Collecting the noise value generated by the air conditioner and judging whether the noise value meets the noise reduction condition
Based on the hardware architecture, the embodiment of the control method of the air conditioner is provided.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a first embodiment of a control method of an air conditioner according to the present invention, the control method of the air conditioner including the steps of:
step S10, acquiring the noise value collected by the noise sensor in real time or at regular time;
in the invention, the air conditioner can be a cabinet air conditioner or a hanging air conditioner. The air conditioner is characterized in that a wind shielding part is arranged at an air inlet of the air conditioner and connected with a motor, and the air conditioner drives the wind shielding part to move relative to the air inlet through the motor so as to adjust the air inlet opening of the air inlet. The wind shield can be a wind shield, the wind shield can rotate relative to the air inlet, and when the plane of the wind shield is overlapped with the air inlet, the wind shield completely covers the air inlet, so that the air inlet opening is zero; the wind shield can also move smoothly relative to the air inlet so as to adjust the air inlet opening degree of the air inlet.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the air conditioner includes a housing 10 and a front panel 11 disposed in the housing, the housing 10 is provided with an air outlet 110, the front panel 11 is also provided with an air outlet (not labeled), and the two air outlets are disposed opposite to each other; the counter-rotating fan 12 is arranged in the air duct and is arranged between the air outlet 110 of the shell 10 and the air outlet of the front panel 11; in addition, the two air outlets may be provided with a cylindrical structure (not labeled), and the cylindrical structure may be provided with a counter-rotating fan 12 and a noise sensor (not labeled) for detecting the noise value generated by the air conditioner, in an embodiment, the noise sensor is disposed in the air duct close to the counter-rotating fan; the counter-rotating fan 11 comprises a front wind wheel 12a and a rear wind wheel 12b, and the distance between the front wind wheel 12a and the air outlet 110 of the casing 10 is greater than the distance between the rear wind wheel and the air outlet 110.
The front wind wheel 12a is connected with the front motor 13a, the rear motor 12b is connected with the rear motor 13b, and the air conditioner can respectively adjust the rotating speeds of the front wind wheel 12a and the front wind wheel 12b through the front motor 13a and the rear motor 13 b.
When the counter-rotating fan operates, the two wind wheels are arranged oppositely, and the rotating directions of the two wind wheels are opposite, so that the counter-rotating fan generates a vortex effect, air generates vibration, and the noise value in the air channel is larger. After the noise value and the counter-rotating fan are tested by the inventor, the air inlet volume of the air conditioner is controlled within a certain interval, the noise value generated by the air conditioner can be properly reduced, and the air inlet volume can be determined by the air inlet area of the air inlet. The inventor tests the air inlet area and the noise value of the air inlet, and obtains that the noise value of the air conditioner can be reduced under a certain air inlet area. In addition, the main function of the air conditioner is to adjust the indoor environment, that is, while the air conditioner reduces the noise value, the user needs to be considered, and the user needs to be realized through the corresponding operation mode of the air conditioner, so the determination of the preset area interval is also related to the operation mode of the air conditioner.
Based on the discovery, the invention reduces the noise value of the air conditioner by reducing the air inlet area of the air inlet in the preset area interval.
Specifically, when the air conditioner runs, the air conditioner starts the noise sensor, so that the noise value collected by the noise sensor is acquired at regular time or in real time.
Step S20, judging whether the noise value meets the noise reduction condition;
after the noise value is obtained, the air conditioner can judge whether the noise value meets the noise reduction condition. Specifically, the air conditioner determines whether the noise value is greater than a target noise value, and if the noise value is greater than the target noise value, it determines that the noise value satisfies the target noise value.
It should be noted that the target noise value is determined according to a preset threshold value stored in the air conditioner. Specifically, the air conditioner judges whether the current time period is in a preset time period, the preset time period can be set by a user, an environment corresponding to the preset time period is set to be a quiet environment, the preset time period can be a sleep time period, if the current time period is in the preset time period, a first preset threshold stored in the air conditioner is used as a target noise value, the first preset threshold can be any appropriate numerical value, and decibels corresponding to the first preset threshold are small; and if the current time period is not the preset time period, taking a second preset threshold value stored by the air conditioner as a target noise value, wherein the second preset threshold value is larger than the first preset threshold value. In addition, the target noise value can be determined by the state of the user, for this reason, a preset state is stored in the air conditioner, the preset state can be a sleep state, the air conditioner can determine the state of the user through a camera of the air conditioner, or the state of the user is determined through a sleep detector in communication connection with the air conditioner, if the state of the user is the preset state, a third preset threshold value is used as the target noise value, if the state of the user is not the preset state, a fourth preset threshold value is used as the target noise value, the fourth preset threshold value is larger than the third preset threshold value, and a decibel value corresponding to the third preset threshold value is small, so that the user can be in a quiet environment.
