Moreover, since the restoring force of the opening spring 333 is larger, the collar slides towards the connection end 102 and compresses the folding spring 343 under the restoring force of the opening spring 333, so that the folding spring 343 abuts against the framework 21, and since the lower part of the framework 21 lacks supporting force, the framework 21 further drives the telescopic rod 12 to extend to the longest, as shown in fig. 3. At this time, the skeleton 21 is in an expanded state as shown in fig. 4, and the collar 31 is limited to the second locking protrusion 341.
The hanger 50 is mounted on a suitable telescopic joint 121 as required, and the telescopic joint 121 above the hanger 50 can be manually retracted to save space. The umbrella-shaped fire-catching device is hung on the steel bar frame through the hanging hook 50, so that the fire-catching cloth 22 is positioned right below an operation point and is operated, and sparks, welding slag and waste materials generated in the operation process fall down to the upper part of the fire-catching cloth 22. After the operation is completed, the fire-catching device is manually shaken to make the waste such as the welding slag and the residual materials falling on the fire-catching cloth 22 fall into the bag 221 at the bottom of the fire-catching cloth.
The skeleton then needs to be collapsed. Pressing the folding button 342 causes the second latch 341 to retract, and the collar 31 slides toward the control end 101 under the restoring force of the folding spring 343 to fold the frame 21. But there is also a distance between the end of the armature 21 and the boom 10 due to the lack of restraint on the collar 31.
In order to remove the umbrella-shaped ignition device, the skeleton needs to be closed. And operating the tightening mechanism to enable the framework to be closed and clung to the main rod. The method comprises the following specific steps:
the wire-drawing 42 at the control end 102 is pulled to enable the wire-drawing 41 to enter the main rod and drive the framework 21 to be closed and cling to the main rod 10. At this time, the wire harness 41 completely enters the main lever.
Further, the retraction wire 42 is kept pulled while the handle 11 of the main lever is pressed downward. The pull wire 42 applies an upward force to the connection end 102 of the skeleton 21 and the main rod, and the main rod handle applies a downward pressure, so that all the expansion joints 121 are retracted, the lantern ring 31 is continuously close to the control end 101 and compresses and opens the spring and is limited at the first clamping protrusion 331 again, and the fire receiving device is in a storage state again.
And finally, taking out the umbrella-shaped fire-catching device from the reinforced bar frame.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the opening button and the folding button at the control end are used for controlling the framework to be unfolded and folded, so that the fire receiving device is automatically opened after being stretched into the steel bar frame; and the control structure through the control end drives the wire harness of receiving and makes the skeleton closed to take out the device of receiving fire from the reinforcing bar frame, need not constructor with the hand stretch into the reinforcing bar frame, the security is high and it is convenient to use. Because the wire harness is of a flexible structure, the stretching and the folding of the framework are not affected. And through the setting of telescopic link and detachable couple, not only be convenient for accomodate, still can be with the position of adjusting the couple setting to adjust the distance of cloth and operation point of receiving fire.
