Abstract
本发明提供一种纳米纤维丝叠性微孔蜂窝回旋技术防雾霾纱网及其制作方法,所述防雾霾纱网包括三层结构,依次为玻纤网格支撑骨架、纳米纤维丝叠性微米孔web面、蜂窝状阻隔防晒网;其中,玻纤网格支撑骨架的网孔大小为20‑35目,纳米纤维丝叠性微米孔web面的孔径大小为0.1‑2.5μm,蜂窝状阻隔防晒网的孔径大小为0.3‑0.5mm。其制作方法如下:(1)玻纤线编织网格支撑骨架;(2)纳米纤维丝重叠交织成网状结构;(3)编织蜂窝防晒网;(4)复合各层结构。本发明制成的防雾霾纱网能在保证空气流通的情况下,把雾霾阻隔在室外,雾霾阻隔率达70%以上,并且具有防紫外线,防风沙,耐磨性好的优点。

本发明属于环保技术领域,涉及一种防雾霾设备,具体涉一种纳米纤维丝叠性微孔蜂窝回旋技术防雾霾纱网及其制作方法。
背景技术
随着雾霾现象的日益严峻,人们越来越认识到清洁空气的重要性,但普通纱窗功能单一,只能通风换气、防蚊虫,不具备阻挡雾霾分子的功能。目前,市场上主流的空气净化器、新风系统,必须要在密闭环境中运行,除了增加使用成本外,并不能解决室内空气污染问题,同时引发新的问题,例如:室内外气压差问题、通风问题、臭氧问题、热散失问题,能耗问题,二次污染问题等。实验证明,室内雾霾只可阻隔,不能净化;如何研制一种新型防雾霾纱网防止室外含有PM2.5(细颗粒物),PM10(可吸入颗粒物)的污染空气畅通无阻的进入室内,是迫切需要解决的问题。现有技术方案主要包括:
1、空气净化器
空气净化器是根据在机器内的马达和风扇带动室内空气循环流动,污染的空气通过机内的空气过滤网后将各种污染物清除或吸附,将空气不断电离,产生大量负离子,被微风扇送出,形成负离子气流,达到清洁、净化空气的目的。
2、新风系统
新风系统是根据在密闭的室内一侧用专用设备向室内送新风,再从另一侧由专用设备向室外排出,在室内会形成“新风流动场”,从而满足室内新风换气的需要。
3、市场已存在的防雾霾纱窗
(1)静电技术原理
空气对流,窗纱就会产生不被人感知的负极静电;而携带正电荷的微尘颗粒,则被迅速吸附在纱网表面而不能进入室内。因采用特殊高科技纤维材料制成,窗纱产生的静电会持久存在,不易消退,可持续提供微尘阻隔效能。
(2)核孔膜技术原理
运用一种独特的复合技术,把每平方厘米有五六十万个微孔的功能核孔膜与高耐候性的聚酯窗纱复合在一起。直径均一的微孔,能高效阻隔室外粉尘、烟雾、汽车尾气、花粉、孢子、柳絮、PM2.5等污染物进入室内。
现有技术具有如下缺点:
1、空气净化器的缺点
(1)空气净化器有效半径约1m,也就是一台空气净化器大约能净化4平方米范围的空气,一个20m3的客厅,要有效防雾霾,需4台,才能有效。
(2)空气净化器,在净化中会产生臭氧,而臭氧是血液病的罪魁祸首。
(3)空气净化器需在密闭环境下使用,容易形成室内外较大气压差,同时室内污染不易排出,且会造成二氧化碳超标。
(4)净化器过滤网要定期更换,造成成本大大增加,同时会产生噪音。
(5)空气净化器需要经常开启,能耗大大增加。
2、新风系统的缺点
(1)该系统目前无法解决PM2.5的过滤。
(2)需对室内气体与新鲜空气整体置换而达到空气净化目的。
(3)没有热回收功能,会增加房间的采暖或空调能耗。
(4)集中吸风,室外雾霾颗粒容易向风口集中,致使滤网非常容易脏,一般雾霾天气,10天左右就要更换滤网,才能有效净化空气。
(5)集中供暖式的新风系统,由于恒温,导致管道滋生大量细菌,会随送风一起送到室内,这点类似于中央空调。
