本发明公开了一种防螨抗菌婴儿内衣纤维面料,其特征在于,包括自上而下依次包括,面料基体、防螨薄膜层、透气层,抗菌层,所述面料基体是采用陶瓷纤维和纯棉布混纺制成、所述防螨薄膜层是采用防螨抗菌剂和聚四氯乙烯薄膜混合层,大豆蛋白乳液混合层,所述透气层是竹炭纤维和天然亚麻纤维混合层,所述抗菌层是采用抗菌液和促进剂混合层。通过上述方式,本发明能够解决现有婴儿内衣纤维面料的透气性,同时还赋予其防螨性,抗菌性,对婴儿皮肤具有一定的保护功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及面料领域,特别是涉及一种防螨抗菌婴儿内衣纤维面料。
背景技术
现有的内衣面料大多为全棉面料、全涤面料、棉涤面料、天丝面料、毛巾布面料、粘胶面料或针织布面料,此类面料不能够防螨,功能单一 ;现在也有一些防螨功能面料,但是此类面料抗菌性能差,可抵抗的细菌种类少,有局限性。另外,传统的婴儿内衣纤维面料不具有防螨、抗菌及透湿等多项功能。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防螨抗菌婴儿内衣纤维面料,能够解决现有婴儿内衣纤维面料的透气性,同时还赋予其防螨性,抗菌性,对婴儿皮肤具有一定的保护功能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种防螨抗菌婴儿内衣纤维面料,包括自上而下依次包括,面料基体、防螨薄膜层、透气层,抗菌层,所述面料基体是采用陶瓷纤维和纯棉布混纺制成、所述防螨薄膜层是采用防螨抗菌剂和聚四氯乙烯薄膜混合层,大豆蛋白乳液混合层,所述透气层是竹炭纤维和天然亚麻纤维混合层,所述抗菌层是采用抗菌液和促进剂混合层。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述面料基体的化学成分及其按照质量百分比为:所述的陶瓷纤维占防螨抗菌婴儿内衣纤维面料的75%-80%,所述的纯棉布占防螨抗菌婴儿内衣纤维面料的20%-25%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防螨薄膜层中,抗菌剂和聚四氯乙烯薄膜,大豆蛋白乳液混和比例为:15%:35%:50%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗菌层的抗菌液和促进剂按照2~5:1比例混合。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述抗菌层的厚度为2-3mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种防螨抗菌婴儿内衣纤维面料,能够解决现有婴儿内衣纤维面料的透气性,同时还赋予其防螨性,抗菌性,对婴儿皮肤具有一定的保护功能。

所述防螨薄膜层中,抗菌剂和聚四氯乙烯薄膜,大豆蛋白乳液混和比例为:15%:35%:50%;所述透气层中竹炭纤维和天然亚麻纤维混合比例为:45%:55%;,所述抗菌层的抗菌液和促进剂按照2~5:1比例混合;,其特征在于,所述抗菌层的厚度为3mm。

所述防螨薄膜层中,抗菌剂和聚四氯乙烯薄膜,大豆蛋白乳液混和比例为:15%:35%:50%;所述透气层中竹炭纤维和天然亚麻纤维混合比例为:45%:55%;,所述抗菌层的抗菌液和促进剂按照2~5:1比例混合;,其特征在于,所述抗菌层的厚度为2-3mm。

1.一种防螨抗菌婴儿内衣纤维面料,其特征在于,包括自上而下依次包括,面料基体、防螨薄膜层、透气层,抗菌层,所述面料基体是采用陶瓷纤维和纯棉布混纺制成、所述防螨薄膜层是采用防螨抗菌剂和聚四氯乙烯薄膜混合层,大豆蛋白乳液混合层,所述透气层是竹炭纤维和天然亚麻纤维混合层,所述抗菌层是采用抗菌液和促进剂混合层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防螨抗菌婴儿内衣纤维面料,其特征在于,所述面料基体的化学成分及其按照质量百分比为:所述的陶瓷纤维占防螨抗菌婴儿内衣纤维面料的75%-80%,所述的纯棉布占防螨抗菌婴儿内衣纤维面料的20%-25%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防螨抗菌婴儿内衣纤维面料,其特征在于,所述防螨薄膜层中,抗菌剂和聚四氯乙烯薄膜,大豆蛋白乳液混和比例为:15%:35%:50%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防螨抗菌婴儿内衣纤维面料,其特征在于,所述透气层中竹炭纤维和天然亚麻纤维混合比例为:45%:55%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防螨抗菌婴儿内衣纤维面料,其特征在于,所述抗菌层的抗菌液和促进剂按照2~5:1比例混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防螨抗菌婴儿内衣纤维面料,其特征在于,所述抗菌层的厚度为2-3mm。
