At least one fan blade 4 among the plurality of fan blades 4 is connected with the driving motor 2 through the transmission part 3, so that in the spare parts and assembly process of the fan provided by the invention, the driving motor 2 does not need to be independently arranged for the fan blade 4, the number of the driving motor 2 arranged in the fan can be reduced, the number of parts used for being matched with the driving motor 2 can be correspondingly reduced, the purpose of reducing the assembly difficulty of the fan is achieved, and correspondingly, the production and maintenance cost of the whole fan can be correspondingly reduced; meanwhile, the quantity of the driving motors 2 is reduced, so that the noise generation amount in the working process of the fan can be reduced to a certain extent. Specifically, one driving motor 2 may drive two, three or more fan blades 4 at the same time, which is not limited herein. In addition, the casing 1 may be further provided with a cover plate 12, and the cover plate 12 is hermetically connected with the casing 1 to protect components installed in the casing 1 and form a closed gas channel with the air duct.
Further, only one driving motor 2 can be arranged in the fan, and a plurality of fan blades 4 can be connected with the driving motor 2 through the transmission part 3, so that the difficulty of fan assembly work and the noise generation amount in the working process of the fan can be reduced to the greatest extent. The fan can be internally provided with three fan blades 4, the upper and lower air outlet functions of the fan can be maximally embodied, the fan blades 4 can be respectively arranged at the upper part, the middle part and the lower part of the shell 1 and are respectively communicated with air outlets 11 positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the fan, the distribution condition of cold and hot air in a sealed space can be considered, and the air duct shape, the layout and other modes can be designed, for example, a guide cover 13 can be additionally arranged in the shell 1, so that air flow generated by the fan blades 4 arranged in the middle part of the shell 1 can be converged into the air outlet 11 at the upper side of the shell 1, thereby increasing the air quantity of the air outlet 11 at the upper side and improving the working efficiency of the cabinet air conditioner. Further, the plurality of fan blades 4 can be connected with the same driving motor 2 through the transmission part 3, and specifically, the transmission parts 3 for transmitting and connecting different fan blades 4 can have the same or different structures; meanwhile, the driving shaft of the driving motor 2 may extend from only one side of the driving motor, and of course, the driving shaft of the driving motor 2 may also extend from two opposite sides of the driving motor to respectively provide driving forces for different fan blades 4.
In order to simplify the structure of the transmission part 3 and the span of the transmission connection relationship, preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the driving motor 2 may be disposed in the middle of the casing 1, and the plurality of fan blades 4 may be disposed on two opposite sides of the driving motor 2 along the length of the casing 1, so as to shorten the overall distance between the plurality of fan blades 4 and the driving motor 2, further simplify the overall structure of the transmission part 3 and the distance of the required transmission connection, and the transmission part 3 and the fan blades 4 may be in one-to-one correspondence, or the plurality of fan blades 4 may be connected with the driving motor 2 through the same transmission part 3. It should be noted that, the length direction of the casing 1 may be the direction F in fig. 2; in addition, the plurality of fan blades 4 are distributed on both sides of the driving motor 2 along the length direction, which does not mean that the plurality of fan blades 4 are necessarily arranged in a straight line along the length direction, but means only the approximate arrangement position thereof.
