Because the melting points of common edible oil are not high, for example, the melting point of soybean oil is about 20 ℃, the melting point of palm oil is 22-42 ℃, the melting point of mutton fat is 40-55 ℃, the melting point of peanut oil is generally 3-5 ℃, and the melting point of sunflower oil is 17-27 ℃, theoretically, the temperature of about 60 ℃ is enough to liquefy grease and oil stains attached to the inner oil net 1, but actually, as the attached grease and oil stains have certain viscosity, dust in air is attached to the surface of the grease to form a dust layer, and experimental data show that the temperature of 60 ℃ is not enough to liquefy the attached grease and oil stains, the preset heating temperature of the temperature controller is set to be more than 75 ℃, and the cleaning effect on the oil stains is better.
In the above-described embodiment, the heating device 2 may further include an overheat protection device for overheat protecting the heating device 2. In an exemplary implementation, the overheating protection device can be implemented as a thermal fuse type safety device, preferably, the overheating protection temperature is 169 ℃, and the product is a safety device quite common in the prior art, and the disclosure is not repeated.
In still other embodiments, the heating device 2 may also be implemented as a flame heating device 23 for cleaning the internal oil mesh 1 by gasifying or carbonizing the grease on the internal oil mesh 1 by spraying a flame toward the internal oil mesh 1. The flame heating device 23 may be disposed within the cigarette machine or external structure, or may be implemented in connection with a separate external structure, which is not limited by the present disclosure. For example, in some embodiments shown in fig. 7, the flame heating device 23 comprises a gas tank 9 arranged in the range hood and a combustion port 2424 connected with the gas tank 9 for heating the inner oil net 1, as shown in fig. 7, the combustion port 24 is arranged at one side of the inner oil net 1, and during the process that the combustion port 24 sprays flame at one side of the inner oil net 1, the inner oil net 1 is slowly rotated under the driving of a rotating motor, so that the grease on the inner oil net 1 is fully carbonized and gasified, and therefore, the grease is separated from the inner oil net 1.
Preferably, in the above embodiment, after the heating device 2 heats the inner oil net 1, the inner oil net 1 is driven by the motor 4 to operate so as to accelerate the separation of the grease from the inner oil net 1. In an exemplary implementation, after the hot air heating device 21 heats the inner oil net 1, the inner oil net 1 is driven by a rotating motor to rotate, so that the liquefied grease is separated out of the inner oil net 1 by using centrifugal force. The same reason for the combination of other embodiments is not repeated in the present disclosure.
Preferably, in the above embodiment, the liquefied or carbonized grease enters the waste oil collecting device through the oil guiding groove in the range hood, and the gasified oil smoke is discharged out of the room through the air duct of the range hood.
In some embodiments, the present disclosure provides a range hood self-cleaning structure further comprising a drive device 3, the drive device 3 being mounted on the range hood for driving the heating device 2 closer to/away from the inner oil mesh 1. When the cleaning function is not started, the driving device 3 drives the heating device 2 to be far away from the inner oil screen 1, the daily use of the range hood is not influenced, when the cleaning function is started, the driving device 3 drives the heating device 2 to be close to the inner oil screen 1, and the inner oil screen 1 enters the cleaning station to be heated. The drive means 3 may be realized as a crank 6 and link 7 mechanism, a rack and pinion mechanism, a worm and gear mechanism, etc.
In some embodiments shown in figure 4, the drive means 3 comprises a guide 8, a crank 6 and a connecting rod 7, the guide 8 is fixedly mounted on the cigarette maker, the heating means 2 slides in the guide 8, and the connecting rod 7 is hinged to the heating means 2 at one end and mounted on the crank 6 at the other end. For example, the PTC heating sheet/burner port 24/outlet port 22 can slide in the guide rail 8 by cooperating with the guide rail 8, and the PTC heating sheet/burner port 24/outlet port 22 can be moved toward or away from the working position by controlling the crank 6 to rotate. For example, in fig. 4, the heating device 2 is at the most distal end, and the heating device 2 is in the working position, so that the inner oil net 1 can be heated; in fig. 4, the crank 6 rotates to drive the heating device 2 to move towards the near end; in fig. 4, the heating device 2 is moved to the proximal end, where the heating device 2 is moved away from the working position.
