Description

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oil and gas exploitation, in particular to a layered gas production pipe column assembly and a gas production device with the same.
Background
The conventional gas well and coal bed gas well adopt the combined liquid drainage gas production technology which requires that the stratum pressures of all gas layers are similar or have little difference. However, when the heterogeneity of each gas layer is strong and the pressure difference between the gas layers is large, the simultaneous exploitation of multiple gas layers will cause the interference of layer systems, which will affect the normal production. For a gas field with multiple gas layers, in order to meet the requirements of layered pressure test, layered well repair and layered mining of the multiple gas layers and achieve the aims of improving the yield of a single well and achieving the comprehensive development effect, the implementation of the layered mining of different pipe column structures is an effective technological measure. The layered mining can avoid the interlayer contradiction, is beneficial to increasing the utilization degree and the reserve utilization degree of the layer system, and furthest exerts the layered production potential of the gas well.
At present, the layered gas production process at home and abroad mainly comprises an oil casing separate production process, a single oil pipe multilayer separate production process and a double-pipe layered gas production process, but only layered gas production can be realized, and the production efficiency is lower. For example, if water is present in the hydrocarbon well, the water can form a barrier to the hydrocarbons in the hydrocarbon well, affecting production efficiency.