In order to further reduce the number of the transmission parts 3, alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the driving motor 2 may include a body 21 and a double-sided driving shaft 22, the double-sided driving shaft 22 being engaged with the body 21, and the double-sided driving shaft 22 protruding from opposite sides of the body 21 such that opposite ends of the double-sided driving shaft 22 may be connected to parts, specifically, one of the opposite ends of the double-sided driving shaft 22 is connected to the fan blade 4 such that the driving motor 2 may directly drive the fan blade 4 to rotate; the other end of the double-sided driving shaft 22 can be matched with the transmission part 3, so that the driving motor 2 can also provide power for other fan blades 4, the number of the transmission parts 3 can be further reduced, the overall structure of the fan is further simplified, the production and maintenance cost is reduced, the working noise is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
Alternatively, the transmission part 3 may include a belt wheel 31 and a belt 32, and the driving motor 2 and the fan blade 4 may be provided with the belt wheel 31, and the belt wheel 31 is used to cooperate with the belt 32, so that the driving motor 2 can drive the fan blade 4 to rotate. The belt transmission structure is simple and reliable, the installation and maintenance are convenient, and the cost is low; meanwhile, in the transmission working process, the belt transmission structure can absorb certain impact and vibration through the flexible belt 32, and noise is hardly generated in the working process, so that the user experience is further improved. Specifically, the belt wheel 31 may be mounted on the driving motor 2 and the fan blade 4 by means of nuts and other components, the belt 32 may be a flat belt, a triangular belt or a round belt, and accordingly, the specific structure of the belt wheel 31 may be set according to the specific structure of the belt 32, so that the driving motor 2 drives the driving fan blade 4 to rotate under the cooperation of the belt 32 and the belt wheel 31. More specifically, in order to prevent the belt 32 from slipping, etc., a manner of adjusting the tension or increasing the lubrication oil, etc. may be employed. Preferably, the belt wheel 31 can be provided with a mounting groove 311, and the belt 32 is mounted in the mounting groove 311, so that the connection reliability between the belt 32 and the belt wheel 31 can be further improved, and the normal operation of the fan is ensured. In consideration of the loading condition of the fan blade 4, the belt 32 may alternatively be a v-belt 32, and accordingly, the shape of the mounting groove 311 may also be adapted to the shape of the belt 32 with such a structure. Further, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, for the pulleys 31 with different mounting positions, the number of the mounting slots 311 arranged on the pulleys may also be different, for example, a plurality of mounting slots 311 may be arranged on the pulleys 31 mounted on the driving motor 2, so that the plurality of mounting slots 311 may be respectively matched with a plurality of belts 32 to further drive a plurality of fan blades 4 to rotate; the belt wheel 31 mounted on the fan blade 4 may be provided with a mounting groove 311, and the mounting groove 311 may be engaged with only one belt 32, so as to drive the fan blade 4 engaged with the belt wheel 31 to rotate.
Optionally, the transmission part 3 may further include a sprocket and a chain (not shown in the figure), and the driving motor 2 and the fan blade 4 may be mounted with sprockets, and the purpose of connecting the driving motor 2 and the fan blade 4 may be achieved under the cooperation of the chain. The transmission part 3 with the structure can not generate elastic sliding and slipping phenomena in the working process so as to ensure the normal and orderly work of a plurality of fan blades 4, and the chain transmission mechanism has relatively high efficiency and strong load and overload capacity. Specifically, the sprocket wheels can be respectively installed on the driving motor 2 and the wind vane 4 through connecting pieces such as nuts; alternatively, the sprocket may be directly fixed to the driving motor 2 and the wind vane 4 by welding or the like. Accordingly, the specific model and size of the sprocket and chain can be determined based on the actual configuration of the fan.
Further, the fan blade 4 is provided with a driven shaft 41, two ends of the driven shaft 41 can be respectively connected with the fan blade 4 and the transmission part 3, and in order to improve the running stability of the fan blade 4, preferably, the middle part of the driven shaft 41 can be mounted on the casing 1 through a rolling bearing 9. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the driven shaft 41 may be sleeved with a rolling bearing 9, and the rolling bearing 9 may provide a more reliable supporting effect for the fan blade 4, and may not adversely affect the rotation of the driven shaft 41. The fan blade 4 can be fixedly connected to one end of the driven shaft 41 by means of a nest 42, and correspondingly, the other end of the driven shaft 41 can be connected with the transmission part 3 through a connecting piece such as a nut. In order to further prevent the position of the fan blade 4 from moving during the operation of the fan, preferably, a retainer ring 6 may be further disposed on the outer side of the nest 42 in the axial direction of the driven shaft 41, so as to further prevent the fan blade 4 from being displaced along the axial direction during the operation of the fan, thereby affecting the normal operation of the fan. Preferably, the driven shaft 41 can be further provided with a rotation stopping gasket 7, and the rotation stopping gasket can be installed on the outer side of the fan blade 4 of the driven shaft 41 through a nut with a gasket 5, so that the position of the fan blade 4 is further prevented from changing during the working process of the fan. In addition, as shown in fig. 4, in the case where the driving motor 2 is provided with the double-sided driving shaft 22, the end of the double-sided driving shaft 22 connected to the fan blade 4 may also be provided with the rotation stop washer 7 and the nut with washer 5, so that the fan blade 4 shifts during operation to cause a safety risk to the fan. In addition, rolling bearings 9 may be disposed between the double-sided drive shaft 22 (or single-sided drive shaft) and the driven shaft 41 of the drive motor 2 and the casing 1 to further improve the operational stability of the entire fan, and in order to prevent the rolling bearings 9 from being displaced in the foregoing axial direction during operation, the outside of each rolling bearing 9 may be provided with a retainer ring 6.
