本发明涉及管理系统,具体涉及一种医院药品库存管理系统。
背景技术
目前国内医院对药品供应保障的研讨多集中在药品采购模式、库存管理方式、请领流程等分段式操作研究上,各种的医院信息管理系统中均不同程度地存在不能满足药品管理需求之处,大部分医院药品管理仍以传统式经验管理为主,辅以医院信息管理系统应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足问题,提供一种医院药品库存管理系统。
本发明为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:医院药品库存管理系统,包括药品采购计划模块、药品发票录入模块、药品盘点模块、药品请领模块、数据处理模块;所述药品采购计划模块是对采购计划的设置管理;药品发票录入模块是对发票的录入管理;药品盘点模块是对药品盘点进行管理;药品请领模块是对药品请领流程信息进行管理;数据处理模块是对数据进行管理。
采用二维条码存储发票信息,PDA直接读取。
本发明的特点是:既能及时补充药品,又不过于频繁请领,减少工作量,而且能使药品品种数量达到最适的程度。
具体实施方式
本发明为一种医院药品库存管理系统,包括药品采购计划模块、药品发票录入模块、药品盘点模块、药品请领模块、数据处理模块。
所述药品采购计划模块是对采购计划的设置管理,药品存贮量的预测方法主要有人工预测、时间数列分析、季节指数分析法、回归分析法等,如果系统依据药品临床消耗速率变化来确定采购订单,对不同的药物采用设定7~60d的临床用量周期,这样随临床用量的增减可以灵活地调整、预测采购或请领的数量,并且设置了消耗警戒提示,即当某药品用量骤增时或同时在几处药房用量增量异常时系统会及时做出判断,提前做出采购提示,一级药库的采购数量制定依据是在一个预设的采购周期内从门诊药房+住院药房主+其他药房等多处调剂部门的处方确认消耗量,即某药品的单位时间段内流出量;二级库的请领单依据的是本药房的药品消耗速率;把原来的人工经验设置库存上、下警戒线+自动生成的模式,改为按消耗速率+自动生成的模式,新方法通过引入简单的统计函数,使上下限根据一段时间内消耗量的平均数,实时刷新,请领数量也同步自动生成,更接近实际需求量,因为有了消耗量,随之产生请领数量,同时生成采购备货量,合理库存数量应根据其药品库房的面积、药品品种数、调剂室与药库距离等因素来制定。
所述药品发票录入模块是对发票的录入管理,药品发票的手工录入主要问题是速度慢,极易出现差错,且录入发票信息不全或准确性不高,鉴于目前医药商业公司已全部采用机打发票,我们在互联网上建立药品供应信息管理平台(DSM)进行发票数据信息校验,商业公司收到医院订单后,将所配送的药品发票信息上传至DSM 进行数据校验,通过后则自动生成电子发票二维码,商业公司打印发票二维码,同时携带药品、发票和二维码至医院,医院验收药品与纸质发票后,直接扫描电子发票二维码,核对纸质发票与电子发票数据,生成入库单据。
所述药品盘点模块是对药品请领流程信息进行管理,在现有系统中造成药品盘点不准确的原因主要有库存药品数据总是处于动态过程,尤其是二级库,在手工盘点与手工录入实数时间段内,可能还有药品在发放,做不到瞬间盘点、即刻录入,本系统采用条码识别技术,当药品进入医院后,采用条形码编码规则,在药品一级库为其生成一个特定的、全院统一的条形码,它记录有药品基本信息,当盘点药品时,手持PDA扫描货架上的药品条码签,仪器显示药品ID、编号、药品名称、包装单位与规格、厂家、帐面数量,在PDA上输入实际数量,确认,系统自动生成盘点差异,瞬间完成一个药品盘点过程,彻底解决了盘点过程长、数据不准确,占用人员多的难题。
所述药品请领模块对药品请领流程信息进行管理,现有许多系统具有自动生成请领订单功能,其依据是预先在系统中人工设置药品的库存的上、下限,因上、下限的设置是相对固定,不能随临床用量变化而调整,几乎所有医院均弃之不用,实际工作中,药品请领流程仍是依据经验手工填写领药申请单,这样的弊端是凭领药员个人经验决定领药量常常造成缺药或积压的情况,并且每天要清查库存、填写请领单,工作量大,一级库药品采购计划单的生成亦与此相似,在本模块中,分别采用2种方式解决经验采购和请领药品的方式,一是系统自动生成请领或采购单,二是采用药品条码扫描技术,在药品请领模式下,手持PDA扫描药品条形码签,核对药品ID、药品名称、规格、包装、厂家、库存数量、是否加急,在PDA上输入实际请领数量,系统自动生成请领单并发送至药库,采购员将数据导入招标采购平台,自动生成采购单,操作简单,节省时间,请领计划准确。
所述数据处理模块是对数据进行管理,在建立药品基本信息时,对每一种药品分别录入信息,以便今后进行药品分类、归纳与统计,除可以完成药品出库入库、退货退库、报损调价报表等,还具有效期报警提示、ABC分析法等功能。