3、通过产生静电防霾的缺点
(1)静电原理防雾霾纱窗,前提是有风力摩擦的情况下才有效果,静电荷产生相对恒定,但雾霾污染颗粒是不恒定的,因此,防霾效果有限。
(2)静电原理防霾,需要在干燥的天气条件下才能发挥很好的效果,同时要求雾霾颗粒是干燥的,但雾霾颗粒大多数是胶溶状物质,所以静电原理防霾有一定的局限性。
(3)目前中国大量的门窗及纱窗框架大多数是铝合金材质,容易导电,静电原理纱网产生的静电容易被其导走,大大削弱静电荷的量,目前市场上静电原理防雾霾纱窗雾霾阻隔率远低于20%。
(4)雾霾天主要集中在冬天,静电原理防雾霾纱窗不能保温隔热,在冬天实际没法使用。
(5)持久性的静电可引起人体血液的pH值升高,静电可致孕产妇体内孕激素水平下降,让她们容易感到疲劳、烦躁和头痛等。
(6)静电吸附的大量尘埃中含有多种病毒、细菌与有害物质,会使宝宝的皮肤起斑发炎,抵抗力弱的宝宝甚至有可能引发气管炎、哮喘和心律失常等。
(7)静电会引起神经细胞膜电流传导异常,影响人的中枢神经,使人感到疲劳、烦躁、失眠、头痛。
4、核孔膜原理的缺点
(1)核裂变破坏纤维丝,纱窗不耐用,易老化。
(2)裂变后的纤维丝形成小孔吸水,不防水。
(3)经过紫外线暴晒纱网分层,纱网很快就被破坏掉
(4)采光效果差,透风效果差。
鉴于现有技术的上述技术缺陷,迫切需要研制一种新型的防雾霾装置。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种纳米纤维丝叠性微孔蜂窝回旋技术防雾霾纱网及其制作方法。
本发明的技术方案概述如下:
一种纳米纤维丝叠性微孔蜂窝回旋技术防雾霾纱网,所述防雾霾纱网包括三层结构,依次为玻纤网格支撑骨架、纳米纤维丝叠性微米孔web面、蜂窝状阻隔防晒网;其中,玻纤网格支撑骨架的网孔大小为20-35目,纳米纤维丝叠性微米孔web面的孔径大小为0.1-2.5μm,蜂窝状阻隔防晒网的孔径大小为0.3-0.5mm。
优选的是,所述纳米纤维丝叠性微米孔web面的厚度为10-50μm。
上述一种纳米纤维丝叠性微孔蜂窝回旋技术防雾霾纱网的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)用0.1-0.3mm粗的玻纤线编织网格支撑骨架;
(2)通过熔融法将纳米原料融入涤纶玻纤丝中形成保护层,利用纳米技术的独特物理、化学特性,增加和提升纤维丝织物的防水、防油、防污、透气、抑菌、环保、不易变色、抗菌保健、屏蔽紫外线等方面的功能特点,并纺丝成直径介于10-100nm的纳米纤维丝,经相互叠加交织后,制成纳米纤维丝叠性微米孔web面;
(3)通过熔融法将金红石型纳米TiO2加入涤纶玻纤丝中,纺丝成直径介于20-80μm的防紫外纤维丝,再编织成六边形经编层蜂窝状阻隔防晒网;
(4)将所述纳米纤维丝叠性微米孔web面的一侧高温热合在所述网格支撑骨架上,再将其另一侧复合在经编层蜂窝状阻隔防晒网上,制成纳米纤维丝叠性微米孔防雾霾纱网。
优选的是,所述纳米原料与涤纶玻纤丝的质量比为(1-5):100。
优选的是,所述金红石型纳米TiO2与涤纶玻纤丝的质量比为(0.5-1.5):100。
优选的是,所述纳米原料包括以下重量份组分:锐钛矿型TiO2 1-2份、ZrO2 1-1.5份、ZnO 0.5-1份、CeO2 0.4-0.8份、La2O3 0.01-0.1份、Y2O3 0.01-0.1份、竹炭粉0.2-0.8份、石墨烯0.1-1.5份、水镁石粉2-4份。
