Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art.
In order to better understand the above technical solutions, the following detailed description will refer to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a block schematic diagram of a cooling system of an air conditioner outdoor unit according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the cooling system of the air conditioner outdoor unit includes: a first temperature detecting unit 10, a second temperature detecting unit 20, an atomizing and gasifying unit 30, a water supply unit 40, and a control unit 50.
The first temperature detecting unit 10 is disposed corresponding to an inside of the air conditioner outdoor unit, and the first temperature detecting unit 10 is configured to detect an operating temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit.
That is, the first temperature detecting unit 10 is disposed corresponding to the inside of the air conditioner external unit, and is configured to detect the working temperature of the inside of the air conditioner external unit, so as to determine whether the cooling system of the air conditioner external unit needs to be started in the current state or whether the air conditioner external unit is in the optimal state according to the working temperature of the inside of the air conditioner external unit, and the cooling system of the air conditioner external unit can be closed without cooling.
The second temperature detecting unit 20 is disposed corresponding to an air outlet of the air conditioner outdoor unit, and the second temperature detecting unit 20 is configured to detect an air outlet temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit.
That is, the second temperature detecting unit 20 is disposed corresponding to the air outlet of the air conditioner outdoor unit, so as to detect the temperature at the air outlet of the air conditioner outdoor unit, and uses the air outlet temperature as a basis for determining the cooling effect of the cooling system.
As an example, the first temperature detecting unit 10 and the second temperature detecting unit 20 are temperature sensors, which refer to sensors capable of measuring temperature and converting into usable output signals.
As another example, the operation temperature measured by the first temperature detecting unit 10 and the outlet air temperature measured by the second temperature detecting unit 20 may be compared to determine the operation efficiency of the air conditioner. It should be noted that, in the normal working state of the air conditioner, the greater the temperature difference between the working temperature and the air outlet temperature, the higher the working efficiency of the air conditioner, and the more energy-saving.
The atomization and gasification unit 30, the spray opening of the atomization and gasification unit 30 is arranged corresponding to the cooling fin of the air conditioner outdoor unit, and the atomization and gasification unit 30 is used for spraying generated water mist on the cooling fin so as to cool the cooling fin.
That is, in the installation process of the atomizing and gasifying unit 30, the installation mode needs to be selected according to the positions of the radiating fins of the external air conditioner, and the positions and the installation modes of the radiating fins of the external air conditioner are different, so that only the atomized and gasifying unit 30 is limited in the working state, and the water mist sprayed by the atomized and gasifying unit 30 is sprayed on the radiating fins, and the specific installation mode of the atomized and gasifying unit 30 is not limited.
As an example, the atomizing and gasifying unit 30 is an atomizing and gasifying nozzle, and the number of the atomizing and gasifying nozzles can be adjusted according to the model of the external air conditioner to ensure the cooling effect of the atomizing and gasifying nozzle on the external air conditioner. It should be noted that, atomized and gasified water mist can reach the vaporization effect after passing through the fins of the external machine, and the process can bring the larger heat of the external machine, thereby playing a better cooling effect of the external machine, further improving the working efficiency of the air conditioner and achieving the purposes of environmental protection and energy saving.
And a water supply unit 40, the water supply unit 40 being connected to the atomizing and gasifying unit 30, the water supply unit 40 being adapted to supply water to the atomizing and gasifying unit 30, and the water pressure of the water supply provided by the water supply unit 40 to the atomizing and gasifying unit 30 being adjustable.
That is, the water supply unit 40 is provided to supply the water source required for generating the water mist to the atomizing and gasifying unit 30, wherein the water supply unit 40 may be provided in various manners, for example, the water supply unit 40 may be a tap water pipe to supply the water source to the atomizing and gasifying unit 30 through the tap water pipe when the tap water joint is opened; alternatively, the water supply unit 40 may be a water tank to supply the water source to the atomizing and gasifying unit 30 by pumping the water source in the water tank.