Preferably, the driving device 3 is arranged inside the cigarette machine, and when the self-cleaning structure does not work, the heating device 2 is hidden in the cigarette machine under the driving of the driving device 3, so that the daily work of the cigarette machine is not influenced.
Preferably, the outer layer of interior oil net 1 is provided with protection network 5, and protection network 5 keeps apart interior oil net 1, and user or debris mistake when avoiding interior oil net 1 to rotate at a high speed stretch into interior oil net 1 and cause the injury, and protection network 5 demountable installation is on the cigarette machine, and the user can carry out the dismouting to protection network 5 and wash.
In a second aspect, the present disclosure provides a cigarette machine comprising the cigarette machine self-cleaning structure described above, it should be understood that the embodiments of the cigarette machine self-cleaning structure described above are not intended to limit the present disclosure, and any combination or modification of any one or more of the above embodiments of the cigarette machine self-cleaning structure should fall within the scope of the present disclosure.
In a third aspect, the present disclosure provides a method of self-cleaning a cigarette maker, the method being applied to a cigarette maker self-cleaning structure and a cigarette maker comprising any of the above embodiments and combinations thereof, the method comprising the steps of:
the heating device 2 heats the inner oil net 1 to liquefy/carbonize/gasify the grease on the inner oil net 1; and
the inner oil net 1 is driven by the motor 4 to act to separate the liquefied/carbonized grease from the inner oil net 1.
In some embodiments, the "inner oil net 1 acts under the driving of the motor 4 to separate the liquefied grease from the inner oil net 1" specifically includes: the inner oil net 1 is rotated by a rotating motor to separate the liquefied/carbonized grease from the inner oil net 1 by centrifugal force.
In other embodiments, the "inner oil net 1 acts under the driving of the motor 4 to separate the liquefied grease from the inner oil net 1" specifically includes: the inner oil net 1 is vibrated by the vibration motor to separate the liquefied/carbonized grease from the inner oil net 1.
Preferably, the heating device 2 further comprises the following steps before heating the internal oil net 1:
the drive means 3 drives the heating means 2 close to the inner oil network 1.
Preferably, the heating device 2 further comprises the following steps when heating the internal oil net 1:
the inner oil net 1 is driven to rotate by a rotating motor.
For example:
in some embodiments, the heating device 2 is an electric heating structure, the driving device 3 drives the electric heating structure to be close to the inner oil net 1, the PTC heating sheet heats the inner oil net 1 to liquefy the grease on the inner oil net 1, the rotating motor drives the inner oil net 1 to slowly rotate (100r/min) when the inner oil net 1 is heated, so that the inner oil net 1 is heated more uniformly, and after the inner oil net 1 is heated, the inner oil net 1 rotates/vibrates under the driving of the rotating motor/vibrating motor to separate the liquefied grease from the inner oil net 1.
In other embodiments, the heating device 2 is a hot air heating device 21, the driving device 3 drives the air outlet 22 to be close to the inner oil screen 1, the hot air heating device 21 performs hot air heating on the inner oil screen 1 to liquefy grease on the inner oil screen 1, when the inner oil screen 1 is heated, the rotating motor drives the inner oil screen 1 to slowly rotate (100r/min) so as to heat the inner oil screen 1 more uniformly, and after the inner oil screen 1 is heated, the inner oil screen 1 rotates/vibrates under the driving of the rotating motor/vibrating motor to separate the liquefied grease from the inner oil screen 1.
In still other embodiments, the heating device 2 is a flame heating device 23, the driving device 3 drives the combustion port 24 to be close to the inner oil net 1, the flame heating device 23 performs flame heating on the inner oil net 1 to carbonize and gasify the grease on the inner oil net 1, when the inner oil net 1 is heated, the rotating motor drives the inner oil net 1 to slowly rotate (100r/min) so as to heat the inner oil net 1 more uniformly, after the inner oil net 1 is heated, the gasified soot is discharged out of the room through an air duct of a range hood, and the inner oil net 1 rotates/vibrates under the driving of the rotating motor/vibrating motor to separate the carbonized grease from the inner oil net 1.

