Description

Internal drainage tube for gall bladder
Technical Field
The invention relates to a drainage tube, in particular to an intracapsular drainage tube.
Background
Acute cholecystitis is a common disease and frequently encountered disease in China, and cholelithiasis is a main cause of cholelithiasis. The abdominal cholecystectomy is the traditional treatment scheme for acute cholecystitis, and the laparoscopic cholecystectomy becomes the main scheme for gallstones accompanied with the acute cholecystitis along with the development of endoscopic equipment and minimally invasive technology. With the rapid development of the 21 st century Chinese economic society, the aging of population gradually becomes one of the hot problems of the contemporary Chinese society, and the elderly patients often have basic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease and the like, and have poor tolerance to general anesthesia operation and long-time operation, on the basis, local anesthesia cholecystostomy, percutaneous transhepatobiliary puncture drainage (PTCD), endoscopic rhino-cholecystectomy (ENGD) and endoscopic retrograde cholecystectomy (ERGD) are derived, wherein the ENGD and the ERGD have small trauma, obvious curative effect and quick recovery, and are more suitable for the patients with ascites, hepatocirrhosis and acute cholecystitis. Compared with ENGD, ERGD travelling comfort is stronger, can not lead to the loss of bile, is more suitable for carrying out gall bladder and bile duct bile drainage person for a long time.
The ERGD is a conventional technology in the operation of the ERCP, not only can be applied to the treatment of acute cholecystitis, but also can be directly applied to the treatment of obstructive jaundice, acute suppurative cholangitis, biliary leakage and other diseases; the postoperative indwelling gallbladder internal drainage tube can fully drain bile of a gallbladder and a bile duct, reduce the pressure of the gallbladder and the bile duct, and reduce the probability of postoperative cholecystitis, pancreatitis and cholangitis.
At present, no commercialized gallbladder internal drainage tube is applied to clinic, and the gallbladder bile drainage is carried out by adopting a bile duct internal drainage tube clinically, the commonly used biliary tract internal drainage tube comprises a linear type, a single-pigtail type and a double-pigtail type, wherein the single-pigtail type bile duct internal drainage tube is most commonly used, and the bile duct internal drainage tube is applied to carry out the gallbladder bile drainage, so that the following problems exist: 1. the two ends of the drainage tube are provided with side holes, the tube body has no side holes, and after the head end of the drainage tube is placed in a gall bladder, the biliary tract internal drainage tube has no drainage effect on bile of a hepatobiliary duct, so that the effect of the biliary duct internal drainage tube is lost; 2. the intrahepatic bile can not enter the gallbladder through the cystic duct or the drainage tube, and the intrahepatic bile can not dilute inflammatory media in the gallbladder, which is not beneficial to the recovery of cholecystitis; 2. the cystic duct is arc-shaped and meets the common hepatic duct at an acute angle, the duct body of the biliary tract internal drainage tube is linear and is not matched with the physiological result of the biliary tract, the cystic duct is easy to be pressed after the biliary tract internal drainage tube is placed into the gall bladder, and the cystic wall is also easy to be pulled, so that the abdominal pain symptom is induced or the drainage tube is shifted; 3. the head end of the linear or single-pig tail biliary tract internal drainage tube is linear, and the head end easily presses the gallbladder mucosa, so that local hyperplasia and even gallbladder perforation are caused; 4. the end of the linear type and single-pig tail biliary tract internal drainage tube is provided with an agnail to prevent the drainage tube from shifting, the agnail is found to be easy to close by itself in clinic, and the morphological structure of the agnail is not matched with the biliary tract structure, so that the biliary tract internal drainage tube is easy to take off the biliary main tube through the gall bladder, and then the drainage effect on the gall bladder gall is lost.
Disclosure of Invention
In accordance with the above-mentioned technical problem, an intracapsular drainage tube is provided. The technical means adopted by the invention are as follows:
an internal gallbladder drainage tube is provided with an elastic loop tube, a drainage tube section I and a drainage tube section II which are communicated with each other in sequence from the head to the tail;
the drainage tube section I is arc-like, an arc opening of the drainage tube section I faces the elastic loop tube, the drainage tube section I comprises an arc tube section I and an arc tube section II which are sequentially communicated, the arc tube section I is communicated with the elastic loop tube, the arc tube section I is deviated in the direction of the arc tube section II by 45-60 degrees by taking the joint of the arc tube section I and the arc tube section II as an axial direction, the arc tube section II is communicated with the drainage tube section II, the head section of the arc tube section I is along the extending direction of the elastic loop tube, and barbs are arranged at the lower end of the inner outer wall of the arc tube section II;
the drainage pipe section II is a single pigtail type pipe;
the elastic loop tube, the arc tube section II and the drainage tube section II are provided with bile drainage holes;
the elastic loop tube head part is provided with a through hole.
The elastic loop tube head is conical, and the outer wall of the elastic loop tube head is provided with a hydrophilic coating.
The tension of the elastic loop tube on the wall of the gallbladder reduces the probability of the drainage tube in the gallbladder slipping through the gallbladder; can drain bile of gallbladder and bile duct at the same time, and bile secreted by liver can enter gallbladder; in the process of pulling out the drainage tube in the gall bladder, no stimulation is caused to the gall bladder, bile duct mucosa, duodenal papilla, gastrointestinal tract mucosa and laryngeal mucosa of pharynx, and complications such as acute cholangitis, acute pancreas, upper gastrointestinal tract hemorrhage and the like cannot be caused; the discomfort reaction of the patient is greatly reduced in the process of tube drawing.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. the invention has drainage function on gall bladder and bile duct bile, is used for treating diseases such as acute cholangitis and obstructive jaundice, and is more suitable for treating acute cholecystitis and preventing acute cholecystitis after ERCP operation;
2. the head of the elastic loop tube is conical, and the outer wall of the elastic loop tube is provided with the hydrophilic coating, so that the elastic loop tube can more easily enter a gallbladder through a duodenal papilla and a cystic duct;
3. the drainage pipe section II (single pigtail type pipe) and the barb of the drainage pipe can prevent the drainage pipe from moving into the gallbladder main pipe;
4. the barb can position the depth of the drainage tube, so that a drainage tube section II is prevented from being arranged in the gallbladder main tube;
5. the invention has no damage to mucous membranes of the gall bladder bile duct and the upper and lower slideways in the process of pulling out.
For the above reasons, the present invention can be widely applied to the fields of medical instruments and the like.