There are various ways in which the water pressure of the water source supplied to the atomizing and gasifying unit 30 by the water supply unit 40 can be regulated, for example, by providing a water pump between the water supply unit 40 and the atomizing and gasifying unit 30 to pressurize the water pressure by the water pump, or by providing a water pressure controller between the water supply unit 40 and the atomizing and gasifying unit 30 to regulate the water pressure of the water source by the water pressure controller.
As an example, as shown in fig. 3, the water supply unit 40 includes a water pressure sensor 41 and a water pump 42, wherein the water pressure sensor 41 is used to detect water pressure information of a water source provided by the water supply unit 40, and the water pressure sensor 41 is connected to the control unit 50 to transmit the detected water pressure information of the water source to the control unit 50; the water pump 42 is connected to the control unit 50, wherein the control unit 50 coarsely adjusts the water pressure of the water source supplied from the water supply unit 40 by controlling the water pump 42 according to the water pressure information of the water source detected by the water pressure sensor 41.
That is, the water supply unit 40 monitors the water pressure of the water source through the water pressure sensor 41, and controls the water pump 42 according to the monitored water pressure information of the water source, so as to perform coarse-step adjustment of the water pressure of the water source provided by the water supply unit 40.
As another example, the water supply unit 40 further includes a water pressure controller 43, and the water pressure controller 43 is connected to the control unit 50, wherein the control unit 50 further finely adjusts the water pressure of the water source provided by the water supply unit 40 by controlling the opening degree of the water pressure controller 43 according to the water pressure information of the water source detected by the water pressure sensor 41.
The water pressure controller 43 is normally closed, and its opening is adjustable. That is, the water pressure controller 43 is normally closed, and the atomizing and gasifying unit 30 performs the atomizing operation only when the water pressure controller 43 is opened; when the opening degree of the water pressure controller 43 is larger, the water supply unit 40 provides a smaller water source pressure for the atomization and gasification unit 30, whereas when the opening degree of the water pressure controller 43 is smaller, the water supply unit 40 provides a larger water source pressure for the atomization and gasification unit 30, so that the purpose of controlling the opening degree of the water pressure controller 43 by the control unit 50 to finely adjust the water source pressure provided by the water supply unit 40 is achieved.
The control unit 50, the control unit 50 is connected with the first temperature detecting unit 10, the second temperature detecting unit 20, the atomization gasification unit 30 and the water supply unit 40 respectively, the control unit 50 controls the water supply unit 40 and the atomization gasification unit 30 according to the working temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit after the air conditioner outdoor unit is started so as to make the cooling system work, and the water supply unit 40 is controlled to carry out water pressure adjustment according to the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit in the working process of the cooling system.
That is, the control unit 50 is connected to the first temperature detecting unit 10, the second temperature detecting unit 20, the atomizing and gasifying unit 30, and the water supply unit 40, respectively; wherein, the control unit 50 is connected with the first temperature detection unit 10 to obtain the working temperature of the air conditioner external unit through the first temperature detection unit 10; the control unit 50 is connected with the second temperature detection unit 20 to obtain the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner external unit through the second temperature detection unit 20; the control unit 50 is connected with the atomization and gasification unit 30 to control the start and stop of the atomization and gasification unit 30 according to the working temperature of the air conditioner external unit; the control unit 50 is connected with the water supply unit 40 to control the on-off of the water supply unit 40 according to the working temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit, and to control the water supply unit 40 to adjust the water pressure according to the change of the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner outdoor unit during the working process of the cooling system.
It should be noted that, the control unit 50 determines whether the external air conditioner is started in various manners, for example, by determining a current change condition of a power line of the external air conditioner, so as to determine whether the external air conditioner is started; or, the running condition of the fan blade of the air conditioner external unit is monitored to judge whether the air conditioner external unit is started or not.