优选的是,所述涤纶玻纤丝包括以下重量份原料:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯50份、玻璃纤维粉25-40份、聚酰胺树脂10-15份、助熔剂0.1-2份、硅烷偶联剂0.3-1份。
优选的是,所述纳米纤维丝或防紫外纤维丝的具体制备过程如下:700-750℃下,加热玻璃纤维粉和助熔剂至熔融态时,降温至250-300℃,加入聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚酰胺树脂、硅烷偶联剂、纳米原料或金红石型纳米TiO2,搅拌成均一熔体,在3.5-6Mpa压力下,挤出熔体,进入纺丝组件中,由喷丝头喷出,冷凝固化后,进行拉伸、卷曲定型。
本发明的有益效果:
防雾霾纱网采用纳米纤维丝叠性微米孔阻隔技术和蜂窝回旋阻隔辅助技术对雾霾颗粒进行阻隔和过滤,PM2.5微尘阻挡率可达80%以上。其中,1m3纳米纤维丝web面上有成千上万根纤维丝重叠交织,最大程度扩大纱网的表面积,增加雾霾颗粒与纤维丝接触被阻隔弹走的几率,此外,借助蜂窝状阻隔防晒网对雾霾进行吸附,使纱网具有极强的雾霾捕捉能力,同时,网状构造形成良好的空气循环,保证透气性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明,实施例的内容不作为对本发明的保护范围的限制。
图1示出了本发明的防雾霾纱网的制作方法的流程图。如图1所示,本发明的种防雾霾纱网的制作方法包括如下步骤:
首先,制作如图2所示的纱网网格支撑骨架2。
在本发明中,在制作所述纱网网格支撑骨架2时,先用优质灰色、白色玻璃纤维材料制成0.1-0.3mm粗的玻纤线,再用所述玻纤线编织成20-35目的所述网格支撑骨架2。
其次,制作如图3所示的纳米纤维丝叠性微米孔web面过滤膜3。
按(1-5):100的质量比将纳米原料融入涤纶玻纤丝中形成保护层,利用纳米技术的独特物理、化学特性,增加和提升纤维丝织物的防水、防油、防污、透气、抑菌、环保、不易变色、抗菌保健、屏蔽紫外线等方面的功能特点,并纺丝成直径介于10-100nm的纳米纤维丝,经相互叠加交织后,制成厚度为10-50μm、孔径大小为0.1-2.5μm的纳米纤维丝叠性微米孔web面。
纳米纤维丝具体制备过程如下:700-750℃下,加热25-40份玻璃纤维粉和0.1-2份助熔剂至熔融态时,降温至250-300℃,加入50份聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、10-15份聚酰胺树脂、0.3-1份硅烷偶联剂、0.85-5.4份纳米原料,搅拌成均一熔体,在3.5-6Mpa压力下,挤出熔体,进入纺丝组件中,由喷丝头喷出,冷凝固化后,进行拉伸、卷曲定型。
此外,在本发明中,所述纳米原料由以下重量份组分构成:锐钛矿型TiO2 1-2份、ZrO2 1-1.5份、ZnO 0.5-1份、CeO2 0.4-0.8份、La2O3 0.01-0.1份、Y2O3 0.01-0.1份、竹炭粉0.2-0.8份、石墨烯0.1-1.5份、水镁石粉2-4份。
其次,制作如图4所示的蜂窝阻隔防晒网4。
按(0.5-1.5):100的质量比将金红石型纳米TiO2加入涤纶玻纤丝中,纺丝成直径介于20-80μm的防紫外纤维丝,再编织成孔径大小为0.3-0.5mm六边形经编层蜂窝状阻隔防晒网。
