Abstract
一种一次性无菌医用导管润滑器，它主要包括一带有通孔的外筒体，所述外筒体的通孔内放置有一装有液体石蜡油的球形油包，所述球形油包上沿通孔的轴向贯穿设置有用于导管穿过的导管通孔，所述球形油包的一侧设置有一个环状的吸脂棉，另一侧设置有一个环状的疏水海绵，所述吸脂棉及疏水海绵的外圆直径与所述通孔的直径相同，所述吸脂棉及疏水海绵的内圆直径与所述导管通孔的直径相同；所述吸脂棉及疏水海绵的向对侧壁构成球型油包破裂后可容纳液体石蜡油的半封闭空腔；它具有操作简便，结构简单，涂抹石蜡油速度快而均匀、降低导管被污染的可能、能有效提高医护人员工作效率等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗辅助用具技术领域，具体涉及一种一次性无菌医用导管润滑器。
背景技术
在临床上有医用导管插入人体以便于治疗疾病的治疗方法, 医生或护士为患者置入引流管、鼻饲管等各种导管时都需要先将这些导管前端的10-15CM润滑一下，以利于插入时减小摩擦力，减轻患者的痛苦。传统医用导管的润滑方法是用棉球或者无菌纱布蘸取石蜡油涂抹在导管外壁上，这样的操作费时费力，速度慢而且不均匀，涂抹的时间过长会增加刚从无菌包装袋内取出的导管被污染的可能，而且临床上石蜡油长期打开未使用会有一定细菌感染的风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种操作简便，结构简单，涂抹石蜡油速度快而均匀、降低导管被污染的可能、提高医护人员工作效率的一次性无菌医用导管润滑器。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的，一种一次性无菌医用导管润滑器，它主要包括一带有通孔的外筒体，所述外筒体的两端设置有档环，所述外筒体的通孔内放置有一用于盛装液体石蜡油的球形油包，所述球形油包上沿通孔的轴向贯穿设置有用于导管穿过的导管通孔，所述球形油包的一侧设置有一个环状的吸脂棉，另一侧设置有一个环状的疏水海绵，所述吸脂棉及疏水海绵的外圆直径与所述通孔的直径相同，所述吸脂棉及疏水海绵的内圆直径与所述导管通孔的直径相同；
所述吸脂棉及疏水海绵的向对侧壁构成球型油包破裂后可容纳液体石蜡油的半封闭空腔。
作为优选：所述的球形油包由0.015cm厚度的明胶制成。
作为优选：所述的外筒体由硅胶材料制成。
本发明的技术效果是：该发明结构简单、安全性高、操作简便快捷，能快速而且均匀的将润滑油涂抹在管壁上，降低医务人员润滑导管的操作难度及操作时间。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍： 如图1-2所示，本发明所述的一次性无菌医用导管润滑器，它主要包括一带有通孔2的外筒体1，所述外筒体1的两端设置有档环，所述外筒体1的通孔2内放置有一用于盛装液体石蜡油的球形油包3，所述球形油包3上沿通孔的轴向贯穿设置有用于导管穿过的导管通孔4，所述球形油包3的一侧设置有一个环状的吸脂棉5，另一侧设置有一个环状的疏水海绵6，所述吸脂棉及疏水海绵的外圆直径与所述通孔的直径相同，所述吸脂棉及疏水海绵的内圆直径与所述导管通孔的直径相同；
所述吸脂棉及疏水海绵的向对侧壁构成球型油包破裂后可容纳液体石蜡油的半封闭空腔7。
参照图1所示，所述的球形油包3由0.015cm厚度的明胶制成。
参照图1所示，所述的外筒体1由硅胶材料制成。
本实施例在使用时，首先将医用导管伸入润滑器内并调至合适位置，然后捏爆球形油包释放液体石蜡油，此时吸脂棉与疏水海绵构成一个半封闭的空间，吸脂棉吸附部分液体石蜡油后，剩余石蜡油在这个半封闭空间内与插入的医用导管充分接触，捏爆球形油包后停顿1-2秒，随后拉出医用导管即可完成润滑；最后，使用完以后的润滑器可当做医疗垃圾丢弃，保证操作的相对无菌和安全性，同时操作快捷有效，省时省力。

1.一种一次性无菌医用导管润滑器，它主要包括一带有通孔的外筒体，其特征在于，所述外筒体的两端设置有档环，所述外筒体的通孔内放置有一用于盛装液体石蜡油的球形油包，所述球形油包上沿通孔的轴向贯穿设置有用于导管穿过的导管通孔，所述球形油包的一侧设置有一个环状的吸脂棉，另一侧设置有一个环状的疏水海绵，所述吸脂棉及疏水海绵的外圆直径与所述通孔的直径相同，所述吸脂棉及疏水海绵的内圆直径与所述导管通孔的直径相同；
所述吸脂棉及疏水海绵的向对侧壁构成球型油包破裂后可容纳液体石蜡油的半封闭空腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一次性无菌医用导管润滑器，其特征在于，所述的球形油包由0.015cm厚度的明胶制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一次性无菌医用导管润滑器，其特征在于，所述的外筒体由硅胶材料制成。