As an example, as shown in fig. 2, the cooling system for an air conditioner external unit according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a signal monitoring unit 60, where the signal monitoring unit 60 is connected to the control unit 50, and the signal monitoring unit 60 monitors the communication condition between the air conditioner external unit and the air conditioner internal unit to determine whether the air conditioner external unit is started, and sends external unit starting information to the control unit 50 when the air conditioner external unit is started, so that the control unit 50 can obtain the starting condition of the air conditioner external unit through the signal monitoring unit 60, and further control the start and stop of the cooling system according to the starting information.
The control unit 50 controls the water supply unit 40 and the atomization and gasification unit 30 according to the operating temperature of the external air conditioner after the external air conditioner is started, so that the cooling system can operate in various manners, for example, the control unit 50 starts the water supply unit 40 and the atomization and gasification unit 30 according to the starting information after the external air conditioner is started, and closes the water supply unit 40 and the atomization and gasification unit 30 when the external air conditioner is closed.
As an example, when the air conditioner external unit is started and the operation temperature of the air conditioner external unit detected by the first temperature detection unit 10 is greater than the first temperature threshold value, the control unit 50 controls the water pump 42 and the water pressure controller 43 according to the water pressure information of the water source detected by the water pressure sensor 41 so as to control the atomizing and gasifying unit 30 to operate when the water pressure of the water source supplied from the water supply unit 40 is within a preset water pressure interval.
As an example, when the air conditioner is started, a control line between an air conditioner external unit and an air conditioner internal unit generates a high potential signal, after the signal monitoring unit detects the signal, starting information is sent to the control unit so that the control unit judges that control is started according to the starting information, after the air conditioner is confirmed to be started, the control unit acquires the working temperature of the air conditioner external unit through a first temperature sensor and judges whether the working temperature is greater than a first temperature threshold value, if the working temperature is greater than the first temperature threshold value, the control unit starts a water pressure sensor and detects the current water pressure of a water source so as to judge whether the current water pressure of the water source is within a preset normal water pressure interval; if the current water pressure value of the water source is smaller than the preset lower limit value of the normal water pressure interval, the control unit controls the water pump to be started so as to boost the water pressure of the water source, and if the current water pressure value of the water source is larger than the preset upper limit value of the normal water pressure interval, the control unit adjusts the water pressure controller so as to reduce the water pressure of the water source, so that the cooling system is ensured to perform cooling work in the preset normal water pressure interval.
As an example, after the cooling system is started, the first temperature detecting unit 10 may detect the internal working temperature of the external air conditioner in real time, and when the internal working temperature of the external air conditioner reaches the second temperature threshold, the control unit 50 controls the atomizing and gasifying unit 30 and the water supply unit 40 to be turned off so as to stop the cooling operation of the external air conditioner, thereby preventing the cooling system from still performing the cooling operation when the external air conditioner reaches the optimal working temperature, and wasting energy.
There are various ways to control the water supply unit 40 to adjust the water pressure according to the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner during the operation of the cooling system, for example, when the air outlet temperature reaches a first designated temperature, the water pressure is increased, and when the air outlet temperature reaches a second designated temperature, the water pressure is decreased.
As an example, when the cooling system is turned on, the control unit 50 obtains the first air outlet temperature of the air conditioner external unit through the second temperature detection unit 20, that is, the cooling system is just turned on, and the air conditioner external unit is not cooled by the cooling system, and the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner external unit is normal; when the working time of the cooling system reaches a preset duration threshold, the second temperature detection unit 20 is used for acquiring the second air outlet temperature of the air conditioner external unit, namely, after the cooling system works for a certain time, the second temperature detection unit 20 is used for acquiring the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner external unit at the air outlet after the air conditioner external unit is cooled by the cooling system; further, a temperature difference between the first air outlet temperature and the second air outlet temperature is calculated, and the water pump 42 and the water pressure controller 43 are controlled according to the temperature difference so as to adjust the water pressure of the water source; that is, the temperature difference indicates the effect of the cooling system to cool the air conditioner external unit.
