The invention provides a vibration-proof electric water heater safety valve, which comprises a valve body, wherein a water inlet cavity and a pressure relief cavity are arranged on the valve body, the water inlet cavity is communicated with the pressure relief cavity, an internal relief valve is arranged in the water inlet cavity, the internal relief valve comprises a valve core, a spring seat, a return spring and a gasket, the end part of the valve core is sleeved with the spring seat, the gasket is arranged between the end part of the valve core and the spring seat, the middle part of the valve core is sleeved with the return spring, and the return spring is arranged in the spring seat; the joint surface of the spring seat and the end part of the valve core is provided with a convex ring, the spring seat and the convex ring are of an integrated structure, the convex ring can fix the position of the gasket, and two sides of the spring seat are respectively provided with a water outlet channel with a water inlet connected with the spring seat downwards; the inner wall of the spring seat sleeved with the valve core is provided with a boss in a surrounding mode, the valve core is supported by a boss surface, and a water outlet channel is formed by grooves between adjacent bosses. The invention has the advantages that: the fan-shaped water inlet device has the advantages that the structural design is reasonable, the connection and the matching of all accessories in the water inlet cavity are stable, water inlet is independent during internal leakage, water outlet is smooth, the fan-shaped protruding structure is stable to support, the use effect is improved, and the fan-shaped water inlet device is durable.

Background
The safety valve is an important component in the electric water heater and mainly used for protecting the inner container of the electric water heater. After the safety valve of the existing electric water heater is heated to a certain temperature, the heated water can raise the pressure of the inner container, so that the internal leakage is automatically started, and the water flow is decompressed through the internal leakage channel; however, because the design and connection of all accessories in the water inlet cavity are unreasonable, the internal accessories vibrate and deform when water flows through the water inlet cavity, so that the water flow is unstable and abnormal sound is generated. The abnormal sound is too harsh, so that users feel uncomfortable hearing, and especially the rest of the users can be seriously influenced at night; in addition, the pressure value of the safety valve is lower after long-term use, so that the pressure release failure of the safety valve is caused.

The invention solves the problem of accessory vibration caused by unstable water outlet due to unbalance of the valve core under single-point support and accessory deformation caused by the change of the water inlet channel along with the compression of the return spring, and ensures that the safety valve of the electric water heater can still and effectively work when in internal leakage. In the internal leakage cavity, the side edge of the spring seat is provided with two independent water inlets which are connected with the water outlet channel in the spring seat, so that the water inlet channel can be effectively prevented from being changed along with the compression of the return spring when water is fed and discharged, and the water inlet stability is improved. The inner wall of the spring seat sleeved with the valve core is provided with a sector boss structure, the sector boss and the valve core form sector support instead of single-point support, and the increased support area can effectively ensure that the valve core does not vibrate along with flowing water during internal leakage. The joint surface of the spring seat and the end part of the valve core is provided with a convex ring which is integrated with the spring seat, and the convex ring is used for fixing the position of the gasket, so that the impact of the internal leakage water flow on the parts such as the gasket in the water inlet and outlet cavity and the like and the vibration caused by unstable water flow can be effectively avoided; the device also avoids deformation of the gasket caused by buckling of the valve core on the gasket when the reset spring is pressed for a long time, and the deformed gasket can also cause unstable water flow impact to cause vibration of the accessory.

Embodiments of the present invention are described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in figure 1, the anti-vibration electric water heater safety valve comprises a valve body, wherein a water inlet cavity and a pressure release cavity are arranged on the valve body, the water inlet cavity is communicated with the pressure release cavity, and an inner release valve is arranged in the water inlet cavity. As shown in fig. 2, the internal leakage valve comprises a valve core 1, a spring seat 2, a return spring 3 and a gasket 4, wherein the end part of the valve core 1 is sleeved with the spring seat 2, the gasket 4 is arranged between the end part of the valve core 1 and the spring seat 2, the return spring 3 is sleeved in the middle part of the valve core 1, and the return spring 3 is arranged in the spring seat 2. The joint surface of the spring seat 2 and the end part of the valve core 1 is provided with a convex ring 21, the spring seat 2 and the convex ring 21 are in an integrated structure, and the convex ring 21 can fix the position of the gasket 4; the end part of the valve core 1 extends outwards to form an end surface, the convex ring 21 is positioned on the concave end surface of the end part of the valve core 1, and the outer diameter of the convex ring 21 is smaller than the inner diameter of the concave end surface of the end part of the valve core 1.
The spring seat 2 is made of plastic, and has a light structure and low cost.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, two sides of the spring seat 2 are respectively provided with a water inlet 22 connected with a downward water outlet channel in the spring seat 2. As shown in fig. 4, 6 fan-shaped surface bosses 23,6 are arranged on the inner wall of the spring seat 2 sleeved with the valve core 1 and are attached to the valve core 1, fan-shaped surface supports are formed between the fan-shaped surface bosses 23 and the valve core 1, the support area is increased by the fan-shaped support surfaces, and the valve core 1 can be effectively prevented from vibrating along with flowing water when the valve core 1 leaks.
As shown in fig. 5, grooves 24 between adjacent fan-shaped bosses 23 on the inner wall of the spring seat 2 form water outlet channels of the spring seat 2, and water flows from water inlets 22 on two sides of the spring seat 2 flow out of the water outlet channels in the spring seat 2.