然后,通过滚压和牵拉把将所述纳米纤维丝叠性微米孔web面过滤膜3高温热合在所述网格支撑骨架2上,形成基础防霾纱网骨架。
最后,通过滚压和牵拉把将经编层蜂窝状阻隔防晒网4高温复合在所述纳米纤维丝叠性微米孔web面的另一侧,形成所述防霾纱网5。
本发明的防雾霾纱窗在使用中,能高效防霾、防尘沙、防紫外线、保温隔热,同时保证了空气有效流通。该防雾霾纱窗各项检测指标数值如表1所示:

本发明制成的防雾霾纱网通过面阻隔将大多数雾霾颗粒物阻隔在纱网表层,并通过体阻隔层层过滤达到很好的净化效果,其中,1m3纳米纤维丝web面上有成千上万根纤维丝重叠交织,最大程度扩大纱网的表面积,增加雾霾颗粒与纤维丝接触被阻隔弹走的几率,此外,借助蜂窝状阻隔防晒网对雾霾进行吸附,使纱网具有极强的雾霾捕捉能力,同时网状构造形成良好的空气循环,保证透气性。
具体地,本发明制成的防雾霾纱网具有如下特点:
1、防霾、防尘、防风沙
在本发明中,防雾霾纱网采用纳米纤维丝叠性微米孔阻隔技术和蜂窝回旋阻隔辅助技术,阻隔雾霾颗粒,PM2.5微尘阻挡率可达80%以上。该防雾霾纱网选用优质增强型无碱玻纤纱,利用先进经编机把玻纤纱编织成20-35目的支撑网格;将紫外线屏蔽剂纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)加入到涤纶玻纤丝中,编织成孔径大小为0.3-0.5毫米六边形精编层蜂窝状防晒网;以玻纤编织的网格为骨架,纳米纤维丝叠性微米孔web面覆于其中,经编层蜂窝状防晒网附予一侧形成防雾霾纱网,该web面的纳米纤维丝直径在10-100纳米之间,叠性交叉编织的孔径大小为0.1-2.5微米,因此可有效阻挡雾霾颗粒进入室内。
2、空气交换
空气分子依据布朗运动原则一直不停的做着热运动,且速度非常快,可达到0.7m/s。在本发明中,该防雾霾纱网的纳米纤维丝相互叠加交替形成的web面每平方米有100亿左右个微孔,且每个孔径都远远大于纳米级的空气分子直径,因此能保证室内外空气正常交换。
3、防雨水
有效阻隔雨水,雨水的表面张力大于纳米纤维丝叠性微米的截面空气张力,在动态条件下,雨水即会一滑而过,不会穿过纳米纤维丝过滤层。同时,当户外空气湿度过大时,这种纳米纤维丝交织层可有效过滤掉空气中的水粒。
4、采光性好
本发明纱网支撑骨架经纬线分别采用灰色和白色优质玻纤编织,与六边形涤纶玻纤经编层蜂窝结构进行复合,具有很好的透光性。
5、防紫外线
本发明将紫外线屏蔽剂金红石型纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)加入到涤纶玻纤丝中,制作成六边形蜂窝状防晒网,具有很好的防紫外线功能。
6、强度高,不易损坏,耐磨性好
本发明的纱网骨架采用优质玻纤制成,具有很高的强度和韧性;结合涤纶玻纤丝经编层六边形防晒网,具有很好的耐用性。
本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡是属于本发明的技术方案所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之列。
Claims (5)