As an example, the manner of controlling the water pump 42 and the water pressure controller to adjust the water pressure of the water source according to the temperature difference is specifically: when the temperature difference between the first air outlet temperature and the second air outlet temperature is smaller than a preset first temperature difference threshold value, if the cooling effect of the current cooling system does not reach the expected target, the water pump 42 is controlled to boost the water pressure of the water source so as to enhance the cooling effect of the cooling system on the air conditioner external unit; when the temperature difference between the first air outlet temperature and the second air outlet temperature is greater than the preset second temperature difference threshold, the cooling effect of the current cooling system reaches the expected target, the temperature of the air conditioner external unit is controlled to a certain extent, and the water pressure controller 43 is controlled to perform pressure reduction treatment on the water pressure of the water source so as to save the energy consumption of the cooling system.
In summary, according to the cooling system of the air conditioner external unit of the embodiment of the invention; comprising the following steps: the first temperature detection unit is arranged corresponding to the inside of the air conditioner external unit and is used for detecting the working temperature of the air conditioner external unit so as to judge whether the cooling system is started or not according to the working temperature and whether the air conditioner external unit is started or not and judge whether the cooling system is closed or not according to the working temperature; the second temperature detection unit is arranged corresponding to an air outlet of the air conditioner external unit and is used for detecting the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner external unit so as to detect the cooling effect of the cooling system according to the air outlet temperature; the atomization and gasification unit is arranged corresponding to the radiating fins of the air conditioner external unit, and is used for spraying the generated water mist on the radiating fins so as to cool the radiating fins; the water supply unit is connected with the atomization and gasification unit and is used for providing a water source for the atomization and gasification unit, and the water pressure of the water source provided by the water supply unit for the atomization and gasification unit is adjustable; the control unit is respectively connected with the first temperature detection unit, the second temperature detection unit, the atomization gasification unit and the water supply unit, controls the water supply unit and the atomization gasification unit according to the working temperature of the air conditioner external unit after the air conditioner external unit is started so as to enable the cooling system to work, and controls the water supply unit to carry out water pressure adjustment according to the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner external unit in the working process of the cooling system; therefore, the working temperature, the air outlet temperature and the water pressure of the water source of the air conditioner are used for adjusting the atomization and the water pressure of the water source of the cooling system, so that the cooling effect of the cooling system is ensured, and meanwhile, the energy conservation and the environmental protection are realized, and the resource waste caused by the cooling system is avoided.
In order to achieve the above embodiment, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for controlling a cooling system of an external air conditioner, as shown in fig. 4, where the method for controlling the cooling system of the external air conditioner includes the following steps:
s101, acquiring starting information of the air conditioner external unit, and judging whether the air conditioner external unit is started or not according to the starting information.
The method for acquiring the starting information of the air conditioner external unit includes various modes, for example, judging the current change condition of a power line of the air conditioner external unit so as to judge whether the air conditioner external unit is started or not according to the current change condition; or the running condition of the fan blade of the air conditioner external unit is monitored to obtain the starting information of the air conditioner external unit.
As an example, a high potential signal sent by a control line between an air conditioner external unit and an air conditioner internal unit is acquired through a signal monitoring unit, so that starting information of the air conditioner external unit is acquired through the high potential signal.
S102, acquiring the working temperature of the air conditioner external unit in real time, and judging whether the working temperature of the air conditioner external unit is larger than a first temperature threshold value.
That is, the operating temperature of the air conditioner external unit is detected in real time, and whether the operating temperature reaches the first temperature threshold is determined to determine whether the cooling system has reached the start condition.
And S103, if the air conditioner external unit is started and the working temperature of the air conditioner external unit is greater than a first temperature threshold, controlling the atomization and gasification unit and the water supply unit to be started so as to cool the cooling fin of the air conditioner external unit.