Claims (17)
1. A range hood self-cleaning structure, comprising:
a motor (4);
the inner oil screen (1) is arranged at an oil smoke suction port of the range hood, and the inner oil screen (1) is driven by the motor (4) to act so as to intercept grease in the oil smoke;
the hot air heating device (21) is arranged on the range hood and used for heating the inner oil screen (1) to clean the inner oil screen (1), and the hot air heating device (21) comprises a fan and an air outlet (22) which is connected with the fan and used for heating the inner oil screen (1);
the hot air heating device is provided with a working position and is far away from the working position;
and
the driving device (3) is installed inside the range hood and used for driving the air outlet (22) to be close to the inner oil screen (1) or driving the hot air heating device to be hidden in the range hood.
2. A self-cleaning structure of a cigarette machine as claimed in claim 1,
the motor (4) is a rotating motor (4), and the rotating motor (4) drives the inner oil net (1) to rotate so as to intercept grease.
3. A self-cleaning structure of a cigarette machine as claimed in claim 1,
the motor (4) is a vibration motor (4), and the vibration motor (4) drives the inner oil net (1) to vibrate so as to intercept grease.
4. A self-cleaning structure of a cigarette machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3,
the air outlet (22) is arranged at the position right opposite to the inner oil net (1) and the hot air exhausted from the air outlet (22) covers the inner oil net (1).
5. A self-cleaning structure of a cigarette machine as claimed in claim 2,
the air outlet (22) is arranged at one side opposite to the inner oil net (1),
wherein, in the process of heating the inner oil net (1), the inner oil net (1) is driven by the rotating motor (4) to rotate.
6. A self-cleaning structure of a cigarette machine as claimed in claim 1,
the driving device (3) comprises a guide rail (8), a crank (6) and a connecting rod (7), the guide rail (8) is fixedly installed on the cigarette making machine, the air outlet (22) slides in the guide rail (8), one end of the connecting rod (7) is hinged with the air outlet (22), and the other end of the connecting rod is installed on the crank (6).

the rotating motor (4) is a main motor (4) of the cigarette making machine.

the outer layer of the inner oil net (1) is provided with a protective net (5), and the protective net (5) is detachably mounted on the range hood.
9. A self-cleaning structure of a cigarette machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3,
the hot air heating device (21) further comprises a temperature controller for controlling the temperature of the hot air heating device (21).
10. A self-cleaning structure of a cigarette machine as claimed in claim 9,
the preset heating temperature of the temperature controller is 75-85 ℃.
11. A self-cleaning structure of a cigarette machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3,
the hot air heating device (21) further comprises an overheating protection device for performing overheating protection on the hot air heating device (21).
12. A self-cleaning structure for a cigarette machine as claimed in claim 11,
the protection temperature of the overheating protection device is 169 ℃.
13. A machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 12 comprising a machine self-cleaning structure.
14. A self-cleaning method for a cigarette machine, applied to the self-cleaning structure of a cigarette machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 13, comprising the steps of:
the hot air heating device (21) is used for heating the inner oil net (1) by hot air so as to liquefy the grease on the inner oil net (1); and
the inner oil net (1) acts under the driving of the motor (4) so as to separate the liquefied grease from the inner oil net (1);
the hot air heating device (21) further comprises the following components before the inner oil screen (1) is heated by hot air:
the driving device (3) drives the air outlet (22) to be close to the inner oil net (1).
15. Self-cleaning method for a cigarette making machine according to claim 14, characterized in that said "said inner oil net (1) acts under the drive of said motor (4) to separate the liquefied grease from said inner oil net (1)" is specifically:
the inner oil net (1) is driven by a rotating motor (4) to rotate so as to separate the liquefied grease from the inner oil net (1) by utilizing centrifugal force.
16. Self-cleaning method for a cigarette making machine according to claim 14, characterized in that said "said inner oil net (1) acts under the drive of said motor (4) to separate the liquefied grease from said inner oil net (1)" is specifically:
the inner oil net (1) vibrates under the driving of a vibration motor (4) so as to separate the liquefied grease from the inner oil net (1).
17. The self-cleaning method of the cigarette machine as claimed in claim 15, wherein the hot air heating device (21) further comprises when heating the inner oil net (1) with hot air:
the inner oil net (1) is driven by the rotating motor (4) to rotate.