When a user is in a noisy environment, if the noise value generated by the air conditioner is smaller than the noise value corresponding to the noisy environment, the influence of the noise generated by the air conditioner on the user is small; it is understood that the noise level generated by the air conditioner may cause a large noise pollution to the user only if the noise level generated by the air conditioner is greater than the ambient noise. Therefore, the air conditioner can judge whether the noise value meets the noise reduction condition or not according to the environment noise value and the noise value collected by the noise sensor. Specifically, a noise sensor is arranged in the room and is in signal connection with the air conditioner, the air conditioner obtains an environment noise value through the noise sensor, so that a noise difference value (a first noise difference value) between the noise value generated by the air conditioner and the environment noise value is calculated, and if the noise difference value is larger than a preset difference value, the air conditioner judges that the noise value meets a noise reduction condition.
Step S30, when the noise value meets the noise reduction condition, the wind shielding part is driven to move relative to the air inlet so as to reduce the air inlet area of the air inlet and reduce the noise value generated by the air conditioner, wherein the adjusted air inlet area of the air inlet is in a preset area interval;
when the noise value that produces when the air conditioner satisfies the condition of making an uproar, the air conditioner can confirm to predetermine the area interval, also predetermine the air inlet area interval, predetermine the area interval and can come and confirm according to the rotational speed to each wind wheel in the rotary fan and the current operating mode of air conditioner for the air conditioner confirms that the relative air intake activity of piece that keeps out the wind, in order to reduce the air inlet area of air intake, and make the air inlet area that reduces be in predetermineeing the area interval.
The air conditioner can gradually reduce the air inlet area of the air inlet so as to gradually reduce the noise value of the air conditioner. Or, the air conditioner may reduce the noise value of the air conditioner to the target noise value in one step, specifically, the air conditioner determines the target noise value to obtain a noise difference (first noise difference) between the current noise value and the target noise value through calculation, and then determines the air intake area adjustment value of the air intake according to the noise difference, thereby determining the air intake area of the air intake according to the air intake area adjustment value, and thus reducing the noise value of the air conditioner.
In the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, when the air conditioner supplies air to the cyclone fan, the noise value collected by the noise sensor and generated by the air conditioner is acquired in real time or at regular time, and when the noise value meets the noise reduction condition, the air inlet area of the air inlet is reduced in the preset air inlet area interval to reduce the noise value, so that the noise value generated by the air conditioner is reduced on the premise that the user requirement is met by the air conditioner, and the problem that the air conditioner disturbs residents is solved.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a second embodiment of the control method of the air conditioner according to the present invention, and based on the first embodiment, after step S30, the method further includes:
step S40, adjusting parameters of the contra-rotating fan to reduce the noise value generated by the air conditioner, wherein the parameters comprise at least one of the rotating speed of each wind wheel in the contra-rotating fan, the blade angle of each wind wheel and the relative distance between the two wind wheels;
in this embodiment, the air conditioner can not only reduce the noise value generated by the air conditioner through the air inlet area of the air inlet, but also reduce the noise value through adjusting the parameters of the cyclone fan. The parameters of the counter-rotating fan comprise the blade angle of the wind wheel, the rotating speed of the wind wheel and the relative distance between the wind wheels, wherein the blade angle is an included angle between a plane where the blades are located and a plane perpendicular to the rotating axis of the wind wheel.
Adjusting parameters of the counter-rotating fan at least comprises:
reducing the rotational speed of at least one of said wind wheels;
the blade angle of at least one wind wheel is an included angle between a first plane and a second plane, the included angle is an acute angle, the first plane is a tangent plane of the blade, a rotating shaft of the blade is located on the first plane, and the second plane is a plane vertical to the rotating axis of the wind wheel;
increasing the relative distance between the two said wind wheels.
A. When the parameters of the counter-rotating fan comprise the rotating speed of the wind wheel, the noise value can be reduced by referring to the following steps;
there are four schemes to reduce the noise value of the air conditioner by the rotating speed of the wind wheel, which are respectively:
the scheme 1 is that the rotating speed of the rear wind wheel is reduced, and the rotating speed of the front wind wheel is unchanged;
scheme 2, the rotating speed of the front wind wheel is reduced, and the rotating speed of the rear wind wheel is unchanged;
scheme 3, the rotating speeds of the front wind wheel and the rear wind wheel are reduced simultaneously;
and 4, reducing the rotating speed of the front wind wheel to the lowest rotating speed, and increasing the rotating speed of the rear wind wheel.