1.一种纳米纤维丝叠性微孔蜂窝回旋技术防雾霾纱网,其特征在于,所述防雾霾纱网包括三层结构,依次为玻纤网格支撑骨架、纳米纤维丝叠性微米孔web面、蜂窝状阻隔防晒网;其中,玻纤网格支撑骨架的网孔大小为20-35目,纳米纤维丝叠性微米孔web面的孔径大小为0.1-2.5μm,蜂窝状阻隔防晒网的孔径大小为0.3-0.5mm;所述纳米纤维丝叠性微孔蜂窝回旋技术防雾霾纱网的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)用0.1-0.3mm粗的玻纤线编织网格支撑骨架;
(2)通过熔融法将纳米原料融入涤纶玻纤丝中形成保护层,纺丝成直径介于10-100nm的纳米纤维丝,经相互叠加交织后,制成纳米纤维丝叠性微米孔web面;
(3)通过熔融法将金红石型纳米TiO2加入涤纶玻纤丝中,纺丝成直径介于20-80μm的防紫外纤维丝,再编织成六边形经编层蜂窝状阻隔防晒网;
(4)将所述纳米纤维丝叠性微米孔web面的一侧高温热合在所述网格支撑骨架上,再将其另一侧复合在经编层蜂窝状阻隔防晒网上,制成纳米纤维丝叠性微米孔防雾霾纱网;
所述纳米原料包括以下重量份组分:锐钛矿型TiO2 1-2份、ZrO2 1-1.5份、ZnO 0.5-1份、CeO2 0.4-0.8份、La2O3 0.01-0.1份、Y2O3 0.01-0.1份、竹炭粉0.2-0.8份、石墨烯0.1-1.5份、水镁石粉2-4份;
所述涤纶玻纤丝包括以下重量份原料:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯50份、玻璃纤维粉25-40份、聚酰胺树脂10-15份、助熔剂0.1-2份、硅烷偶联剂0.3-1份;
所述纳米纤维丝或防紫外纤维丝的具体制备过程如下:700-750℃下,加热玻璃纤维粉和助熔剂至熔融态时,降温至250-300℃,加入聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚酰胺树脂、硅烷偶联剂、纳米原料或金红石型纳米TiO2,搅拌成均一熔体,在3.5-6Mpa压力下,挤出熔体,进入纺丝组件中,由喷丝头喷出,冷凝固化后,进行拉伸、卷曲定型。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种纳米纤维丝叠性微孔蜂窝回旋技术防雾霾纱网,其特征在于,所述纳米纤维丝叠性微米孔web面的厚度为10-50μm。
3.如权利要求1-2任一项所述一种纳米纤维丝叠性微孔蜂窝回旋技术防雾霾纱网的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)用0.1-0.3mm粗的玻纤线编织网格支撑骨架;
(2)通过熔融法将纳米原料融入涤纶玻纤丝中形成保护层,纺丝成直径介于10-100nm的纳米纤维丝,经相互叠加交织后,制成纳米纤维丝叠性微米孔web面;
(3)通过熔融法将金红石型纳米TiO2加入涤纶玻纤丝中,纺丝成直径介于20-80μm的防紫外纤维丝,再编织成六边形经编层蜂窝状阻隔防晒网;
(4)将所述纳米纤维丝叠性微米孔web面的一侧高温热合在所述网格支撑骨架上,再将其另一侧复合在经编层蜂窝状阻隔防晒网上,制成纳米纤维丝叠性微米孔防雾霾纱网。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种纳米纤维丝叠性微孔蜂窝回旋技术防雾霾纱网的制作方法,其特征在于,所述纳米原料与涤纶玻纤丝的质量比为(1-5):100。
5.根据权利要求3所述一种纳米纤维丝叠性微孔蜂窝回旋技术防雾霾纱网的制作方法,其特征在于,所述金红石型纳米TiO2与涤纶玻纤丝的质量比为(0.5-1.5):100。
