(4),所述滤网的两边都设有减震胶垫(18),所述的静电驻极滤网(3)采用的是加载静电驻极的无纺布,所述的活性炭滤网(4)上活性炭成密集的蜂窝状分布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于:所述的超声波加湿块(10),主要包括超声波振荡器(19)、水槽(20)、水汽汽化腔(21),所述的超声波振荡器(19)通过导线连接着固态继电器(22),所述的水槽(20)通过导线与电加热器(23)、调功器(24)和控制面板二(12)相连接;所述的可抽式蓄水箱(7)上设有一个把手(8)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化器,其特征在于:所述净化器机体(17)的出风口(5)和加湿器机体(13)的湿空气出口(11),连接有一块吸音板(14),上面布有密集的网孔。
