In the material taking position, the press-fitting block 03 obtains a workpiece 100 to be assembled; driven by the translation cylinder 071, moves to the press-fit position; in the press-fitting position, the work 100 to be assembled is press-fitted into the work mounting hole of the mounting plate on the table 081 by the drive of the press-fitting cylinder 011.
In some embodiments, a ball plunger is mounted at the bottom end of the press-fitting block 03, and the ball plunger is used to press against the workpiece 100 to be assembled, so that the workpiece 100 to be assembled moves from the material taking position to the press-fitting position together with the press-fitting block 03.
Further, a displacement sensor 012 is mounted on the press-fit movable seat 01, for detecting a displacement length of the press-fit movable seat 01 relative to the press-fit block 03.
Specifically, the displacement sensor 012 can measure the movement distance of the press-fit rod 02 driving the inner column 120 in the work 100 to be assembled with respect to the outer tube 110 in the second-step press-fitting.

in the in-place press-fitting step, the limiting assembly loosens the press-fitting block 03 from the press-fitting movable seat 01, and the press-fitting driving piece drives the press-fitting movable seat 01 to move together with the press-fitting rod 02, so that the press-fitting rod 02 extends outwards relative to the press-fitting block 03.
Specifically, the pre-loading step sequentially comprises the following steps:
step S110: the first cylinder 052 extends;
step S120: the press-fitting cylinder 011 extends out;
step S130: the second cylinder 062 extends;
step S140: the press-fitting cylinder 011 retreats.
The in-place press-fitting step sequentially comprises the following steps:
step S210: the first cylinder 052 is retracted;
step S220: the press-fit cylinder 011 protrudes.
The press-fitting operation of the work 100 to be assembled is completed.
The method also comprises a return step, and specifically comprises the following steps in sequence:
step S310: the second cylinder 062 retreats;
step S320: the press-fitting cylinder 011 retreats.
Specifically, the air supply line of the press-fitting cylinder 011 is connected with a pressure regulating valve, through which the air supply pressure of the press-fitting cylinder 011 is regulated to realize:
in step S120, after the press-fitting cylinder 011 drives the shoulder of the outer tube 110 in the workpiece 100 to be assembled to abut against the mounting plate, the press-fitting cylinder 011 receives upward resistance, and the piston rod of the press-fitting cylinder 011 stops moving downward;
in step S140, after the baffle of the press-fit movable seat 01 abuts against the second stopper 061, the press-fit cylinder 011 receives downward resistance, and the piston rod of the press-fit cylinder 011 and the press-fit movable seat 01 stop moving upward together.
According to the sectional press-fitting method provided by the embodiment of the invention, sectional press-fitting is realized by controlling the press-fitting cylinder 011, the first cylinder 052 and the second cylinder 062, and in the two press-fitting steps, the press-fitting cylinder 011 provides press-fitting action force.
The extension and retraction of the air cylinder are realized by controlling the on-off of the air circuit, the control is simpler, the structure of a control system is simplified, and the control stability is more reliable.

the press-fit driving piece is in transmission connection with the press-fit movable seat and is used for driving the press-fit movable seat to move;
the limiting assembly is used for locking the press-fitting block and the press-fitting movable seat;
a telescopic gap is arranged between the press-fitting block and the press-fitting movable seat, and the press-fitting block can slide relative to the press-fitting movable seat within a range limited by the telescopic gap;
the limiting assembly comprises a first limiting block and a first air cylinder, and the first air cylinder is used for driving the first limiting block to enter or be far away from the telescopic gap;
the limiting assembly comprises a first limiting seat, and the first limiting block is slidably connected to the first limiting seat; the first air cylinder is installed on the first limiting seat, and a piston rod of the first air cylinder is connected with the first limiting block.
2. The segmented press-fitting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a slide through hole is provided in the press-fitting block, one end of the press-fitting rod extends into the slide through hole, and the other end is fixed to the press-fitting movable seat.

the press-fitting driving piece drives the press-fitting movable seat, the press-fitting block and the press-fitting rod to move together;
and in-place press-fitting, the limiting assembly loosens the press-fitting block and the press-fitting movable seat, the press-fitting driving piece drives the press-fitting movable seat and the press-fitting rod to move together, and the press-fitting rod extends outwards relative to the press-fitting block.