The blade size of the rear wind wheel is larger than that of the front wind wheel, the size can be width and length, so that the attraction of the rear wind wheel to wind is larger than that of the front wind wheel, and in addition, the distance between the rear wind wheel and the air inlet is larger than that between the front wind wheel and the air inlet, so that the attraction of the rear wind wheel to wind is further larger than that of the front wind wheel. It can be understood that under the condition of reducing the same rotating speed, the air output reduction value of the front wind wheel is smaller than that of the rear wind wheel. Based on this, in the present invention, it is preferable to reduce the rotation speed of the front wind wheel (that is, it is preferable to adopt the scheme 2), and keep the rotation speed of the rear wind wheel unchanged, so as to reduce the loss of the air output of the air conditioner to the maximum extent, thereby reducing the loss of the heating capacity or the cooling capacity of the air conditioner.
Because the influence of the rear wind wheel on the air output is greater than that of the front wind wheel on the air output, after the rotating speed of the front wind wheel is reduced, the air conditioner acquires a target noise value, periodically judges whether the noise value currently generated by the air conditioner is greater than the target noise value (the periodicity can be a time period, and the time length corresponding to the time period can be any suitable numerical value), if the current noise value is less than or equal to the target noise value, and the rotating speed of the front wind wheel is not reduced to the minimum rotating speed of a preset rotating speed interval (a first preset rotating speed interval) corresponding to the front wind wheel, the air conditioner can continuously reduce the rotating speed of the front wind wheel in the first preset rotating speed interval, and simultaneously increase the rotating speed of the rear wind wheel, so that the air conditioner further reduces the loss of the air output; in one embodiment, the air conditioner reduces the rotation speed of the front wind wheel to the minimum rotation speed in a first preset rotation speed interval, the minimum rotation speed is also the minimum rotation speed corresponding to the front wind wheel, and the rotation speed of the rear wind wheel is increased according to the target noise value.
When the air conditioner reduces the rotating speed of the front wind wheel and periodically judges whether the noise value currently generated by the air conditioner is larger than a target noise value, if the noise value is larger than the target noise value and the rotating speed of the front wind wheel is reduced to the minimum rotating speed within a first preset rotating speed interval, at the moment, the fact that the noise value generated by the air conditioner cannot be reduced to the target noise value by reducing the rotating speed of the front wind wheel is shown; the air conditioner needs to reduce the noise value by reducing the rotating speed of the rear wind wheel (the attraction of the rear wind wheel to the air is larger, and the noise value generated by the rear wind wheel is larger than that generated by the front wind wheel under the same rotating speed); at the moment, the air conditioner restores the current rotation degree of the front wind wheel to a first rotation speed, and simultaneously reduces the current rotation speed of the rear wind wheel, wherein the first rotation speed is the rotation speed of the front wind wheel when the noise value determined by the air conditioner meets the target noise value.
Further, after the rotation speed of the rear wind wheel is reduced, if the noise value is greater than the target noise value and the rotation speed of the rear wind wheel is reduced to the minimum rotation speed within the second preset rotation speed interval, the minimum rotation speed is also the minimum rotation speed corresponding to the rear wind wheel, the reduction of the rotation speed of the rear wind wheel is not enough to reduce the noise value generated by the air conditioner to the target noise value, and in addition, the reduction of the rotation speed of the front wind wheel is not enough to reduce the noise value generated by the air conditioner to the target noise value, the air conditioner needs to reduce the rotation speeds of the front wind wheel and the rear wind wheel simultaneously to reduce the noise value generated by the air conditioner to the target noise value. At the moment, the air conditioner can restore the rotating speed of the rear wind wheel to a second rotating speed, and simultaneously reduce the rotating speeds of the front wind wheel and the rear wind wheel, wherein the second rotating speed is the rotating speed corresponding to the rear wind wheel when the noise value of the air conditioner meets the noise reduction condition.
According to the steps, the air conditioner preferably selects scheme 2 to control the noise value; further, if the scheme 2 can reduce the noise value to the target noise value, a scheme 4 is adopted; if the scheme 2 cannot reduce the noise value to the target noise value, the scheme 1 is adopted, and if the scheme 1 cannot reduce the noise value to the target noise value, the scheme 3 is adopted.