That is, when the external air conditioner is in a start state and the working temperature of the external air conditioner reaches the preset temperature threshold, the cooling system is started to cool the external air conditioner.
As an example, when the air conditioner external unit is started and the working temperature of the air conditioner external unit is greater than the first temperature threshold, the control method of the cooling system of the air conditioner external unit further includes: acquiring water pressure of a water source, judging whether the water pressure of the water source is in a preset normal water pressure interval, and controlling a water pump in a water supply unit to pressurize the water source when the water pressure of the water source is smaller than a lower limit value of the preset normal water pressure interval; when the water pressure of the water source is larger than the preset upper limit value of the normal water pressure interval, the water pressure controller in the water supply unit is regulated to reduce the pressure of the water source.
S104, acquiring a first air outlet temperature of the air conditioner external unit, and acquiring a second air outlet temperature of the air conditioner external unit after the opening time of the atomization and gasification unit and the water supply unit reaches a preset time threshold.
S105, calculating the temperature difference between the first air outlet temperature and the second air outlet temperature, judging whether the temperature difference reaches a preset temperature difference threshold, and controlling a water supply unit to adjust the water pressure of a water source when the temperature difference does not reach the temperature difference threshold.
That is, after the cooling system is started, the first air outlet temperature at the air outlet of the air conditioner external unit is obtained, namely the air outlet temperature of the air outlet of the normal working air conditioner external unit before the cooling system is cooled; then, after the cooling system operates for a certain time, acquiring a second air outlet temperature at an air outlet of the air conditioner external unit, namely, after the cooling system cools the air conditioner external unit for a certain time, the air outlet temperature at the air outlet after the cooling treatment of the air conditioner external unit; and then judging the cooling effect through the temperature difference threshold value between the two, controlling the water supply unit to carry out water pressure pressurization if the cooling effect does not reach the expected effect, and controlling the water supply unit to carry out water pressure depressurization if the cooling effect exceeds the expected effect.
In some embodiments, the control method of the cooling system of the air conditioner external unit further includes: after the working temperature of the air conditioner external unit is obtained in real time, judging whether the working temperature of the air conditioner external unit is smaller than a second temperature threshold, and if the working temperature of the air conditioner external unit is smaller than the second temperature threshold, controlling the atomizing gasification unit and the water supply unit to be closed so as to prevent energy waste caused by a cooling system.
It should be noted that the above description about the cooling system of the air conditioner external unit in fig. 1 is also applicable to the control method of the cooling system of the air conditioner external unit, and will not be repeated here.
In summary, according to the control method of the cooling system of the air conditioner external unit according to the embodiment of the invention, firstly, starting information of the air conditioner external unit is obtained, and whether the air conditioner external unit is started or not is judged according to the starting information; then, the working temperature of the air conditioner external unit is obtained in real time, and whether the working temperature of the air conditioner external unit is larger than a first temperature threshold value or not is judged; then, if the air conditioner external unit is started and the working temperature of the air conditioner external unit is greater than a first temperature threshold value, controlling the atomization and gasification unit and the water supply unit to be started so as to cool the cooling fin of the air conditioner external unit; then, acquiring a first air outlet temperature of the air conditioner external unit, and acquiring a second air outlet temperature of the air conditioner external unit after the opening time of the atomization gasification unit and the water supply unit reaches a preset time threshold; then, calculating the temperature difference between the first air outlet temperature and the second air outlet temperature, judging whether the temperature difference reaches a preset temperature difference threshold value, and controlling the water supply unit to regulate the water pressure of the water source when the temperature difference does not reach the temperature difference threshold value; therefore, the working temperature, the air outlet temperature and the water pressure of the water source of the air conditioner are used for adjusting the atomization and the water pressure of the water source of the cooling system, so that the cooling effect of the cooling system is ensured, and meanwhile, the energy conservation and the environmental protection are realized, and the resource waste caused by the cooling system is avoided.