B. When the parameters of the counter-rotating fan comprise the blade angle of the wind wheel, the noise value can be reduced by referring to the following steps;
there are four schemes to reduce the noise value of the air conditioner by the rotating speed of the wind wheel, which are respectively:
the scheme 1 is that the blade angle of the rear wind wheel is reduced, and the blade angle of the front wind wheel is unchanged;
scheme 2, the blade angle of the front wind wheel is reduced, and the blade angle of the rear wind wheel is unchanged;
scheme 3, simultaneously reducing the blade angle of the front wind wheel and the rear wind wheel;
and in the scheme 4, the rotating speed of the front wind wheel is reduced to the minimum blade angle, and the blade angle of the rear wind wheel is improved.
It can be understood that under the condition of reducing the same blade angle, the air output reduction value of the front wind wheel is smaller than that of the rear wind wheel. Based on this, in the present invention, it is preferable to reduce the blade angle of the front wind wheel (i.e. the preferable scheme 2), and keep the blade angle of the rear wind wheel unchanged, so as to reduce the loss of the air output of the air conditioner to the maximum extent, thereby reducing the loss of the heating capacity or the cooling capacity of the air conditioner.
Because the influence of the rear wind wheel on the air output is greater than that of the front wind wheel, after the blade angle of the front wind wheel is reduced, the air conditioner acquires a target noise value, periodically judges whether the noise value currently generated by the air conditioner is greater than the target noise value (the periodicity can be a time period, and the time length corresponding to the time period can be any suitable value), and if the current noise value is less than or equal to the target noise value and the blade of the front wind wheel is not reduced to the minimum blade angle of a preset blade angle adjusting interval (a first preset blade angle adjusting interval) corresponding to the front wind wheel, the air conditioner can continuously reduce the blade angle of the front wind wheel in the first preset blade angle adjusting interval and simultaneously increase the blade angle of the rear wind wheel, so that the air conditioner further reduces the loss of the air output; in one embodiment, the air conditioner reduces the blade angle of the front wind wheel to the minimum blade angle of the first preset blade angle adjusting interval, and increases the current blade angle of the rear wind wheel according to the target noise value.
When the air conditioner reduces the blade angle of the front wind wheel and periodically judges whether the current noise value generated by the air conditioner is larger than the target noise value, if the noise value is larger than the target noise value and the blade angle of the front wind wheel is reduced to the minimum blade angle in the first preset blade angle adjusting interval, the reduction of the blade angle of the front wind wheel cannot reduce the noise value generated by the air conditioner to the target noise value; the air conditioner needs to reduce the noise value by reducing the blade angle of the rear wind wheel (the attraction of the rear wind wheel to the air is larger, and the noise value generated by the rear wind wheel is larger than that generated by the front wind wheel under the same blade angle); at the moment, the air conditioner reads the current blade of the front wind wheel to restore to the first blade angle, and simultaneously reduces the current blade angle of the rear wind wheel, wherein the first blade angle is the blade angle of the front wind wheel when the noise value determined by the air conditioner meets the target noise value.
Further, after the blade angle of the rear wind wheel is reduced, if the noise value is greater than the target noise value and the blade angle of the rear wind wheel is reduced to the minimum blade angle within the second preset blade angle interval, the minimum blade angle is also the minimum blade angle corresponding to the rear wind wheel, the reduction of the blade angle of the rear wind wheel is not enough to reduce the noise value generated by the air conditioner to the target noise value, and in addition, the reduction of the blade angle of the front wind wheel is not enough to reduce the noise value generated by the air conditioner to the target noise value, the air conditioner needs to reduce the blade angles of the front wind wheel and the rear wind wheel simultaneously to reduce the noise value generated by the air conditioner to the target noise value. At the moment, the air conditioner can restore the blade angle of the rear wind wheel to a second blade angle, and simultaneously reduce the blade angles of the front wind wheel and the rear wind wheel, wherein the second blade angle is the blade angle corresponding to the rear wind wheel when the noise value of the air conditioner meets the noise reduction condition.
C. When the parameters of the counter-rotating fan comprise the wheel base between the two wind wheels, the noise value can be reduced by referring to the following steps;
referring to fig. 6, with reference to fig. 3 and 4, the counter-rotating fan 12 is installed in the air duct through the casing 14 (the casing 14 is the installation bracket 14), specifically, the casing 14 includes a front casing and a rear casing, the front casing and the rear casing include a casing and an inner bracket, for example, the rear casing includes a casing 14a and an inner bracket 14b, the inner bracket 14 may be provided with a plurality of parts, a fixing part is provided at the intersection of each inner bracket 14, the fixing part is provided with a through hole, a transmission rod of the rear motor 13b penetrates through the through hole and is connected with the rear wind wheel 12b, and the rear motor 13b and the fixing part are fixed through bolts; the front housing is provided with a mounting plate 14c, the mounting plate 14c is connected with the housing of the front housing, so that the counter-rotating fan 12 is fixed on the front panel 11 through the mounting plate 14c, in addition, the rear housing is provided with an insertion part 141, the front housing is provided with a plug-in buckle 142, the rear wind wheel and the front wind wheel are fixed on the front panel 11 together through the insertion part 141 and the plug-in buckle 142, and of course, a plurality of insertion parts 141 and plug-in buckles 142 are required to fix the rear wind wheel 12 b. It should be noted that the relative distance between the two wind wheels can be adjusted by the sliding device. The sliding device comprises a screw rod (not marked), a nut 151 matched with the screw rod and a plurality of sliding rods (not marked), a plurality of through holes 152 are formed in the mounting plate 14c, the sliding rods penetrate through the through holes 152, namely the number of the sliding rods is the same as that of the through holes 152, and the sliding rods are arranged in parallel and fixed in the air duct; so that the wind wheel moves along the slide bar; the screw rod is established to nut 151 cover, and the one end and the motor of screw rod are connected, and the air conditioner passes through the starter motor to rotate the screw rod, thereby through with screw rod complex nut, the drive is installed and is moved on the slide rail at the installing support upper wind wheel, thereby realizes the adjustment of the relative distance of two wind wheels.
The smaller the relative distance between the front wind wheel and the rear wind wheel in the preset distance interval is, the larger the air vibration is, and the larger the noise value is; therefore, the relative distance between the two wind wheels can be increased to reduce the noise value.
In this embodiment, the air conditioner may reduce the noise value according to any combination of the three parameters of the counter-rotating fan and the air inlet area of the air inlet. Specifically, each adjusting mode in any combination of the air conditioners is provided with a weight, the weight can be a factor with a larger influence on the air output of the air conditioners according to the influence of each factor on the air output of the air conditioners, and the larger the weight is, the parameter adjusting value of each adjusting mode in the combination is determined according to the difference value between the target noise value and the weight, so that the air conditioners can be ensured to reduce the noise value to the target noise value.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, after the air conditioner reduces the noise value by reducing the air inlet area of the air inlet, the result parameter of the counter-rotating fan is further adjusted, the noise value is reduced, and the air conditioner is ensured to reduce the noise value to an ideal decibel value.

step S50, acquiring set parameters of the air conditioner and environmental parameters of a space where the air conditioner is located, wherein the type of the set parameters is the same as the type of the environmental parameters;
step S60, judging whether the environmental parameter matches the set parameter, wherein the set temperature includes one of set humidity and/or set heating temperature and set cooling temperature;

in one embodiment, the air conditioner reduces the noise level to the target noise level, and the target noise level may be larger, for example, when the current time point is not within the preset time period, the target noise level is a first preset threshold, and the first preset threshold is a threshold noise level. Therefore, in this embodiment, after the air conditioner reduces the noise value, the air conditioner obtains the indoor environmental parameters and the setting parameters of the air conditioner by the user in real time or at regular time, so as to determine whether the environmental parameters match the setting parameters, if so, it is determined that the air conditioner meets the user requirements, the air conditioner can continue to reduce the noise value, for example, if the user sets the refrigeration temperature of the air conditioner to be 26 ℃, and if the indoor temperature is 27 ℃, the difference between the two is smaller than the setting difference, the air conditioner can determine that the environmental parameters match the setting parameters; the setting parameter is the same as the type of the environmental parameter, for example, the setting parameter is the setting temperature, and then the environmental parameter is the indoor temperature; the setting parameter may be one or more of a set humidity, a set temperature, and a set air volume. When the setting parameter is one, the user has only one requirement on the air conditioner, and when the setting parameter is multiple, the user has multiple requirements on the air conditioner, and when the air conditioner meets each requirement simultaneously, the air conditioner can continue to reduce the noise value. At the moment, the air conditioner obtains a preset rotating speed adjusting value so as to at least reduce the rotating speed of one wind wheel according to the rotating speed adjusting value, and therefore the noise value generated by the air conditioner is gradually reduced.
In the technical scheme provided by this embodiment, after the air conditioner reduces the rotation speed of at least one wind wheel, the set parameters and the environmental parameters of the air conditioner are obtained in real time or at regular time to judge whether the environmental parameters are matched with the set parameters, if so, the rotation speed of at least one wind wheel is reduced according to a preset rotation speed adjustment value to continuously reduce the noise value generated by the cyclone fan, and further reduce the noise pollution of the air conditioner to users.
